I loved my experience at New Image! I could not be happier with the office, staff, surgeon and with everything!!!! I first went in for surgery, and have been back several times now for Botox, microneedling with PRP and fillers.I went in for my surgery feeling a little nervous and Maria RN was calming and reassuring. The whole process was explained to me in advanced and everything went smoothly. She reviewed all my consents, answered my questions and put me into my own room that was nice and quiet. I was seen quickly and felt at home and relaxed. I was most afraid of the IV process, but Maria was a pro and set my IV in the first try! The office is beautiful, clean, professional, has ample parking and is in a nice/safe part of town. The morning of my surgery I was very anxious but upon entering the surgery center I was greeted with a smile by Stephanie in a very inviting and calm environment. Stephanie and Maria’s bedside manner was unmatched! They made sure I felt safe and comfortable every step of the way and were very patient and transparent with me walking me though exactly what to expect. They were sympathetic about my uneasiness with needles and took their time to make sure I was comforted with the IV process. Stephanie really did a phenomenal job taking care of me before and after being in the OR and I was comfortable and in good hands the entire time. I can’t say thank you enough to her phenomenal work ethic and compassion. The rest of the surgical team was also very pleasant and made me feel a lot less anxious about the procedure, my anesthesiologist Dr. Jacobson was fantastic! No nausea upon waking and it felt like I was coming in and out of a nice deep sleep. Amazing work! Thanks to the entire team at the surgery center for a smooth and reassuring experience.

Truly the most amazing, comforting and peaceful experience. The was my first time ever going through a procedure like this and since day one Dr. Tran and Maria have been attentive , kind and considerate with all my questions/concerns and even accommodated a date change for my surgery!On the morning of my surgery I entered a beautiful peaceful building. Maria greeted us and went through all paperwork thoroughly. She then guided me to the back room and we began the process for the surgery ! Maria, anesthesiologist, the surgeon and all staff were so kind and attentive and took very good care for me. You can tell that this is a genuine practice that cares and honors their patients. After my procedure Maria, anesthesiologist and Dr. Tran and my husband were all present while I was waking up. I truly felt cared for. I was not anxious or nervous at any time during this process or my procedure and I truly believe it’s because of the environment and staff. Their calm energy guided me through this wonderful experience. My next day follow up was wonderful , Dr. Tran and Maria got me situated and took care me. Maria reminded me that I’m a tough cookie and that has literally gotten me through the first few days ! Day 6 and I’m feeling amazing ! The treatment and information is thorough and well articulated since day 1 ! Super blessed with this experience! I wish them prosperity abundance and success today and all the days to come ! I am beyond pleased with the care received prior and after the surgery at new image cosmetic surgery. Nurse Maria assisted me from the moment I walked through the door, she helped me stay calm and informed me about any questions I had. She also answered all the questions my mom had and she was very patient with my mom who was nervous. She walked me through every step from operative care to consent and everything was clear, paced and smooth. She also assisted me to get dressed and I am thankful. She was very professional. Dr. Phillip was also splendid, as he walked me through the whole anesthesia process before I walked in the surgical room and this helped decrease my anxiety. Vanessa was very friendly and professional, and she comforted me in the surgical from. I was able to relate to her and it helped me calm down entirely before my surgery. Everyone’s treatment was paced which I appreciate very much because going slow really comforted me. I also appreciate their attention to the cold room temperature and the blankets they provided me before I went to sleep due to the anesthesia. I’ve had so many different medical experiences and this was by far the most seamless and comfortable one yet. Maria welcomed me into the surgery center and went over paperwork with me, she’s very good at answering any questions you have and explaining things in a way that I think most people would easily understand. She caught a small mistake on my paperwork, despite not having had her cup of coffee and just getting back into town the night prior, and that attention to detail was very much appreciated. It was very relieving to me that she found the issue and just quickly took care of it. My mother was my care taker and Maria did a great job of helping her to understand as well, I can tell my mother felt less anxious about everything once she realized the care team was more than competent. Dr. J has those awards on the check in desk for a reason! By far the most comfortable anesthesia experience I’ve had, upon waking up I could barely even tell I had been intubated and the nurses were so wonderful about asking me how I was feeling, if I need nausea meds, checking my pain levels, and I really appreciated this part the most but just actually talking to me and having conversations. Maria had noticed my elevated bp during triage and made a comment about it most likely being “white coat syndrome” which was 100% correct as I’ve really not had many good medical experiences in the past. Talking to the nurses and having conversations about nursing school and them giving me tips and tricks helped distract me and made me feel so safe. The office is nice and clean and I loved the art and cozy vibes.

