    I cant say enough about this salon. The attention to detail and customer service from the front desk to the owner, is unlike any other place Ive ever been. My color is on point and I couldnt be happier. I most definitely recommend this salon

    Image First was recommended by a friend who was ecstatic about her experience there. As a virgin with this type of service, I had a bit of trepidation but was motivated to give it a try. As a native New Yorker now a Snowbird, I felt I had years of experience navigating upper Eastside salons in Manhattan. Nothing I have experienced prepared me for the warmth, understanding and support offered in this salon that caters to privacy and affords the client an opportunity to speak and “be heard.” The patience with questions, sensitivity to client anxiety and the feeling of “we got you” was something I had never experienced before. Baha spent several sessions explaining options to me, teaching me some tricks of the trade and with his engaging manner giving me a sense of agency and confidence as I tried my first topper for hair loss/thinning hair on my crown. I also had my roots done and hair trimmed by Erica who is a delight as well.From the front desk reception to the person who washed hair to the actual hairdressers there is seamless continuity of respect, warmth and acceptance. The only negative for me is that it is time for us Snowbirds to travel back up north and I have to wait until next winter to experience this again.     Imagefirst was a terrific experience. My hydrofacial was great. It really brightened up my face. And I love the brow wax, tint and lash tint.

    I felt immediately welcomed when I first stopped in to consult with a stylist. I am new to the area and needed to find a hair salon that used the same line of hair dye. The receptionist was very friendly and then introduced me to a wonderful stylist - Kacie. She did a great job on my hair!

    I absolutely love this salon, everyone is so friendly! I have been coming to see Kacie for years. She is always patient while I decide what I want to do with my hair and gives great suggestions. I am always happy with the results!

    This salon does incredible work I am extremely satisfied. The stylist who worked on me twice was Amir Alwardi who is incredibly talented and super fun to talk to while you’re getting your hair done. I had a lot of problems with my hair before I came to the salon like unevenness and frizziness and Amir helped me fix those problems and had great recommendations on how to maintain my sleek hair. I highly recommend going here I’ve had only amazing experiences.

    I had for the first time a scalp treatment , done by Karla. Karla had a lot of knowledge about the condition of your hair and scalp. After the treatment I felt my hair was shiny, smooth back to normal. Than Nichole gave me a hair cut, I was very pleasded about my cut. I definitely recommend this salon, they are very professional and a great atmosphere.

    I went here for the first time this week and was so happy that I did. I got a facial from Reelika. She was very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel comfortable. She did a great job with my dry skin, it felt so fresh and hydrated when I left. There was no wait, Reelika explained what to expect and it was so relaxing from beginning to end. She tinted my eyelashes, so theyve got a great color, now (dark blue!). I also had her wax my brows, and tint them, and I was amazed at the end result. My brows look so much fuller, I can finally go out without using a brow pencil first! I would highly recommend making an appointment with Reelika, I will definitely be back!

    Have been going for a few months and the results are Amazing!!! Karla has been fantastic and very friendly throughout the process. They tell you which products are best for your hair type and they use only the best natural products. She definitely helped me re-grow my hair. Thank you so much!!!     Kacie is awesome. Every month a perfect color and cut. Scott, Emily and Amir always happy, friendly and efficient. Erica and Nicole always have a story to share and Relika always knows the right facial at the right time. Love you too Baha! 😘

    Image First is a top rate salon. From the minute you walk in you are greeted warmly and attended to promptly by Danielle. The staff here including the owner Baha, are warm and friendly. I have been going here for nearly 10 years and always see Reelika. She is professional and always does an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this salon to friends/family. If you are looking to have a relaxing and pampered experience....this is the place to go!

    Relica is amazing, she gave me the most incredible facial Ive ever had in my life. She is very professional and was quite gentle handling my skin while also providing a thorough and deep cleanse. She was able to clean up a tiny bump Ive had for over 10 years that always bothered me. Afterward, my face was soft and fresh and my skin felt years younger. I cant recommend Relica enough. Book a facial with her, she is truly the best.

    Today I got my hair done by Amir. It’s the best haircut I’ve had in a very long time. He took care to understand and listen to what I wanted then dos exactly what I asked. I’m transitioning to curly girl method and I’ll be sure to see Amir for all my needs.
