    Hello to the upper staff -you guys need to know what an exceptional job Jackie and the crew do at this location! Jackie not only trains the front desk people like Ebony, & Amary to do an efficient swift job with check in/check out as well as knowledgeable about each & every massage therapist for issues of health that may arise!i have been a client for over a decade!i keep going back to plantation because it’s“perfectly organized” thanks to Jackie!i appreciate every time and constancy of possitive vibes! ❤️lori nero☯️

    I just had the most amazing massage with Virginia !! I highly recommend going to massage envy, the staff was exceptional with customer service and making me feel comfortable. I ended up signing up for a membership because the manager Jackie was so detailed in explaining the benefits!! Go to this massage envy if you want to feel good !!

    Very friendly staff, and accommodating. Denise is great, very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Every time I go is a nice, relaxing, stress-free zone, enjoyable and cozy.

    I have been a member of ME for a few years now at this location. The massages I receive from Denise are top notch! I like real deep tissue massages and her hands apply the perfect pressure. The staff in the front are always pleasant and helpful and the place is always clean. Recently, I went in and had some billing questions so I got to meet the Office Manager Jackie ( with the blonde hair ) and she was friendly, professional and answered all my questions and resolved all issues with a smile. A great staff is a reflection of great management! I hope Jackie is here to stay! I always leave ME feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed!

    I just had a massage with Josh and it was by far the most incredible massage I’ve ever had. He did something called a connective tissue massage. It was AMAZING and just what I needed! Thank you, Josh!

    First time at this location but it went exactly as I expect from ME. Excellent customer service. I received a nice massage and chemical peel. The massage therapist took care of me and I felt much better after the service. The facialist listened to my skin concerns and provided education and service to address the concerns. The receptionist in the front is lovely. I would book again.

    I have been going to this location for a year now. I have read some of the negative reviews and I wonder if they are speaking about the same location. My massage therapist is AWESOME, and therefore she is booked in advanced by her faithful customers - thats how it should be! I have no complaints - I have always been treated with respect and have been accommodated accordingly. Could it be my loving attitude??? :-)

    I was a bit weary of having a massage here. This is so shallow to say, but I was listening to the masses. Oh, thats not a REAL massage place!!!! On the contrary, it was one of the greatest massages Ive ever had. The girls name is Julie. She was great! I have some major muscle and nerve problems and she seemed to understand how my body felt! I highly recommend her.

    Anica was my deep tissue massage therapist last week. She was AMAZING!!! wasnt chatty, targeted the areas I requested, was very professional, never once did I feel she was tired, and i had to go back to her the very next day! Thank you Anica for your exceptional service!

    Pretty decent spa. I go their every month. The therapists their have worked their a long time. Like years. So each is an expert in different sub fields so theirs a lot of people to try out. And ive liked the specials they run. Well priced good vibes.

    It was clean, they followed the CDC guidelines. Temperatures were taken, there was Hand Sanitizer, Social Distances were maintained and the chair I sat in while I waited was disinfected with a spray misting device.
