I have never had an experience where i felt the need to leave a good review for someone until i visited this spa. My experience was nothing short of amazing. From day 1 she was very informative helpful. Together we drew up a plan specific to my lifestyle on helping me to me lose weight and we executed, not only on time but actually reaching my goal weight of 200 from 250 in a little less than 6months. My weight loss journey has been life changing I lost the weight and gained a new lifestyle a healthy lifestyle thanks to her and her spa. As my daughter would say 10/10 I recommend!!!

I received the glutathione infusion for my sleep issues and overall recovery. I must say I had the most peaceful rest the days following…and was able to sleep on my back—not something I can accomplish easily. I recommend Fine&Fit vitamin infusions to anyone dealing with acute or chronic health issues!

I recently went through Fine & Fit Medspa for a weightloss consultation with a secondary goal of confirming my hormone levels were conducive to reproduction. Nurse Alexa detailed the process of when I would complete each lab test and how to expect to review each result. Upon discussion, she helped me identify specific areas for improvement and provided very practical and specific instructions for how to position myself to achieve my desired weightloss and hormone goals. It was super helpful and beneficial to have the healthy ranges for my lab results explained, so I could feel confident and empowered to have more in depth conversations with my primary care provider on how to address my health concerns. And because of her education and encouragement to incorporate specific supplements into my regimen, to include Vitamins D, K, and Magnesium (to name a few), I amenjoying healthy weightloss (down 7lbs), better sleep, improved digestion, and more balanced energy levels. I am excited to continue working the plan she provided and seeing continued improvement!

I am already super excited to kick start my weight loss journey at Fine and Fit Medspa. Making the appointment was pleasant quick and easy. My first consultation with Alexa made me feel very safe and comfortable. The entire process was explained thoroughly for each weight loss option available. The same day I decided to follow through with my labwork and get straight to business. Within 48 hours I was provided an in-dept overview of my results showing healthy lab ranges vs clinical. Alexa took the time to explain what each column meant and formed a weight loss plan that best suited my needs and lifestyle. I was ecstatic to feel the difference in my body and after 45 days I had lost 10lbs.

Had an appointment at finefitmedspa today and i got to say, this is one of the most pleasant visits I’ve had in a long time. Alexa who owns the spa and is well educated. Alexa has also informed me that she has years of experience. I received the enzyme peel, which nourishes and hydrates the skin well. You definitely see a major difference in your skin as well as your pores. The whole experience was soothing and comfortable. You dont find this experience in a lot of places nowadays. It has really been a major change on how one might think that you some type of disease or problem when it can be a lack of a certain vitamin or nutrient that can change all your other health problems and is better then relying on pills that give off horrible side effects, with my case I had Overtraining Syndrome from training too hard and had a deficiency in zinc magnesium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and coming into this place I thought I had a whole other problem when it was just a deficiency and it’s not only affordable but there is so many other benefits even for people who don’t have any problems but would want too pursue in already getting better from where they are at, you’ll bigger and stronger on every single part of your body and it’ll help stay healthy and energetic and thanks too Alexa and finefit medspa I was able to achieve my goal in fixing my deficiency and sicknesses.

Today I had a deep cleanse acne facial with Alexa and cannot say enough wonderful things! She was so knowledgeable about the products she was using and took the time to explain everything she was doing. This was my second time getting a facial and she made my experience the best. I checked out this business while I was traveling in Miami. I tried the B-12 shot and received a facial during my experience @ that location. I really appreciate the level of professionalism relayed by the employees. Moreover, the business was clean, roomy, and felt very luxe. After receiving the B-12 shot, I noticed a significant difference in my natural energy flow which was very encouraging given that I’m looking to eliminate caffeine from my diet. Additionally, the facial I received was divine. My skin felt like honey after. I would highly recommend this location and I will be revisiting once I return to the Miami market again. :)

This place was the best medspa I’ve ever been to in my life no exaggeration from top to bottom the professionalism the way I was treated was endless I recommend this medspa to everyone looking to be treated the way you’re supposed to be treated at a medspa honestly they really should be the blueprint on how to be treated at a medspa. The service was phenomenal very clean. Communication was so top-notch I left feeling 1 million times better than I came just off the service alone.
