I have to make this review and say thanks to IRIS. I’ve been looking for a good haircut for a very long time and I can’t even explain how good it feels when I found the right stylist for me. I have been just trimming my hair for a very long time because every time I asked something else in other salons they would destroy my already thin hair. for some reason I decided to trust Iris and I tried to explain what I wanted and she gave my thin hair beautiful layers which made my hair look so full instead of making it look thinner which was always happening to me before because stylists were not listening to me and they were cutting my hair opposite of what I wanted. Overall, everyone in a salon is very welcoming and nice but nothing is more important for me than finding stylist who is really listening. She really has miracle hands and I will not going to cut my hair anywhere else. 🙏🏻

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Hair by Imara. Imara gave me exactly what I wanted for my balayage, cut and style. Her daughter Sabrina was also very helpful and kind and helped with the entire process. They were both extremely professional and friendly. They made me and my mom who was watching feel very at home and comfortable. I had not been to a salon in over a year and a half and my hair had gotten really yellow, damaged and brassy. I honestly had thought it was beyond help but Imara made it look better than it ever had before - she worked an actual miracle on my head!! When I saw the results in the mirror I was screaming with joy on the inside - it was even better than I imagined possible. I also love how she styled my hair with loose curls and gave me good, detailed advice for my hair care regimen at home. They really took COVID precautions seriously as well and I felt really safe, even in the pandemic. I am so happy with my new hair, it makes me excited every time I look in the mirror. I moved to WPB in April. I previously had the same stylist in Minnesota for over 30 years. You can imagine how difficult it was for me to find someone new! I found Imara online. After reading her bio and looking over her web site, I felt like she may be a great fit for me. I contacted her via email and told her my history. She emailed back promptly and was so kind and understanding about finding a new stylist. We scheduled an appointment right away. I have seen Imara now three times. Not only have I found a new stylist but also a new friend. And the bonus is she is an absolutely fantastic stylist. We worked together on deciding color and new cut. She listened to what I wanted and added her thoughts. I love my new cut and the color is beautiful. On a recent visit back to Minnesota, I was stopped in the grocery store by a lady wondering who did my hair because she loved it. Imara is the best. You will not be disappointed with her work or her! An added note, her daughter helps her in the salon when she is not going to school. She is as sweet as her mom!

Her technical and creative styling skills are outstanding & when combined with an ability to listen makes her a stand out. I have wavy hair & a cowlick at the crown that often is bald when I wake up. Not only did she style my hair to minimize the cowlick but I don’t have to play with it using tons of product. Also I appreciate Imara”s honesty as she advocated for the single process color on my graying hair rather than highlights saying it would be more complementary with my skin tone. They did what I asked with safety, respect and high quality. What caught my attention the most was that they care, they listen carefully, they respect our needs, they did what was right, speaking honestly.
