Francis and Emily are absolutely 10/10. I have been going to BioVital for at least 2 years now and their whole staff is nothing short of helpful, amazing, and truly invested in the customer experience. I had a difficult situation occur with my membership and even then they cared more about providing a solution that was fair for me above all else. Francis is the manager who is a super sweet person and truly cares about being the biggest help. Emily is one of the laser technicians and she is SO thorough, knowledgable, pleasant to speak with, and very professional. I am so impressed, they have a customer for life. Worth every penny, ESPECIALLY their memberships. Thank you girls!! ❤️

I bought a Groupon but their packages are non contract, very affordable and allow for flexibility to change treatments which is unheard of. The value you are getting for your service is beyond what you are paying. I am getting full legs with laser hair removal. I have gone to get other treatments done at the big name places and they overcharge you by thousands of dollars. Wendy has been my tech and she is the sweetest, she makes you feel comfortable and talks you through the whole time to keep your mind off of things. I would recommend them!

Excellent service, great customer service. Ive read some of the negative comments here and some say it doesnt work. If it doesnt work may be because the person did not follow instructions or simply their hair is way too resistant to the treatment. I had a laser removal done at another place, and it didnt work and I thought it was because of me. But the treatment I received at this spa was sooo different in a much higher level of quality that I it worked perfectly fine and I was 300% satisfied with the results. Also, the first thing you have to know about laser removal is that it is not forever, hair will grow back. This treatment is intended to weaken the hair, and slow the growth of new hair. This place is simply great in all the ways. I am looking forward to go back for another treatment. Keep up the good work!! 💪🏼😊

Ive been going to BioVital for laser hair treatments for my underarms from an EXTREMELY affordable groupon offer since the summer. So far Ive had only 3 treatments out of the 7 that I paid for, and I already see such a dramatic difference in my hair growth, I barely have to shave anymore and I still have 4 sessions left! Ill likely be purchasing laser treatments for my legs soon as well. Their lasers are gentle, effective, and their staff is always so kind! The facility is very clean, sanitary, and always smells quite nice haha. I usually have my appointments with Carolina and I love her! Ive been recommending this place to my friends and family since my first session, its the best!

A nice little spa in Weston. My daughter gave me a Groupon coupon of $89 for 6 of their laser treatments. A few months later I bought another Groupon, not knowing I couldnt use 2 at the same business. When I called to make my appointments, they told me I couldnt use it, but didnt give me alternatives. They said that if I wanted 1 laser more (small area), it would cost me $249!. I asked if they could do something about the Groupon and they said No. I understand rules. What I dont understand is why they dont care about loyalty, why is it so difficult to take care of satisfied customers or why do they simply avoid good customer service. Apparently they hate Groupon and dont care about their customers. This place is only good if you pay high prices. Look around.

I love this place! The staff are all so sweet and take great care of their clients. There’s really no point in wasting time and money in waxing just to repeatedly have to deal with pain and the hair growing back. BioVital MedSpa is extremely affordable and it works. I rarely think about having to shave or wax anymore. It’s a thing of the past. I’ll never pay for waxing again. I highly recommend trying this place out.

Ive received several services at Biovital over the last three years, and I have always been extremely happy with the quality and effectiveness of the treatments, the exceptional customer service, and the clean and well decorated interior spaces. Today, I had a session with the doctor, who took an enormous amount of time to describe the procedure and make sure I understood everything. He was caring and professional, and I felt thoroughly confident with his attention. I have recommended Biovital to my friends over the years, and they have all been equally satisfied. Finally, even though it is in Weston, and I am in Fort Lauderdale, because it is right off the highway, it only takes me 15 minutes to get there.

So far 2 visits and no complaints. I found them through a Groupon deal I purchased for my underarms, after the first visit I liked what I saw so I wanted to buy another Groupon for a full bikini but the Groupon is only for New Customers. I get it, I should have used the first Groupon offer for the real test which was my Full Bikini but still Groupon is a form of advertisement. Regardless the price they quoted for the Full Bikini thru them is not as bad as most would think. One thing I really liked about them is their upfront pricing. Others like Body Details make you jump thru hoops to get a price. I mean give me an estimate at least, I get it they offer life time warranty but you pay for it some how Im sure. Anyways regarding the bad service a few have mentioned here the girls that have always worked me have been extremely nice. Oh and on my second visit after I found out about the Groupon only being for new customers my technician let me test a spot on my Bikini, I didnt want to buy it yet because I dont know if it will work as much as my underarms and I heard from others the pain is awful. Second visit and last time I shaved my underarms was 9/4 and still no hair. I LOVE IT! One day Ill give the full bikini another try....but I wont lie it was more painful than the underarms, at least the pain goes away once they are done. I think we can bear it to avoid shaving.
