    Went in for yearly exam with Dr W. , who is such a caring person. She found something on my shoulder she didnt like did a biopsy and said well call in 2 weeks. Well one week later she had the results and sure enough I had to have a little surgery done. Was scheduled luckily the next dayHer assistant Priscilla went right to work as soon as I got in the chair she was very professional, careful, and her numbing technique was excellent she knew exactly what she was doing . They waited about 20 minutes or so then Dr W came in and did the surgery she was precise, caring, thoughtful and made you feel at ease. She also answered my questions while doing the procedure and explained everything for the care after. Before leaving Priscilla went back over a few things with me about aftercare also. Thank you Dr W. & Priscilla for making a bit of a scary appointment go so smoothlyThe office staff is all very friendly, professional and go out of their way to help you.Thank you all so muchClaudia Weimerskirch

    Stop what you’re doing because you may need to change your Dermatologist. I had my first visit at z roc today and everyone at the front desk and all of the staff is so helpful and professional. I want to give a special shout out to Priscilla for being so kind and friendly. I am excited to be working with the rock as a new patient and look forward to what they can help me do to love the skin I’m in. I would give them 1000 out of 1000 if I could1/3/25Been going there for a few months now and absolutely love the work dermatology. Priscilla is amazing and the entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Absolutely adore the rock dermatology. You should definitely give them a try.

    Very accommodating and professional staff. Excellent service, loved that everything was explained in detail by the nurse and doctor. They took the time to answer all my questions even though my appointment was last minute. I highly recommend this office, their staff, and their doctors, who are very knowledgeable and caring.     I love Dr. Zarraga. He helped me clear up very severe cystic acne within a few months, and has also helped me take care of precancerous spots on my scalp and body. Always caring and kind, i never have to wait long, and the new office is spiffy.

    To all my POC. I have been a patient of Dr. Zarraga for the last 4 years and my skin has never looked more radiant. He is not only an experienced and compassionate clinician, but he is also well trained and masterful in his craft. I have searched for years to find someone who can expertly handle darker skin tones. Dr. Zarraga is also incredibly warm and inviting. I was able to feel at ease within minutes of meeting him. If you’re reading this review rest assured you’re in the best hands possible. I almost forgot to mention how incredibly efficient his office is. One thing I dislike is wasting time and spending hours waiting for my appointment. My total time spent in the office from check in to check out is about 30 mins. 🙌🏾

    This was my first time to ZROC DERMATOLOGY and I was very impressed. Everyone was overly nice and they made you feel that you were a special patient not just a number. They helped me make an easy appointment, from the minute I got lost, they helped me find a parking space looking out the office 2nd floor window, checking me in, and the doctor and nurse who gave me a thorough full body scan for skin cancer. They are a wonderful group of professional people working together to make you have a patient experience that makes you feel special.     I have been a patient of ZRoc since their beginning. Drs. Matt and Khonnie have both worked on me and the utmost respect and care is given by both. When I needed a quick visit, they scheduled me with Dr. Matt Hendricks who is equally as good and knowledgeable. Dr. H will always see that the skin is healthy and advise you on what to do.     I had some stuff presenting that needed to be examined same day. I first saw it at 3:30am and went into a spiraling panic about it for the next 12 or so hours. I called eight different dermatologists to try to get seen same day.This practice got me in same day with zero fuss, but the actual miracle of this office is Priya. She managed to calm down 13 hours of my anxiety. The doctor carried that same comforting energy and I am so thankful for their help and the level of care they showed me that I cant wait to go back because I KNOW its going to be ok with them and THAT means everything!

    Went for a full body annual checkup; I was in and out within 20 minutes. Every time I have been, Dr. Z is very thorough and asks about any concerns I may have. They are not cut/biopsy happy like other dermatologists I have been to in the past. Had IPL done twice, great results and minimal discomfort. Office staff was friendly and helpful.     Dr. Wongkittiroch knows her field. And shes always so welcoming. Recovery lasted exactly as she said. Her office is spotless. The waiting area is very comfortable and there are several patient rooms to place you in. Youre not usually waiting for long to be seen. If shes finishing with a patient, its not usually longer that 10 min. And her front desk staff always greet you with a smile, and theres more than one so youre not waiting. Well-run practice.

