This is my second time going to Florida skin care. I like it you can usually an appointment as long as you call ahead of time sometimes you can do same day is just really pounds is working. Good location seems like they’re pretty much situated all over Southwest Florida call the number get an appointment pretty easy. The staff is very friendly the doctor I saw was spot on she actually said that I have to come back in about a week to two weeks to check in on more so I like that they do a very thorough check

I have been a patient of Brooke Drew since I moved to Florida eight years ago. She always listens to my concerns and offers me choices in terms of treatment. I am always in an out in a timely fashion. And the scheduling department is always very friendly and helpful. I have recommended her to many friends and they all agreed that she is wonderful.

Donna and Brooke are the best. I have been a customer for many years and have experienced many changes with the purchase of Dr Badias company. The charges for the credit card are ridiculous. No more fan club, no more great package deals. All that is left for me is Donna and Brooke.

I have been going to FL Skin Clinic for years. Now they are Advanced Dermatology. This was my first visit to see Dr V. My husband and I both had our annual skin checks. They even asked if we wanted to be seen together which was convenient since our appointments were 10 mins apart. We had thorough exams and consultations and were in and out in under an hour. Wry nice facility. All staff were kind, professional and knowledgeable.

Have never had an issue. My only complaint is now they charge 3% on credit card use and the office also charges additional $1.75 fee on top of the 3%. With inflation going up I find this practice unfair to your clientele. Thankfully I had my check book.

I had a great appointment yesterday with Brooke Drew, PA, and Florida Skin Center. Two biopsies and one pre-cancerous spot frozen/burned off - I am not a fan of procedures or needles but she was absolutely excellent in each procedure! I couldnt have had a better encounter with Brooke Drew, PA, and all of the staff. They were each very kind, thorough, professional, and the clinic is immaculately clean. I was so pleased and comforted with the visit. A++

The paper work was very easy to fill out and my wait time was less then 10 min now that alone is 5 stars compared to other places that made me wait over a hour. They gave me great service and helped with every problem I requested. Florida Skin Center is #1 in my book a customer for life.

I was very impressed with the professional and friendly staff at the Florida Skin Center. I was given all the information I needed, including exact pricing for treatments, so I could make informed decisions on my care. Great place!!My only concern was being charged for my follow up appointment to learn the results of my biopsy. In my experience, follow-up appointments have always included with the cost of the test or procedure I received. I could have been given the results over the phone and then made an appointment to see the doctor if necessary. Not being told about the cost for the follow-up seems out of the norm for this business.

The office is staffed with friendly, competent staff who quickly bring you to exam rooms where a patient tech provides preliminary information, updates your records and provides gowns and additional info. A PA enters shortly after to exam you thoroughly (and I do mean thoroughly). In my case she found a couple precancerous spots, treated them and provided several suggestions to protect myself from the son. The visit was short, professional and pleasant.

I was treated with respect and the staff was very friendly and caring. Ive been a patients of my primary physcian for 25 years and they dont even know who I am so I wasnt expecting anything different at the skin center. BOY was I wrong!!They are incredibly friendly, caring and informative. I saw Brooke who is one of the PAs and she was very professional and knowledgeable. This office is the first I went to since moving down here 4 years ago. I hadnt been in the office for a couple of years but had to go in yesterday to see PA Brooke about 2 moles that were staring to bother me along with getting prescriptions for acne medication. She said the moles didnt look suspicious, however, since they were bugging me, they should be removed. I happily agreed and within 10 minutes both were expertly removed and I felt great. Brooke absolutely knows her stuff and I will never hesitate to have her do any procedures I need.

I had MRSA and I saw 2 doctors before going there, who never even mentioned the possibility.They have an online portal for patients too....good for talking to them anytime you want. Very pleasant warm greeting from staff. Amazingly kid friendly. Fast service. Was able to get an appt the same day I called. Thorough examination. I was given a detailed packet of services offered and was also offered a warm washcloth infused with essential oils. Courtesy coffee from a Kurig machine offered of various flavors. They also offer juice for kids and bottled water. Their office has an area that over looks the water. Topnotch service all around. I wish all doctors offices were like this.

Dr. Badia and her entire staff are by far the most calm, compassionate, professional medical team I’ve seen in this area. They have been so amazing and sincerely caring every time I have taken my young daughters to them. Dr. Badia’s exceptional bedside manner is something you don’t find very often and she is a blessing to her patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Badia and her staff at Florida Skin Center to any of my friends and family especially looking for a pediatric dermatologist in our area.

I had a scheduled appointment at the Cape Coral location for the 24th but late in the morning of the 17th I discovered a skin issue and called and requested an appointment for that afternoon. They set me up for a 1:15 and I was out at 1:45 including a biopsy. Great people from the front desk to the nurses, Dr. Badia and Brooke. If you have a skin problem this is the place to go to get treated well.

I have seen Brooke at the Cape Coral office several times and I cannot recommend her enough. I was referred by the VA for a minor issue, which she promptly diagnosed and treated. Most importantly, when I told her I hadnt had a full-body checkup in several years she performed one and almost immediately recognized a potential melanoma. She did a biopsy and sent it off for a rush pathology report and it confirmed her suspicions. She and her staff then promptly referred me to a melanoma surgery specialist (Dr Ritter is the BEST!). Within a month of my initial exam I had my surgery, with the melanoma being entirely removed and the wound expertly closed to reduce scarring and hair loss. The pathology report shows no cancer. In addition, they went the extra mile to wade through the red tape of dealing with the Veterans Choice Program. Brooke is very knowledgeable, competent, and caring; always going the extra mile for her patients.

So my former physician would basically double charge me!
