    This was my first time shopping alone without my younger sister, who usually buys makeup from there. I met a wonderful girl named Arianna, who helped me find my shade after I showed her a video. She was so bubbly and cheerful, and I absolutely loved her vibe. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make my purchase at the time because I misplaced my gift card, but I eventually found it. I’m visiting Texas, and luckily, I remembered her recommendations. When I asked another person (whether male or female), they told me they only color-match on one side of the store and I would have to find things on my own. Regardless, I’m so glad I met Arianna—she really is a girls girl!

    I am a big fan of Sephora and was not very happy when they closed the Boynton location. I need to travel more than 20 miles to find another Sephora. I’m so glad to discover that Ulta has tons of selections on beauty essentials, from hair care to make-up and fragrances. If only they would carryJo Malone perfume, it could have been my perfect place 😀

    I bought some items online because I was looking for a new foundation. I tried the MAC serum powered foundation and it was terrible for my skin, it dried out my skin and wasn’t moisturizing at all. I went to this Ulta to return it and it was a very simple and easy process. I asked the girl if there was anyone that could help me find a better foundation and she asked Gabby to assist me. I told Gabby I needed something moisturizing and she found something QUICK for me. She recommend IT comestics, found the perfect shade and was very sweet. Thank you, Gabby for your amazing customer service.

    Love the store and location. The staff is always very helpful & I have received some very good product recommendations. Inventory is too often low on items I want & although I can order from the store with shipment to my home, I prefer to peruse the store & look at products.

    Marissa, the store manager, is very nice and took a lot of time to try to help me. Unfortunately, ulta appears to not have anything to show the items that were on the special preview sale on Sunday so they could not verify what was on sale or not. But she was extremely helpful and very nice.

    I’ve been going to Bridget at Ulta Beauty Salon for 3 years. She’s professional, personable and does an amazing job on my hair color and cut! Not to mention she gives advice on the products to use for my hair. My hair is in best condition it’s ever been - my hair consistently feels & looks great every time Bridget does my hair even after when I style my own hair…if only my prior hair stylists could see me, now!!! Grateful I found Bridget! ❤️

    I had a semi-complicated return with a few foundations that did not work for me along with points that needed to be returned. Alisha was able to handle my return with ease and patience, while keeping my points.Separately, Lamar was very helpful in trying to understand my needs during my initial purchase and very invested in understanding the reason for the return, for maximum customer feedback. They were wonderful and I would most definitely get product guidance from them in the future.

    I visited this store on Sunday with an exchange of foundation that was mismatched by someone at another store. Gabby helped me and she was so good. I actually bought a different foundation in addition to the one that I exchanged. She takes her time and is excellent with assessing your undertones, and the best formula for you Thank you so much Gabby!!!!

    I went in looking for a light weight foundation that went well with dry skin also to match me while I have a bit of color from the sun. The MUA Lamar was really great. They took their time to explain everything to me, how they were applying everything on my face, tips and tricks to achieve the look I was going for. They made me feel comfortable and really happy with the way my skin turned out. I highly recommend Lamar if you need any help picking out make up. Wonderful customer service provided by Lamar and I will be sure to return back to them with any future make up needs!

    Amazing customer service!I was helped by two people, one whose name I didn’t get and another whose name was jackie in the hair department. she was wonderful! she took the time to walk me through the hair dyes so i could find the best one. she gave me all sorts of wonderful advice and made the shopping trip so pleasant! i’ve never experienced so much kindness and help with all my stupid questions.also, the hair dye she recommended was the EXACT shade of red i’ve been searching for for years. ily girl thank you for your help🙏🫶🏻

    If you want people to stop you on the street or in a store to ask if they can take a picture of your cut & color and find out where you go, then look no further. Ulta in Boyton Beach is a beautiful salon, reasonably priced with highly experienced stylist… Bridgett Burkhart is the bomb 💣 book with her!!!!

    This is a great place for someone who loves hair, makeup, skincare, and so much more. They have high-end makeup and they also have inexpensive makeup and skincare, Elf, Nyx, colourpop, Morphe..etc. The staff are always super friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for. Pretty good return policy as well. Sometimes they are out of stock of popular makeup items, but thats to be expected. They also do not carry all the makeup, skincare, and hair products. Between here and Sephora you can find what you need. You can get lost in this place for hours and walk out with a bunch of cool stuff. They also are affiliated with happy returns. They also do alot of great sales.

    I had the absolute best time at this ulta. I came in due to my make up separating and this lady named Mirtha helped me . She was wonderful , I have been following what she recorded me and I can honestly say it 100% worked . My makeup does not separate anymore . She is very wise when it comes to skin care . Will be going back !