    Living in South Florida, on average most front staff employees are not fantastic to deal with. However ZRoc dermatology has the equation for front staff training. From the first phone call, you know it is going to be a great experience.It doesnt stop there, the nurses and the doctors are above and beyond with the bedside manners. Having a doctor sit down and have a real conversation and listen to you is very rare. Not 1 time have I ever felt rushed, ignored or dismissed. Dr. Wongkittitiroc is amazing as is her nurse Priscilla. I love the entire staff.Highly recommend.

    It is difficult to put into words how wonderful this office is. Recently, I was helping a friend who needed a dermatologist for a medical situation. The day I called, the gentleman who answered the phone could not have been nicer. I was afraid it would be awkward since I was not the patient, but I had enough information about my friend and was able to book a visit with Dr. W. I had to call the office a few times after that, and everyone with whom I spoke was so kind and caring. So many doctors’ offices do not realize that the first point of phone contact so often sets the tone for how the office is run. The whole experience once again proved that to be true. A relative took my friend to the appointment and came back with rave reviews about the office and Dr. W. She said Dr. W was so kind and caring and went above and beyond to help my friend. That made him feel very much at ease. I highly recommend Dr. W and this amazing office.

    If every medical office was as knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, I wouldn’t mind going nearly as much. Each time I have a seat in the waiting room, I barely have time to pull my phone out of my pocket before my name is called. I have seen both doctors and the PA. They are unequivocally experts in their field and are the most caring, compassionate people one could hope to meet.It doesn’t stop there- from setting an appointment through the check- in and check-out processes the staff display an enormous amount of both respect and capability.     I saw Dr. Wongkittiroch initially. She is so kind! Im Filipino & Vietnamese, it was refreshing to hear a dermatologist explain how acne scars heal on my skin type.     I have been going to Dr. Z for years. He is the epitome of what a doctor should be. Caring, extremely knowledgeable (he once resolved a problem every other doctor who examined me told me I’d have to live with and there was nothing I could do about), and a great “bedside manner”. My only criticism is all doctors should be like him! His staff is also great. Not only are they all very pleasant and of course quite competent at their jobs, but they also somehow manage the practice so well that the unheard of happens. Appointment times are honored and accurate!

    I had an exceptional experience as a first-time patient with doctor w. She was very personable and extremely thorough. She addressed all of my concerns and educated me in terms that I could understand. I had a full body scan and she offered to take care of my necessary procedures at the same appointment. Prior to beginning any procedures, she had her nurse Samantha review my financial investment so there were no surprises. She was very efficient with the procedures and explained everything prior to starting treatment. Ill see her again in 2 weeks for follow up. Her entire staff was very caring and friendly.     I have been going there for many years. Absolutely LOVE the staff and Drs. The staff is super friendly, informative and fast. Doc W froze some precancerous cells off in my face a few times by now. No scars or indentations, absolutely fantastic job. I had a surgery there as well, no scars, looks amazing! Great service from all with the great aftercare as well. Doc Z helped me regarding a prescription info. He was super nice, very informative, took his time and assured me to call back, text or however convenient for me should I have anymore questions. Both Docs work together and one will always be available. I recommended many friends, neighbors, clients and coworkers and everyone adores them just as much as I do🙂 This practice ROCKS!!!

    From the front desk staff to my appointment with PA Hendricks, I had a great experience at Zroc and would happily travel out of my way for such great customer service. Mr Hendricks was super knowledgeable and a great sense of humor, helping make what can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience light hearted and easy, all while giving great recommendations that fit my specific lifestyle.     I highly recommend going to ZROC and get a full body exam. Dr. W caught a precancerous growth on my head and got rid of it. They really know what they are doing and also take time with the patients and ask if there is anything else they would like to mention.     Never have to wait until 2:30 for an appointment that was supposed to have started at 2:00. They are very timely and attentive. The clinic is beautiful. Very clean and chic. Really can’t be any better.A+++. BEST DOCTOR & MEDICAL PRACTICEMaking an appointment is easy and efficient. If you have a question, you can text the office and you’ll get a prompt response. When you arrive, the office is attractive and comfortable. The office staff is efficient, highly professional and totally friendly.I have always seen Dr. Zarraga, who is amazing. He listens, he looks and he totally knows his stuff. But if he’s unsure of anything, and needs to figure it out, he’ll tell you that too. About a year ago, I had a skin problem that had persisted for more than 20 years and that prior doctors had told me I just had to live with. Not Dr. Z. He tried a couple of different OTC remedies and then tried a mix of an Rx cream and an OTC together. Bingo! First relief in decades. I also go to him every year for a full body scan, especially living here in the Sunshine State. He’s not over-aggressive like a different dermatologist I once went to, but he has what I believe to be the right level of caution against possible skin cancers. He’s also an incredibly nice person with an easygoing manner, unlike some doctors who have his level of expertise.

