I trust Ashanti to shape my eyebrows and shes amazing at it. My brows are truly twins and symmetrical after she does them, whereas before Ashanti, the only thing my brows might have in common is color and being on my face. I look forward to my visits because she’s not only professional but also very deeply considerate, gentle and caring, with a warm sweet personality. She has a really supportive nature, so we chat, which distracts from the physical discomfort of waxing. In conversation, she’s open without being intrusive. For waxing, she also does my lip and bikini area. She is mindful that i have eczema, so we do the wax once, watching that the temperature is not too hot, then we use tweezers so my eczema is not triggered or exacerbated by multiple applications of hot wax on raw skin. This is working. Until I can get laser hair removal treatment I’ll only schedule with Ashanti.

Mariah, Master of Wax, has changed my life. She does flawless eyebrows, lip, Brazilian, and underarms with no irritation whatsoever from the time of the wax to the outgrowth period and in between waxes. With other waxers before Mariah, despite my exfoliation routine using EWC products, I might have encountered overly hot wax during the Brazilian, which triggered my eczema and very un-ladylike itching and rough skin texture, along with ingrown hairs and more hair growth in between than was common with hard wax (in my experience). Then a very sweet front desk person Charlie, several months ago suggested Mariah, and Im so very ecstatic she did. Mariah is a delight, so professional, very meticulous, effective and fast. I like that she uses a fan to cool and only does the hard wax once in an area to avoid burning. She dials everything in. -- With her success with my Brazilian and Underarms first, I quickly entrusted her with my lips and eyebrows, and Im so happy I did as that saves me a trip to find a threader. Again, no issues in between (no breakouts, no ingrowns), just perfectly twinning brows to shape my face and a smooth lip. The growth seems to happen much more slowly than with threading. I cant be happier with EWC thanks to Mariah. Please train more people like her. I really look forward to my appointments. Most people wouldnt be able to say that, but I can with honesty. Hence this review. // PS -- This location is professional, on time and very clean. I appreciate how easy it is to book next appointment, convenient packages for savings, and easy to put tips on credit card, even if youre not buying anything else. The environment is the just-right temperature (not freezing nor hot). Its located right next to the coal-fire pizza place, with the Bonefish and a Publix in the same plaza. Nice array of products, though I wish EWC would phase out sulfates and other toxic ingredients so I could use more. I must use the exfoliating gel though I may have to find something else to avoid non-clean ingredients. Hope this helps someone.

10/10 would recommend this place to anyone. The staff are very professional and will take great care of you. This was my first time and the manager of the Weston store, Wendy, instantly made me feel at ease. She could tell I was nervous and she assured me everything would be fine. Andrea, at the front desk, was also very helpful and supportive as well. In addition, Kelly, the wax professional handling the procedures was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She had an answer for each of my questions and she knew exactly what she was doing. 1000% recommend!In the end, there was absolutely nothing to worry about. I enjoyed my visit coming here to the Weston location very much. Very clean location, friendly staff. My waxer was SARAH and she was thee bombbbbb! She was very patient with me, she knew how to help me cope with the pain, everything went smooth with her and she made sure to go back & look over spots she may have missed. She was very thorough and before I knew it, it was all over because that’s how good she was at keeping up a conversation with me while waxing.