    HAIR SALON - ASK FOR LINDSAY! This review is referencing the whole store and the salon, but I really cant recommend this girl any more highly. She does exactly what I want every time and I get compliments on my hair on a daily basis.This store and salon are run excellently. I walk in the door and go all the way to the back to get my hair done and every time I visit I am greeted with a smile and continue receiving welcoming smiles all the way to the back of the store. I feel like every person here is ready to eager to help you with anything beauty. It makes it fun!

    I only come here to get my hair done. I drive 45 min just to see Lindsay even though there are many ultas closer to me. She is a great stylist and always does better than I can imagine. She listens to exactly what I want and is very sweet as well. Thank you Lindsay for always doing a wonderful job.

    My sister and I went to Ulta looking for a Mac pallet I had seen online. Lamar assisted in helping me find the pallet I was looking for. After browsing for 10 minutes my sister convinced me to ask Lamar to quickly show me ask eye look with the palette. Not only did they create an amazing I look I received two amazing eye looks with detailed instructions and tips and tricks while I held her mirror. I have been in many Ulta‘s, Sephora‘s and Mac counters since I was 15 (omg 20 years) and never have I received such treatment, care, and attention. I loved watching Lamar be so creative and really flow in their craft. Thank you for helping this tired mama feel beautiful and remind me to take moments like this for myself more often. Meeting you was truly magical 🤩

    This past Saturday I was looking for some makeup that would blend well with my skin tone. I decided to go to Ulta a little skeptical and reluctant that I would not be pleased. I asked one of the ladies if I could speak with someone that could help me. She walked me over to this gentleman by the name of Lymar. His customer service was on point!!!! He was very informative, engaged with me, eye contact and communication was on point. Everything that I asked or had concerns about he had the answers to. He was so good he had me feeling like I wanted to buy each item on all the shelves. For now on I only want to be assisted by him at all times!!!

    I called at the last minute to schedule for a brow bar appointment and Donna answered. She was incredibly helpful over the phone and even more in person! She helped me find where I was supposed to go and even advised on some of her favorite brands when she passed me later perusing the clean scents. She made me feel less anxious and overwhelmed.     Bridgett is the BEST! Its rare to find a hair stylist who excels at multiple services like Bridgett does. Ive had people give me a good cut but not do so great at the blow out or color. Bridgett actually listens to what I want, nails the cut and color every time, and I love her blow outs and styling. She will also tell you if something isnt a good idea (i.e. overly damaging to hair, color will fade to fast). I never feel rushed, but she also isn’t slow at all. It’s always a perfectly relaxing experience, whether we’re chatting, or she’s just listening to me babble, or I’m in a quiet mood and don’t feel like talking - I always feel comfortable.I would follow Bridgett anywhere, but I am super happy she is at Ulta. Their prices for hair services are comparable or better than most local salons. They have a huge selection of products. I was VIB level at the S place for the last 20 years until I found Ulta. Everyone at the Boynton Commons location is friendly and helpful.

    My go to place for all things beauty!!! Makeup, perfume, hair products, & self tanner. Everyone is so helpful ! I like that there are always a number of sales associates walking about to help you if you need. You don’t have to hunt down anyone! Lol! Prices go from high end to low drug store prices! Love it!!!! ❤️

    I went into the Boynton store this evening and a young lady by the name of Lamar was Outstanding! She matched me with the best foundation and she was very patient and very helpful . You can tell she loved what she does for living, she matched me with the best foundation, best Lip toffee color lipstick. And she also suggested the best brushes and sponges for me…I would be shopping there again. I never got that extra service from my neighborhood Ulta in Delray Beach.

    Such a great store with so many brands from low end to high end. Store has everything !! Affordable and lots of variety. Very spacious and all the brands are easily laid out so you can find what youre looking for without a hassle. Only issue was that a lot of the items per brand were disorganized on the shelves and many brands did not have a lot of stock. Some shelves were very messy and could be organized throughout the day. They also have great deals on Ulta beauty products at certain times.

    Store is clean, well laid out, easy parking. The staff that work in each section are very friendly and helpful. The salon area is clean and attractive. I had my make up done for a dramatic finish to my Halloween costume, the gentleman at the Clinique counter- Kelsey, did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend him and will be back!

    Got my hair cut by Spencer & he gave me by far one of the best haircuts Ive ever had, including ones that cost 5x the price! He only works Wednesday mornings but he is worth adjusting your schedule to see. So impressed, will definitely be going back to him.