    I was about to send an email to the Doc as I was very impressed with the offices, staff and especially his welcoming, caring and clear level of expertise I experienced.     I had never been to a dermatologist ever, then one day had an issue and found Z-Roc. The staff was welcoming and caring to my concerns. Dr Wongkittroch is the best.     I have always had a wonderful experience with Dr Z office and his staff. I have usually always gotten in before my appointment time because I am always at least 15/20 minutes early.I am always asked first how I would like to be addressed Mr Thomas or Doug or Douglas.I always get a full body check every six months and if I need to come back for any reason then do so.As many of you know skin cancer and other skin conditions can be very uncomfortable.I also have a allergic to mosquitoes as I have gotten older not that they didn’t love my blood before it’s just harder to heal as I have aged.But Dr Z came with a remarkable recommendations and he’s proven to be every bit of it.I do recommend his office to anyone who is having any issues with their skin.

I made my appointment over a month ago and confirmed last week (there is a 24/hr cancellation policy). I arrived to an empty office 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and signed in. Multiple other patients arrived and were seen. I waited over 30 minutes before I got up and left (4th patient that arrived 20 minutes after me did it). Unbelievable.Well. I won’t say that they didn’t fix it. I was called back the day and apologized to several times they quickly rebooked me and today i went in. The waiting room was PACKED. I assumed and prepared myself for a repeat, however, i was quickly brought in and seen. Hopefully this trend will continue. Review adjusted per satisfaction!

    I been coming here for 2 years and all I can say is that I love this place .Everyone is super nice and they are super organized with covid and social distanceI don’t understand the bad reviews .When you get to the appointment you text and you wait your car and they let you know when to come in . Also you can text anytime to find out about appointments. You can call too .Dr. Matthew is awesome . He makes you feel comfortable and always want to make sure he finds out how what is wrong to make better if you have any skin problems. He cares ! He doesn’t rush .So far I have been coming here for annual checkup and some skin problems and I am very happy with every visit .I know they do other cosmetics procedures and I am hoping to try them in the future !

    Ive been an orthodontist for almost 30 years. My success came from patient skills more than my hands. Id say Dr. Konnie Wongkittiroch has it all and more. Immediately she will catch your attention with her amazing eyes, confident, engaging voice and honest disposition. Even when I told her Id like for her to perform a certain procedure on my face, which wouldve have been easy money for her, she talked me out of it. Thats integrity.     Honestly I love Dr. Wong. She gets to the point but is also attentive and takes her time to talk to you. ZROC is a nice clean facility and it’s always pleasant just walking in. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I haven’t had any bad experiences with waiting time but if there ever was a waiting time , I’d wait as long as I could handle for Dr. Wong lol. She’s amazing, a true gem at ZROC!

    What an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked into the sheik, clean and elegant waiting room, the courteous front desk staff Daniella met me and put me at ease. I was quickly ushered to a private exam room and discussed my concerns with expert staff. Within no time at all, Dr. Wongkittiroch met me and her bedside manner was reassuring and friendly. Her expertise with MOHS surgeries made me feel confident that I had chosen the right doctor who could address my concern, which was a scary skin growth that appeared a few months previously. I felt like I was in a high-end practice without the pretentious attitude. I also felt they were genuine and honest, and not selling me on something I didn’t need.     I wish I could give ten stars to Z-ROC Dermatology! Dr. W is the derm Ive been looking for on and off throughout my life, clearly, with no success until now.