Dr. Gallagher was also awesome to talk with and definitely helped me feel more comfortable as a patient and in my own skin. The only thing I was upset about was that my chosen name and pronouns were not used because it was not transferred with the paperwork. It’s very important to use someone’s correct pronouns while they are getting gender affirming care.

I accompanied a person for surgery at New Image Surgery Center and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I have some suggestions to raise the level of satisfaction, especially when people come from states away for surgery: a car service or shuttle for patients who may be coming in from out of town. It is hard to plan for ride-share transportation when you’re not sure when you’ll be done with surgery. If that was handled by the office, it would take stress off caregivers. Better waiting area with posted wifi password. Maybe a table and chair or desk for those caregivers who’d like to use the time their person is in surgery for work or streaming entertainment as distraction. Snacks? Snacks/coffee/drink machine would be great.

Hello, i’m a transgender male from indiana and i’ve been to new image twice now; for top surgery and a masculinization procedure. Dr. Gallagher and her team are hands down just amazing! they were all very welcoming and made sure i was comfortable the entire stay. mrs. jacobson was fantastic; she made me the most comfortable with helping me move around and even completely dressing me after my surgeries, which was extremely helpful. they were very patient and kind with me, answering all my questions and explaining in detail what exactly was going to happen during my surgery. my top surgery results are incredible! if you’re reading this, and dealing with gender dysphoria, then this is the place to check out first!! highly recommend!!!

The staff at New Image were SO kind and attentive. I went in for top surgery with Dr. Gallagher and felt taken care of the entire time. The nurses, Maria and Stephanie, walked me through the whole process gently. My friend who came along to take care of me post-op said she received regular updates from the staff, which helped her feel reassured. There were only two hiccups for my personal experience. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk to check in so we had to wait a bit (luckily we knew someone would come out because there were two others waiting for their loved ones who were in surgery) and second, the label on my paperwork didn’t include my preferred name because my legal name was too long. The staff were very receptive to me when I told them I preferred to be called Sammi, but I wish there was a way for them all to know prior to meeting them. Even though surgery was a scary process for me, this team helped put me at as much ease as I could be leading up to surgery. A wonderful team all around! (For those receiving surgery with Dr. Gallagher, take note that her office is in Coral Gables but the surgery center is located in Plantation ~45min north)

Wow.. that’s what the Dr. Tram on my breast augmentation was nothing less than art. She made them perfect and , symmetrical. I couldn’t ask for a better result. The nurse and anesthesiologist are amazing. The office is very clean and pretty. Very professional and felt very well taken care of. Would recommend this facility and care any day.

There are no words to describe how happy and grateful I am to all the staff at New Image for their hospitality. From the moment of my online consultation, my coordinator Alejandra Durán made me feel confident. She answered each and every one of my questions, from before the operation, during and in the days after the operation. Alejandra is a sweetheart 💕 When it was time for my preop appointment, the first person to assist me upon arrival was Daniela. Dani is a very kind and charismatic girl. At my preop appointment I met DR. Carvalho who personally evaluated me and discussed details of the operation with me. The Dr is a super realistic person, he will tell you exactly what he can or cannot achieve. Believe me, you will be in good hands if you choose DR Carvalho as your surgeon. I am very happy and pleased with the work done. The day of the operation, I met Jessica, who was my nurse. Jessica is a cocksucker! He was always attentive to ensure that I was well and that I was not missing anything. The anesthesiologist (who I dont remember the name) is a super cool man. Despite not speaking Spanish very well, he made an attempt to communicate with me and I am very grateful for that. The day after the operation I met Thaise and Carlos, who helped me remove the stitches through which I would be draining the first few days. They were very kind and helped me feel better because I was a little weak from the operation. Anyway, I can go on saying a lot of things but the reality is that my experience was the best. I have nothing to complain about. Thank you to each and every one of you who made my first plastic surgery a first-class experience 💯 (if I missed any names, I apologize)