    This ULTA store is the singlehandedly best ULTA store Ive ever shopped at. Every employee here is beautiful, kind, and attentive. On Saturday I came in with my mom looking for a replacement brush and a new eyeliner. I was walking around and we talked to Alex. She had the prettiest makeup and was just the sweetest! She showed us like 3 different brushes and answered all of my questions. When I inquired about the brow bar and getting my eyebrows done for my senior pics next month, she answered everything naturally and with lots of good info! She urged us to check if the brow bar had a cancellation on Sat, and check it out if I could. When my mom and I walked over, turns out they did have a cancellation for right that moment! Khrystal, the brow tech, was AMAZING. I have never gotten my brows done before and she mapped them with precision and speed, even dealt with my mom and I bickering a bit. She waxed them so good I didnt even know the wax came off! Lol. When I got home later that day, I had gone to test my eyeliner when I found out it was a total bust! The eyeliner was completely dried out. I called and Carolina said I could return it with no worries, and she would help me if I came back in the same day. When I got to the store she was super busy, so Jayden (idk how its spelled im so sorry) helped me instead. She was another AMAZING employee. Recommended me the PERFECT eyeliner I dont think Ive stopped using lol and was soo sweet and gorgeous. I love this ULTA store so much especially because I recently had a bad experience in the Delray one with rude staff and security guard. THANK YOU to all the beautiful women and men who work here!

    Busy store and often I have found some of their products have been gone through or damaged by customers. This is not the fault of the staff by any means and I commend them for having to constantly go reorganize products or damage them out. Some people are awful, but the staff at this Ulta are pretty great. They have found produc6 for me in the back multiple times when there was none left. Super helpful.

    I believe people are so quick to share negativity and more reluctant to share positivity and that is not right. There has never been a moment where I walked into Ulta Beauty in Boynton Beach that I didn’t feel less than helped and cared for. Each member of their staff is kind , smiling and cheerful. Especially the brow enthusiast and expert Khrystal she goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. Not only does she help with the excellent selection of Benefit products but if you ask about other brands she will tell you her thoughts and if she doesn’t know she will ask other experts at Ulta. I also notice that all the other consultants from other major brands are always ready to help and share their knowledge of products. I can easily shop at any other beauty store but I keep coming back to Ulta specifically in Boynton because of the amazing staff and huge selection of products.Update: I know how to spell her name because she gave me a business card :)

    Honestly one of my favorite Ulta I’ve ever been too! I’ve been to a lot in Palm Beach and Broward but this place is so nice and comfortable. I go and pamper myself for brows and the girl there is so amazing and gets it right every time! Shout out to Khrystal! Khrystal, the brow tech, was AMAZING. I have gotten my brows done before and she mapped them with precision and speed, and literally nap every time to feeling so calm. She waxed them so good I didnt even know the wax came off! Lol.     This location by far is outstanding!!!! The staff there was ((to give you an example)) like Chik-fil-a staff on steroids!!! The moment I enteted the door I was greeted by a young man by the name of Kelcey, very warm & welcoming!! Instantly he asked how could he help me? I explained that it was my very first visit & I was looking for makeup for my daughter in law for Christmas, he walked to another associate (which by the way was drop dead gorgeous) & he took me on a tour lol.. Then I was struck by the perfume collection & Tiffany pretty much took it ftom there. I think I smelled almost their entire inventory & then another young lady which I forgot her name explained to me their awesome rewards program for becoming a member, I was blown away by the staff, I never write reviews but I had to give credit when its due!! PHENOMENAL STAFF!!! I DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!!

    Great Morning! I arrived at store 1 min before opening time. I was greeted by a manager. Gisselle, a make up artist, who had a beautiful make up face and personality, was called over to assistant me in finding a bronzer and a concealer. After shuffling through a few tarte concealer and using clinique make up remover to remove non matches. I found the perfect match of concealer for my skin tone! She also told me a bronzer deep dark shade was perfect, yet I insisted I wanted a different one. After test and trial Gisselle’s pick was the better one. Overall my shopping visit 🛍 was smooth and perfect. Hope you will experience the same or better ! Thank you Ulta!

    I usually go to the Delray Beach Ulta but this is my second time here and the customer service is far better. I’m rarely greeted at the Delray one, but both times here I was fully acknowledged! It’s pretty much the same products but different features. I think I’ll go to this one from now on! Plus the marshalls next door is WAY better than the marshalls next to the one in Delray!

    I’ve waited 2 weeks to review.. my skin has never felt better after years of dermatologists and creams and medication to help control hormonal acne. I did a 10 min facial and then make up consultation with the aesthetician Elizabeth. Although I had my doubts at first, she guided me through a simple, yet effective skin care routine and make up routine. I came in with a 10 year old routine from my teen years but my skin has changed! Between Elizabeth, Emily at Lancôme, and Khrystal at the brow bar we came up with a routine. They were very thorough, kind, informative, and understanding of my uneven skin tone, hormonal break outs, and literally taught me how to achieve beautiful skin with an easy to follow daily routine. Can’t thank them enough. Already been back in twice to exchange /explore more products which they helped me find and they remembered me by name. My self esteem has gone way up and I don’t feel the need to constantly hide behind my hair. 5 stars and a raise to these women!
