    I was in town visiting family and decided to get a facial with Lauren Steele. I had the greatest experience and was absolutely glowing. I have been having a tough time with dryness and clearing out the pores on my nose. She knew just what my skin needed and was so helpful. She even helped with skin care products that would work best for me and what my skin needs. I can’t wait to come back. I will be going to her every time I’m in the area.

    Everyone at this office was incredibly kind and welcoming to me as a new patient. The medical assistants were caring and very helpful as they assisted me with my new patient forms. Dr. Lustig was able to diagnose my issue accurately while providing me with a detailed explanation that helped ease my stress. She was very kind and considerate, and she made me feel very comfortable. I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Lustigs recommended treatment, as the issue I presented to her has already been resolved. The entire staff was very professional and attentive, and I am extremely grateful for my experience in this office. I highly recommend Dr. Lustig and this office and will definitely be returning for future appointments.

    Today I had a procedure with Dr. Padnos and I must say it was one of the best experiences Ive had in a medical office! The time that he took to explain the procedure and listen to my concerns went well beyond my expectations. The whole team was amazing from Dan, my RN, making me feel comfortable and assisting during the procedure to the manager of the clinic checking on me while I waited for plastic surgery to do the second half of my case was incredible. Initially I was so nervous coming in the office and those feelings were alleviated with all of the helpful staff that I encountered. If you are looking for a dermatology center that provides high quality patient and family centered care look no further, this is the place to go!

    First visit! Everyone was very nice and pleasant. Office staff was very friendly and attentive. Office staff can make or break a practice. Got right in to see the Dr. She came into the room within a couple of minutes. Dr. Julian was very informative and answered all of my questions and concerns.     Everyone was very nice and helpful. The nurse who took out my stitches was excellent. I had thought Dr Lustig would be there since I had a couple of questions for her but I guess once she did the spot removal she didnt do the follow up herself.

    Prompt service, I couldn’t get through all my paperwork before the doctor was seeing me and through. This was my first appointment here so I don’t know how hard getting appointments will be since new clients are always less flexible with scheduling. Overall it was a great experience.

    The front desk staff can make or break your experience at a doctor’s office. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The doctor saw me quickly and was pleasant. It’s the second time I visited the office and no complaints either time.

    The staff and doctor was great. I was checked in and seen quickly. The doctor listened to my concerns and came up with a solution that I am looking forward to.What I didnt like was the $5 charge on top of my co - pay to cover their COVID-19 PPE expenses? What expenses do you have that isnt any different then the expenses everyone is having to incur during this pandemic? A dollar maybe even two per patient I would happily pay but when your waiting area has 6 patients waiting to be seen every hour on a Thursday, do the math, you are clearly making profit at your patients expense.

    I had my yearly checkup at advanced Dermatology and had an excellent experience. Sign in was easy and wait time in outer area was short . I was brought to an exam room and was seen by my Dr. within 5 minutes after I had put on my exam gown. My exam was thorough and I was given plenty of opportunity for questions and privacy . I heartily recommend this practice.

    I have been a patient of AD for a very long time. Svetlana has been my Aesthetician and she truly is an gem. I know when she is done with my facial, I will leave there feeling and looking fabulous. People compliment me on my skin and I always say I have the best, I have Svetlana.

    I waited a very short time in the waiting room and probably five minutes waiting for the doctor. The group was efficient and caring. Dr Podnos did a great job and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything about my MOHs procedure.

    What i dont like about this place is that they charge you the same price as a consultation for a follow up visit. Most places dont charge you for a follow up visit and if they do is NOT the same price as a regular visit. If it wasnt because Ive been coming to visit my same Doctor for the past 10 plus years i wouldnt come here because of the charges.And another thing is that in times of pandemic front office staff should always wear their masks at all times. If its required by all patients shouldnt us as patients require for all staff members to do the same? And not halfway! Full on cover their nose and mouth.
