Ive had a membership here for a couple of years now. The staff is always friendly. Shy-Aynne is the best! I always try to schedule with her for my massages and facials. I try so hard not to fall asleep while Im in her care, but shes so relaxing. Shes also attentive. I like firm pressure for my back and medium everywhere else and she adjusts accordingly.

Today was my first visit at Massage Envy. I have been really having lots of stress lately and I really needed to decompress and relax so I decided to have a full body massage. I have to say that my experience with Milly was amazing! She was so knowledgeable, considerate, respectful, compassionate just overall an excellent professional. I immediately felt at ease. She took her time to explain everything she was doing and educated me on my problem areas which I loved and advised me on what I would benefit out of certain treatments. The front desk was very friendly and helpful and Kayla was just great. Overall not only did I just love todays experience I decided to become a Massage Envy Member! Thank you Milly and Kayla you ladies made my day a little bit lighter today......... I literally left there feeling like I was floating on air! 🙌🏻♥️🙌🏻I definitely recommend and will spread the word of this awesome service and another plus is Milly also speaks Spanish!! ♥️💙

I got a really great massage, the pressure was great, but the therapist did not listen to what I asked for prior to the service. None of the things I requested were done. I will go back and give another chance and am hoping she listens next time. If not, I’ll be looking for a new massage therapist

Danny is awesome! He always listens to whatever problem I’m having and concentrates in that area. His full body massages are great as well. He’s also very good about listening to what pressure you need for certain areas where you’re having specific problems. I have seen Danny twice now and he is phenomenal! He really listens to what I want and slays it! I like that he pays attention to any muscle spasms he finds as he is massaging me and really attempts to get them to simmer down. His deep tissue pressure is amazing! He is firm everywhere that i ask and lighter where i ask. He is a genuinely nice person. I think the fact that he is studying to be a physical therapist has really amped up his game. I am really looking forward to my next appointment with him!

Had my first Massage with Sylvia yesterday she was awesome! She came in and asked what areas I felt I needed worked on the most and did an amazing job! Would definitely request her for my next one!Hannah who works the front desk deserves a huge shout out. My first appointment was supposed to be at the Pine Island location and when I went there they just stated we don’t have you in our computer called Santa Barbara and sent me there. Santa Barbara did have an appointment for someone with the same name as me but was not me. I was pretty frustrated having to drive all over town but Hannah did the right thing and got me set up with an appointment within the next few days and I was given points towards my massage . It’s sad how the Pine Island location was just sorry we have no appointment for you and Hannah at the Santa Barbara location went above and beyond. Great customer service at the Santa Barbara location is what got me to sign up for a Membership!

And let me tell you- she did not disappoint. I so looked forward to my 90 minute massage with Diancy which was so relaxing and rejuvenating!! Diancy is very intentional with just the right amount of pressure. So very pleased.

The massage therapist Graysis (I think I spelled her name right but I might be wrong!) is so nice and she does a fantastic job! She’s the reason I got my yearly subscription! Every month I look forward to my hour massage, it’s so relaxing and the perfect “me” time!

I just want to say that I consistently get better massages here in Florida. There is less turn over of staff and the massages are more individualized. I opted for 25 percent tip but 50 percent was taken out of my account! That is too much and not what I selected. Kelly was great! She was very honest about my skin and what I needed to do and not do and I really appreciated her not tip toeing around what my skincare issues were. I feel it’s important to be straightforward and honest and that’s exactly what she was. She recommended some products that she said were not as harsh as the ones I’ve been using and pharmaceutical grade. Very well could’ve just been a sales tactic but it worked and I spent an extra $140 on product so I’m excited to see my results. I usually buy Clinique from ulta and the pricing was similar so I’ll update my review if I have issues with the products recommended. It the day after my derma facial and my skin is glowing and the texture is a lot better.

Massage Envy provides the best massage experience I have ever had. Silvana is my therapist and she is amazing! Each massage is specific to your individual needs. Very professional atmosphere. I can’t believe how reasonable their prices are. I have to say that getting a massage by Silvana every 2 weeks has been so beneficial to me both physically and mentally. The whole experience is great! They also have many extras available such as aroma therapy. You can add one on for a very reasonable cost. I won’t go anywhere else for a massage.
