Took a chance with the Weston location as it was a little ways from me but it was more than well worth it! From start to finish, the staff was very professional and courteous as well the location was clean and smelled good. Now about the therapist, Samantha’s technique, pressure and flow was nothing short of amazing. She understood the assignment as far as the type of pressure that suited me and focus areas I wanted addressed. Great personality also. Highly recommend this location. It’s a little hidden in the plaza, but not hard to find.

The customer service in addressing my previous issues was great and they worked to get me in with the therapist I preferred at a time that worked for me. My therapist, Tarif is AMAZING! He listens to any concerns you may have and addresses them perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone coming in with any areas they need worked on. They definitely won me back as a customer!

What makes my experience exceptional every time is your massage therapist Richard (Rick) Walden. Ive been a member for a while now, and Ive been to several locations, Rick has to be the absolute best therapist that you have. He should be teaching the rest of your therapist. Ive never met anyone who knows more about the body, and his massages are epic (that is not an overstatement). I know he has the most regulars of any of the therapist at this location, and that is for a reason. He is The Best!!

Samantha is awesome! Very professional and won’t talk your ears off. I like therapist who won’t try to have a lot of conversation when it’s time for the massage. She lets me relax, and remembers how I like my pressure. She also massages the full time, and calls me back on time as well. I’ve had my share of massage therapist, and it’s extremely difficult to find one who is consistent. Will continue to stick with her! ☺️

Well I’m glad you asked , Rafael was excellent, his work was amazing, my only complaint is the face pillow was very uncomfortable after years of being at massage envy Weston the pillows needs to be recessions it was hard on my face and it took away a little from me enjoying my massage to the fullest, please add more foam to the face pillows after years of use it’s flattened and needs to be replaced with new foam to make the face pillow softer on my face , it was very herd and uncomfortable, even though Rafael tried to repositioned the pillow which helped a little but it needs to be refilled with new foam or replaced with new face pillows, other than that my experience was great !

Front desk was so nice and helpful. Had a 90 minute massage with Edd. He took his time explaining in depth how each muscle works and why i am in constant pain. he made sure to ask if i was comfortable with the pressure and really listened to what i said about how my body feels. today was the first day in weeks i have been able to get out of bed and go about my day with no pain. hands down the best massage i’ve ever had. Edd is amazing. definitely go to him if you are looking to not only feel better, but to get information on how to take better care of your body! you can tell he is there because he cares about his clients and their well-being , not there to just make money. i will definitely be coming back soon❣️❣️

In the past I’ve been hesitant to go to ME because I’ve had experiences where I felt like the massage technician seemed to be “going through the motions”. Today with Alexa was not like that at all. Alexa had an attention for detail work that I really needed and utilized the 90 minutes exceptionally well. Alexa is a true massage professional and I’ll book with her again every time I’m in Weston. The therapists are great, though I find Lorna to be the best! She is a great reflexologist! I find it easy to book times using the text messages. My husband and I had a massages at this location while visiting my family over Thanksgiving - my parents are regulars of this place, and our own experience here was wonderful. The front desk staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The facility is clean and has a warm, relaxing vibe. We each had a 90 minute massage, mine with Rick and my husbands with Mauricio. Both were excellent. I am a runner, and when I mentioned that to Rick, he really went above and beyond to tailor the massage for me. My husband was very pleased with his massage with Mauricio as well. The whole experience made us feel like they really care about their customers. We will definitely be back on our next visit.
