    I love this place! They are always so nice, sanitary and professional! Today I got my Brazilian and eyebrows done by Georgia and she was absolutely phenomenal!!! She was so gentle and detailed. One of the best wax experiences I’ve had.

    I’ve been getting my Brazilian’s and eyebrows done here since they opened. The girls are fast and efficient. No hairs left behind. Gloves are worn, the areas are sanitary and clean. Mariana does my Brazilians & Ligia does my eyebrows & tinting. They also offer serums & scrubs for ingrown hairs that really made a difference in my bikini area. I think this one is also a gray location because they have a really nice spa room with an esthetician that does professional facials & massage so you can wax and relax after.

    My experience with Georgia was amazing! She is so sweet and made the process easy and fast. I did not experience that much pain and this was my first time waxing with her.     Georgia is absolutely amazing! I have been getting waxes for about 4-5 years now and this is the most pleasant experience I’ve had thus far! I have been coming to this particular wax place for a while and although the other ladies are also great, this was the most relaxed I’ve felt during a session. Definitely book with Georgia if you can.

    The best part of my experience was providing feedback to Ms.Sharonna regarding the services I received at this location. My esthetician was very professional & pleasant, however I felt the service received was rushed. Hint: Slow down, do a thorough & clean job. I promise youll make it up on the back end in tips & repeat clientele. Thats far more valuable than rushing to snatch up the next client, rushing through the service & ZERO repeat clientele.Initially I said, this experience would not be a repeat. However after speaking with Ms. Sharonna, I will give this location another try in the near future. Again, Ms. Sharonna thank you for lending a listening ear.

    This place caught my eye because im always at the Publix in the plaza. I decided to try it out and wow I was not disappointed! My appointment with Mariani was amazinggg! I had the full body special done and she made sure that she was very thorough not missing any spots at all.     From the moment I walked in the receptionist greeted me and asked my name to confirm the appointment I booked online. She then asked me to have a seat for a few minutes as I did show up about 15 minutes early. About 7/8 minutes later she escorted me to the room where I would be getting my service done. The wax technician came in and introduced herself. She was pleasant the whole time and patient with me as I am pregnant. She kept me engaged and educated me on the whole waxing process. She even got me to get 2 additional services that I hadn’t booked 😉. Overall my experience was awesome and I will definitely be back in the future.

    Excellent service!!! I got a sugar bikini wax, under arm, and lower leg. It hurt like hell (1st time) but it was so worth it! I love the results!Very clean, very professional, and the lady talked me through everything! I will definitely return even though it is a bit far from me, I’d take the drive for the service alone.

    Mariani was wonderful. I can honestly say this experience was virtually painless. Although Ive been waxing for a while now, I always feel some type of pain when I get my monthly waxes.     I went in to the Sunrise location for the first time to get a Brazilian. Mariani was the one who helped me out. I got the cocoa wax since it was a little less painful and let me tell you BEST CHOICE EVER. She is very great at what she does, I barely felt anything. I also ended up getting a hydrogel mask after the waxing because I have very sensitive skin and Ive had these red bumps that wouldnt go away. She gave me a lot of advice and recommendations as to how I should treat it. I really did enjoy how thorough she was. She sounded like she really wanted to help me out and its that kind of service that makes me want to come back. I scheduled another appointment the same day and I bought the sugaring scrub and the PFB they have for after waxing. So far theyve been helping and hopefully those red bumps will be gone soon!! Definitely recommend this place and I recommend having Mariani as your waxer!
