    Laura Walgate PA was excellent. She addressed my concerns, was very friendly. I was very happy they gave me a gown as it’s not comfortable to just stand there naked with 2 complete strangers. Already made my appt for next year with Laura.

    Dr. Lee was very kind and informative. He listened to all my questions and answered them succinctly. Im pretty matter of fact about medical things but when I became uneasy during the procedure, she saw right through me and settled me down. Great bedside manner, much appreciated!

    I have to say I was very concerned about my appointment because I had never had experience that in my entire life, but the attendance and the ladies who work there and greet you at the door almost were very kind and courteous. The doctor was fantastic. They got the job and got it done quick and they were informative and definitely will go back there again.

    I had a full body scan today. Shoni was great. I needed 3 biopsies. She gave me the numbing injections and the shots were less painful than in the past. Laura was very thorough and used the nitrogen on my face and did the totally painless biopsies. I have full confidence in her skills and abilities.     I had the pleasure of seeing Gia. She was very detailed in explaining all that she saw and her plan on how to handle it. I had a mole removed from my shoulder and needed treatment for the skin on my toe which was very dry and pealing. The wait was short and people very pleasant. Thank you, Gia and team.

    Friendly,efficient office..Ladies at front desk greet you with a smile! Danielle and her assistant were extremely knowledgeable regarding your skin health..Danielle examined my skin from head to toe and U mean everywhere! Now Im getting ready to look into some cosmetic Dermatology since all of those previous issues have caused other skin issues.. so not vanity, just Im ready for a change.     This was my first visit to Riverchase Dermatology on Del Prado. The entire staff and Dr. Laura Walgate took very good care of me. I had three biopsies and my request for a certain type of lidocaine shot was honored. The biopsy went very smoothly with almost no pain at all from the needle and none from the lidocaine. Note: as a Type 1 Diabetic of decades shots do not bother me much. However, I dont want the medication to burn after injection, which is exactly what happened.

    Visiting a dermatologist for the first time can be scary. But after going to Riverchase Dermatology and being checked in at the front desk I started to feel comfortable. The ladies that were there on 04/26/2024 @ 4 pm were very friendly and professional. In the exam room the nurse and trainee were very professional and courteous. When Doctor Kagen came in to do his examination I felt comfortable, especially after he informed me that everything was normal. I want to thank him and his staff on doing such a great job and I will be back to visit in six (6) months for another check up.

    I arrived at my appointment and was greeted by a nice lady behind the counter she ask me to fill out some paperwork which I did. My name was called and I was walked back to a doctor room then I met Laura Walgate assistant she was very polite and answered my questions then I met Laura she was fantastic in everyway a doctor should be polite patient and very very knowledgeable of what my problem was she told me what she was going to do and she very gentle she is awesome awesome awesome I would recommend her and her staff to anyone thats having any skin issues please go and see her you will be glad you did.     I like the Doctor and nurses, they do a good job. I had a skin cancer on my chest, biopsy was sent, Basil Cell, and the doctor removed in operating room, she gave me a paper telling me how to take care of the wound. 2 weeks later it was healed and I went back to get stitches out. Very good communication.I will be going back in 6 months to have a body check.
