First and far most I love everyone in the medical center. Dr Astaphan is a true artist & has helped me so much with my TMJ that I can’t live without him. He takes very good care of my anti-aging and doesn’t over do things. His wife is an angel & my fiancé and I love them both. We both go to Silk and have never left the day we found them. They are located on the east side of the bend when US-1 and Sunrise Blvd meet in the Office Depot plaza, so when driving plan accordingly to be in the right lane.Dr. Astaphan & Nicole have that perfect mix of professionalism with a causal atmosphere. Nicole or Ana greet you and get you checked in warmly and efficiently. There is a smooth transition into the appointment room and if you haven’t already been enthusiastically greeted by Dr. Tony, you will be at that point.Dr Astaphan will let you know what he is going to do, when he is going to do it and if it is going to be any level of discomfort. He will alert you, but then is great at talking to you as a distraction or along with Ana getting passed it. They have great protocols in place for both safety and cleanliness that make you feel safe and in good hands.

Nicole,Ana and Dr. A have the best bedside manner! Dr. A. Is honest, straightforward and gentle. They are following Covid health protocol in a positive way which is also comforting. The office is very clean and easily accessed. I also appreciate the above and beyond attitude! Truly a wonderful office!

This was my second visit and I must say theyre entire staff is friendly, personable, and prompt. I LOVE Dr. Astaphan, Nicole and Eric. They always make me feel comfortable . I was in and out so quickly. I was advised of everything that I need to do to ensure the treatments are effective. And they dont make you feel pressured into anything and that is so important to me. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

If there were more stars I would put them. I want to tell you that in todays world it is EXTREMELY hard to find a good doctor. This doctor is patient, gentle, takes his time and is absolutely AMAZING!!! Please go and see him. Seeing is believing. I was so hesitant to go. Female facial hair is a touchy subject. I finally convinced myself it was a must. Erik and Nicole were amazing in the front office and Dr Astaphan simply felt like family. This has been an incredible experience thus far and my ONLY complaint is that I did not make my appointment sooner! Thank you for placing me back on the road to hair free living :) Cant wait to see you again!

I can not speak higher of my experience with Dr. Astaphan and the Office at Silk Centre! I did plenty of research regarding the procedure I was looking at completing, and his credentials speak high (look him up). His work in maxioifacial surgery, anesthesiology, and symmetry spoke volumes.The office was honest about my pricing options while other offices were interested in doubling the price of the product used (boo to you; you know who you are).When I came in the day of the procedure, I was quite nervous, but the attitude and professionalism of Dr. Astaphan put me at ease. He explained that his view on treatment is conservative so that any look achieved is natural and healthy. He also told me that its normal for swelling to happen, and that I might curse him for the work.I did freak out, but its to be expected and he was really nice about the moment I put him through. When I made it home and the swelling went down, I was totally satisfied! My wife tells me how healthy I look. Thank you Dr. A!!

Dr. Astaphan and Erik and cooler than the other side of the pillow! lol… Dr. Astaphan does great work and makes you feel comfortable when he is working with you. Erik has also been friendly and welcoming every time I come into the office. It is a warm atmosphere coupled by great people and great results! :-) As long as Im in the Ft. Lauderdale area, I highly doubt I would go anywhere else.

If you are looking to get your tear troughs filled, Dr. Astaphan is absolutely the doctor who should do it! I was recommended to him by someone in the aesthetic industry and I couldnt be happier w/his AMAZING skill! He was honest upfront on what he thought he could achieve and he took his time to make sure that he got a beautiful result-a true perfectionist! My eyes are deep set and as I have aged, they looked hollow with dark circles that concealer couldnt hide. I was a challenging patient with large veins that he had to work around. He took his time so I wouldnt bruise and I walked out looking 10 years younger! What a true artist!
