    Laura was so informative during my facial with the products she was using and what she was going to be doing next so I was not left wondering. She provided me with suggestions to use at home. My facial was really relaxing, I pre-booked my next service before leaving because of the great service. Callie (I hope I remembered her name correctly) at the front desk was so friendly and also provided me with information. Great customer service all around. They also did not pressure you to purchase their products they recommended, which was a relief.

    One of the best experiences I’ve had ever had while getting a facial! Everyone was so welcoming and nice. The basic facial was awesome, especially if it’s your first one. Soothing music and dim lights really set a soothing mood. I felt so relaxed, especially after the neck and shoulder massage! You’ll walk out of there with glowing skin and less stress for sure.

    After a very long journey of going to four other skincare specialists in two different cities in the past 4-5 years, I can confidently say that Melissa at Facial Mania is the most amazing esthetician I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. The level of kindness, integrity, and care that she puts into each client interaction makes you feel so taken care of. She is very detail oriented and deeply knowledgeable about each and every ingredient she puts onto your skin. And prioritizes using only the best organic products that make your skin glow and shine from within. Could not recommend her enough and the fact that my skin is finally clearing up from years of breakouts without the heavy dark scars I had from years is a testament to her work that goes beyond words.     Laura was my esthetician and she was great!! My appointment was for the Hydro Oxygen Facial and Laura was knowledgeable with skincare! She walked me through each step that she was doing since it was my first time. They have great membership prices and they were very professional!

Esha and the the staff are always exceptional from start to finish. I got fillers in my cheeks, chin and lips.Esha always listens carefully to my concerns and explains the procedure in a way that makes me feel comfortable and informed. Their spa looks fabulous! The injections were done with such precision and a gentle touch that I felt minimal discomfort.My cheeks are fuller, giving my face a youthful lift.     Highly recommend Facial Mania! Im getting older (59)and recently lost some weight which has caused me to look my age which is not acceptable lol and I needed some guidance . Katelyn was great when making my appointment, Taylor was awesome and helpful checking me in and checked on me to make sure I was comfortable during my visit . Laura did my facial and she was awesome, explained everything, educated me on my daily facial routine (which unbeknownst to me was drying out my skin considerably) and recommended products that I did purchase. I had a consultation with Esha who who was also great , took time to explain everything and gave me great options on what to do regarding my concerns, I decided first step was to get my lip enhanced , I was nervous it would hurt or bruise a lot since I have fair skin and that they would look too big, BUT she is a magician with the needle and my lips look so natural , exactly what my lips used to look like.

    Started a membership here in February in 2023 but could not use up al my credits due to not cancelling when it was not needed anymore. The services I use are IPL and hydrofacial and after a few iPL’s I finally saw improvement. The hydrofacial had always been my go to with Laura and a good experience with her. Sometimes I add the extra treatments but only when I enough time in a day to do everything at the end of the day like manicure, pedicure and hair color. I ta a good place and would recommend it to friends.

    Lara was absolutely informative and really catered to me in the service. She was very communicative during the service and explained every step she was doing . So I left a tip at the end of my service through the machine pad. But DONT DO THIS for Facial Mania takes a percentage from it which I found out later and it’s really not fair to the aesthetician.

    I was so nervous going in! But the staff was so calm cool and collected! The women who did my lips took her time, made me feel so comfortable.     I like to get the micro needling and I have been 4 times so far. I can see results and I’d like to keep going on a monthly basis, but was told this morning that the$142.00 I was paying is now going to be $284.00. I can’t keep going at that price. What a shame because it’s a great place with great people!! Keep it at $142.00 and I will be there once a month!

    I have been coming to Facial Mania for a year now. I have received many services from Botox to Dermal fillers and now today having PRP with Micro-needling.     I was a client of Dr Couto before he opened this location, and I live in South Miami but he is worth the drive! His products are amazing in comparison with to other clinics that I’ve been too. A lot of clinics are using old technology, and are mixing Botox with saline. Defy recommend!
