Absolutely love coming here. Been doing my Brazilians with Kristen for close to 2 years, and Ive loved every one. The wax she uses is incredible. I dont know what it is, but even 5-6 weeks after a wax, my hair has barely grown back. That, in the long term, makes each wax less and less painful. On top of all that, she is hilarious and I feel like Im visiting a friend when I see her, not participating in a painful hair removal.**Updating my review a few years later to say that all of this sentiment remains. Kristen has created a beautiful salon with wonderful staff that go above and beyond. I greatly look forward to coming here every single time. Aside from her amazing salon services, she does a lot of women empowerment and networking events. Come visit KL Wax, its impossible that you will regret it.

I was late to my appointment as a wax model to receive the free Brazilian that was offered and instead of turning me away like I’d expect they offered me the service after another client was done. I really appreciate that. The wait time was not long, nonetheless, I was nervous having someone inexperienced wax me especially since I’m 5 weeks postpartum, but she did great! (I believe her name was Kate or Kathy forgive me lol I’m trying to give her credit) The results were beyond my expectations, it didn’t hurt, every hair was gone! Thank you.

UPDATE 5/17/24: STILL LOVE KL WAX!I have been getting my legs waxed FOREVER and can honestly say, this is best waxing experience I have ever had. Kristen is warm and cordial and made me feel right at home in her lovely salon space. She knows what she is doing so the experience is painless, fast and she gets every hair. Until I found Kristen at KL Wax I was driving to Miami, where I havent lived for years, to go to my longtime legwaxer. Now I can stay local because of KL Wax.UPDATE 1/12/2023: KL moved to a new ground-floor location. Love not having to deal w parking and an elevator. It is a lovely space (Kristen has great taste) and continues w the same wonderful service.

Kristen and Eleana are both amazing!I have been going here for 2 years now and have always had a pleasant experience. It’s uncomfortable having your nether regions exposed (for the brazilian wax) but Eleana and Kristen always ensure comfortability.Both give excellent advice for maintenance (tips for avoiding ingrown hairs, etc.) too. These ladies are truly experts in the field!I’m so sad to be relocating since the Eleana and Kristen have set the bar high!
