Blake is so very talented! She did my hair and makeup for my Wedding…. All I can say is I don’t want to go to anyone else if I need perfection for a special event. I felt so beautiful when I got up out of her chair ❤️ Thank you Blake Her salon was so cute, comfortable and tidy… and an added bonus is her boutique section. Blake was so sweet. I let this professional guide me to the best options for my rainy day wedding. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

I wish I could gate keep this gem but Blake deserves all the praise! I went in for a bridal hair and make up trial and absolutely loved how it came out. After many failed attempts at finding a stylist to do the “Hollywood” waves in Gainesville, I’m so happy to have found Blake. Highly recommend to anyone looking for bridal(and hair) needs!

I had my make up and hair done for my brother’s wedding at Barbara Blake’s Salon. She was so patient with me as I wanted a bit less foundation and don’t like as much of a bronze look and worked with me until I was 💯 happy. She was so kind and I loved the outcome. I would most definitely recommend!

I had the best experience at Barbara Blake’s Salon + Boutique for my graduation hair and makeup. Maddie was the absolute sweetest and did such a fantastic job. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. The salon was clean and well-kept, making it a fabulous and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend their salon for special event hair and makeup!

Blake is truly such an incredible hair stylist and makeup artist! I have gone to her for a while now and when she told me she was moving locations and city’s it was a no brainer to make the drive! She had truly given me the hair of my dreams and slays it every time! She has created a chill and wonderful atmosphere at her salon and Maddie is such a doll! If you book with either Blake or Maddie you won’t be disappointed 🩵

I absolutely love spending time at Barbara Blake’s! Their atmosphere is fun (yet peaceful!), they have the cutest clothes and gifts in the boutique, and Blake is so good at her craft. She recently trimmed my hair and pointed out a few changes she would make to the way it was layered—it made the biggest difference in how it falls when I style it myself. Whether you’re looking for a trim, color, extensions, a blowout, makeup, or all of the above, you absolutely must check out Barbara Blake’s!
