    I’ve been a customer for years. Ideal image staff never disappoints. From the moment I walked in Dawn was so welcoming and hospitable. Just an amazing experience every time I’ve come here. They are accommodating and always put the customer first! I’m moving to Tallahassee and I will still plan on driving here just to get the exceptional service they give.

    I just finished my last treatment, the service in the plantation location is above anything that I have ever experienced! Everyone was always very friendly and supportive. They all go above and beyond to accommodate me every visit. The results speaks for itself. I couldn’t have asked for a better team!

    It was my first time doing this at all. Little rushed, because of scheduling over laps. It was an interesting experience. Front desk was very nice, and the ending of the experience wasnt great for the ice neck experience. Wasnt told about that. Did eat and drink water before which made the nausea more of an issue. All staff was kind and not pushy.

    I just had laser hair removal at the Plantation clinic and had a great experience. Dawn and Michelle greeted me warmly as soon as I came in and offered me water. They were both kind and professional. The ambiance was nice and calming. I got called in right away, there wasn’t any wait. The medical provider, Madison, reviewed my medical history thoroughly and explained the procedure every step of the way. Marissa is a wealth of knowledge and made me feel at ease. The whole process was great! I definitely would recommend Ideal Image to anyone that is interested in laser hair removal!

    As someone who grows very thick hair I love this place my lash laser didn’t work very well but ever since I’ve started this one my hair growth really slowed down and most importantly it grew back thinner but it took longer and takes longer to grow back as I progress I finally could go out in clothes that show my arms and legs

I’m usually in and out within 10-15 minutes give or take and I do full bikini and underarms. I do use numbing cream which they can prescribe you which makes the experience a lot less painful but the results are worth it!

    This office is professional, clean, and does an excellent job of making you feel comfortable! As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted by Michael. He always has such a vibrant and positive attitude. The nurse performing my laser hair removal was Angie. She was thorough, fast, kind, and warm. Our conversation distracted me from most of the discomfort from the laser, which was a great bonus. All in all, I love this office and I’m so happy I chose Ideal Image for this cosmetic procedure! :)

My only complaint is that services are now dictated by contract date instead of sessions which now automatically omits the clinical aspect that recognizes everyone responds to treatment differently sometimes needing to space out sessions but now may lose some sessions because of a contract date.

    I initially inquired about doing the laser hair removal in JANUARY. I waited this long keep putting off and getting waxed still. Imagine if i would of went in January i could of saved so much money. I called got in the same day for the consultation Raquel was amazing. Super personable, not pushy at all. She explained everything in detail answered all my questions and i got treated the sam day. I felt super bad since it was already 6pm on a Friday but she assured me it was no trouble. Vanessa my specialist explained everything again. Super nice. It really didn’t hurt as bad as i thought. It was just my first session but i can definitely see myself going back for more and more until my body is hairless. Thank you girls for staying late for me :)

    I have been getting laser hair removal at other Spas for 4 years (minus a break during covid). The treatments were somewhat effective and the pain comparable to waxing. Unfortunately the hairs kept coming back so I kept buying more packages.My sister referred me to Ideal Image. The cost was higher but they have a lifetime guarantee so I figured I would try them.The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The first sessions were tolerable in terms of pain. By the 3rd session the pain was more than any other session I’ve had. However, the results appear to be heading towards permanent! So if you are willing to pay the price in pain and cost, for beauty, this is the place to go. The others may promise permanent results but not deliver.Be aware of the cancellation policy and ice up before coming.

    Everyone here is always super nice and knowledgeable. It’s the only place that I trust with my treatments. I have done lip fillers, botox and my fillers for my smile lines here for my first time doing any of those procedures.     All of the staff has been friendly and extremely compassionate. From the moment you walk in you are greeted and quickly checked in. The medical professionals that take care of you, in the very clean rooms are patient and kind. If you can’t use numbing cream for laser like myself, each one of them that has taken care of me (you can ask for the same person if you prefer) has been encouraging, sweet mannered and given me a break when I need one. I really enjoy coming here even though the treatments can be painful without the lidocaine.
