Sophie Lorenzo is the best aesthetician. I used to have another membership at a very respectable medspa 5 minutes from my house but decided to switch and go 40 minutes out of my way to see Sophie. She’s so knowledgeable, I signed up immediately. The place itself is so clean and aesthetically pleasing. My first facial with Sophie, she explained every step to me and was very thorough because I had skin concerns I wanted to address. I wanted to find a place that sold Skin Better for a while now so with my monthly membership I get a % off their products plus a bunch of other fun things. After my hydrafacial, Sophie had some time before her next appointment so we went shopping for a completely new line of skincare for me. I couldn’t stop thinking about the nice things I got so I texted her the next day asking a bunch of questions about other things I should buy from Aesthetic Element, and I love that she’s honest and not bias and she told me what I needed and what was not the most necessary based on my skin type, so I placed another order with them. My skin after the facial and even right now is so glowy and clear and healthy and plump. I’m obsessed. Sophie Lorenzo is great at what she does! Wish the membership included unlimited facials I’d be there everyday!

She was telling me how the staff was incredibly welcoming, and Nicole stood out as exceptionally sweet and attentive. She made the whole process feel comfortable and enjoyable for my fiancé. The esthetician Sophia worked wonders on my face. Not only is she welcoming and professional but, she is great at what she does. My face is usually dry/flakey with some acne. Since I started going to Sophia my acne has gotten better and I have zero to none flakiness anymore. She not only tells you what her steps are during treatment, she recommends products for your skin type that will actually make a change. At Aesthetic Element the service is great, the people are welcoming and the price is reasonable. I’m so glad I found Aesthetic Element it truly does feel like home.

I’ve been to 5 different laser places for different areas and this has been my favorite one! The machine is one of the more painless machines I’ve experienced which is incredibly important for such a sensitive area. The staff are so nice and professional, especially Kasandra who I had great conversations with each session which helped me take my mind off the laser. I love AE! I found them through a Groupon deal for laser hair removal. I figured I would give them a try since they had great reviews. My laser treatments went smoothly and the laser they use is pretty strong and actually gets rid of hair, unlike lasers from other offices. I’m a hairy beast so trust me on this! I liked their professionalism so much that I went back for Botox and B12 injections which I still get regularly. I used to go somewhere else for Botox before but AE has the best prices and top injectors, so now I come here for all my treatments. They have so many different treatments. It’s the perfect one-stop shop for all things beauty!
