I recently visited the Cooper City Massage Envy. They were able to accommodate my last minute appointment. The customer service was excellent. Elsa was my therapist and she provides medium, firm, and deep tissue massage. She was great and made sure I was comfortable. I had a headache and neck pain when I arrived. After my session, I was pain free. I have been a member since 2013. I strongly recommend this location.

I scheduled a massage at Massage Envy in Cooper City since that location was recommended to me by a friend. I never pamper myself but self-care is my top priority in 2025 so I went for it. The staff were so welcoming and professional. They conducted a 3 minute assessment of what areas i wanted to focus on before my massage and made me feel so at ease. My masseuse, Crystian, was very professional and also made me feel very comfortable with the entire experience. His massage techniques were excellent 👌! I had a pinched nerve in what I thought was my neck area and he found the exact spot to be on my right shoulder blade. He did such a great job in easing the tight muscles in that area that I left there without pain. At the end, my body felt so relaxed and so well pampered! It was such a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend that location and most certainly Crystian 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!

Analise helped me schedule a same-day appointment for a massage and took the time to explain the monthly membership benefits, which I ended up getting because it’s so worth it! Gigi, the massage therapist, was heaven-sent. I walked in feeling extremely tense and stressed, but by the time the massage was over, I felt like a brand new person. I cannot express enough how happy and satisfied I am with this location! I’ll definitely be back for my monthly massages. I highly recommend everyone get a massage here!

To have a massage person that understands my needs is a blessing .My only disappointment this last visit is that going here for years and had no clue until this week that the visits accumulate credits towards future services . Makes sense but no one ever asked me if I wanted to use those points for extra massage time or other services .

Kristi was absolutely wonderful!!! This was my first time at Massage Envy and I will be joining as a member. The whole staff there is so nice and welcoming and it is such a relaxed atmosphere. Kristi asked me what my problem areas are and focus on those, but still delivered a full body massage. She used the perfect amount of pressure, so it was breaking up my tension but not hurting. My wife and I only go for our awesome massages at this Massage Envy location because owner Rick, is an all hands-on deck type of owner. He always greets all of his clients.

Carol Cheng, my massage therapist is great at what she does. Not just about knowing how and where to massage but she can “feel” your tension and know where to put more pressure and where to go light. That’s intuition that not many therapists have.

I have been seeing Whitney at the Cooper City location for over 2 years. Beat massage therapist I have gone to. She finds your aching muscle pains right away. I come out of there like a new person. I have psoriatic and rheumatoid arthritis and I rather spend my money here then taking all those medications and seeing doctors. She is my by weekly medication. Front office staff is always courteous and friendly. Owner is very nice and accommodating. When I travel I put my membership on hold and don’t have to pay the one or two months I go away without any problem. Love my Cooper City location.

Karen is the best massage therapist Ive ever had work on me. Ive enjoyed massages at top spas and hotels around Miami and she gave me a massage that couldnt be compared. She really knows her stuff. Its more than just giving you a back rub. She understands the muscular structure and how everything is connected. Past therapists felt like they were kneading bread on my back with no direction but Karen knows where to find pain and how to slowly relieve the knots my poor posture, stress and anxiety has caused. I asked her to go hard on my back which every therapist has failed to do before her. Ive had a rough time finding a great massage therapist but I finally found her. If youre looking for a well structured massage or if you have specific areas where youre in pain, shes the right therapist. Great for athletes and avid gym enthusiasts.
