    Ive had great experiences here. My last haircut with Courtney was a pleasure. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, and her execution was excellent. I had a lovely time chatting with her throughout the process. The app allows for easy check-in, and its always quick. I love how affordable it is - truly a great value!

    Great Services. Great Company. Great App. Exemplary Store! Amazing promotions. Excellent Stylists, in particular Emily and Rebecca. Emily is meticulous, professional, efficient, thorough and a great listener. I just wanted a clean up and to leave the top pretty thick. She also recommended a great product which gives good volume and shape through out the day without the greasy feeling. Normally, the Sexy Hair Volume Flex Texture Spray (middle bottle in my last picture) is roughly $23 but it was on sale for $1 today. Usually, I would wait to see how it held up during my day before I would make a purchase but it felt so nice I went ahead & purchased it. Simply run your fingers through your hair to give it the look you desire. So happy with overall my experience. Thanks for making my day, Emily! Many blessings to you and family.

    Got my hair cut with Dynasia. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile and Dynasia did a fantastic job. She listened to how I wanted my hair cut and delivered. I would highly recommend Great Clips in Butler plaza, just sign in using the app ahead of time.

    Good, quick service! I went in only for a haircut (no styling). I had super long hair. The hair dresser was patient to detangle and shape my hair. Overall, good experience.

    I got a haircut today from Emily. She was very sociable, friendly, and straightforward with how she planned to approach my curly hair. I left aspects of my haircut open to what she thought would look best, and both myself, and my parents were pleased with it. If I was from the area, would definitely stop by for future haircuts.

    Rebecca is a lifesaver! I got a pretty bad layered hair cut yesterday and showed up to Great Clips as soon as they opened this morning, hoping someone could help without breaking the bank. She evened out the layers, shaped the bottom, and definitely brought my confidence back after a terrible experience at the other shop. I’m so happy with my hair now and can’t thank her enough for her help. I always come here for their hair products (amazinggg) and trims, I definitely won’t be straying again.

    I got my haircut this morning-- came in on short notice.Dorai took care of me. 1st off-- she has an infectious smile * positive energy. I thought I was going to come in & be a nuisance because I had a bush growing on my head.. She gave me my confidence back for a new job I just started!     I actually travel close to an hour to go here for my haircuts. I do not always have the same stylist, but they often remember me - and the notes that they keep surely help.Never a bad experience, and usually quite fun.

    Hairdressers are friendly and do a good job with the hair cutting and styling.Waiting times are reduced by checking in online.Your signature hairstyle is saved using notes and they can pull that up if you want the same hairstyle as last time.Prices are better than competitors.

    Dori was absolutely amazing at her craft. I walked in off the street with no appointment and I was seen almost immediately. Dori (please forgive me if Im spelling this wrong) was professional, kind and caring. I truly love what she did with my hair and I will absolutely be back to see her again. Highly recommend her to everyone. Im very pleased with what she did to my hair. I had a vision in my mind and she made it happen. She listened to my wants and did exactly what I asked for. Wonderful customer service all around.

    I have gotten my haircuts from Mario over the last 9 years. I have followed him, so to speak, to whichever barber shop or salon he has brought his expertise to. Objectively, his haircuts have always been efficient, affordable, and beyond satisfactory. He has cut my hair in a few different styles, upon request, and adapted to each... always making sure it looked the way I wanted by the time he was finished with my haircut. Mario is respectful, hard working, and is always willing to personalize the haircut to my liking. That being said, just like with any other service, you must communicate and ask for what you want. Describe in detail, or even show a picture of the haircut you are looking for, and he will cut/style until you have the look you want. With that being said, I highly recommend Mario. Thank you.

    My experience is always good here. The person that cut my hair had wonderful customer service. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to. She knew what I wanted even before I said it...Love to have her as my regular stylist.

    Ive had 3 haircuts and all were good. Actually the last two were by a middle aged lady named Carol and she was great. The last haircut was excellent! Many more compliments than I ever have had in 10 years or more so Im making another appointment with her today! The people on the staff were very accommodating and helpful and always work me in timely even without an appointment. Thanks Great Clips!

    Overall very friendly and accommodating staff. But especially if youre looking for a sharp mens cut...hear me out. Ive gotten my fades/crew cuts here routinely by the barber Mario for years. The man takes his profession seriously. Each time I get a haircut its like a work of art and I always leave here feeling like a million bucks.

    I had a great experience today at great clips. I would normally go to a barbershop but I didnt have time today so I thought I would try this location. When you go in, make sure you stand at the counter so they know you are there. One of the stylists will come check you in. They create a profile for you where they track how often you come, and how they cut your hair so they can easily remember next time how you like it cut. Gay Davis cut my hair today and she did a great job. She asked all the right questions about how I wanted my hair done and she was friendly and fun. While she cut my hair, she even described what she was doing in terms of her technique so I was confident that she was knowledgeable and I knew what she was doing.

    Robin has been the best stylist i’ve ever went to. She’s was super nice and she knew exactly what she was doing! I have super thick curly hair that was damaged and she brought my curls back to life. I would recommend 100%

    I always go to Great Clips to get my haircut even if it is out of my way. The prices are reasonable. The staff is very professional and friendly. Be sure to use the app to check-in because the line gets really long, upwards to 2 hours sometimes. This was before Covid too I swear. The line does move pretty fast though for how long the it is. This is testament to how good of a job they perform.

    With any hair establishment, the value you receive depends purely on the experience level of the stylist whose service you receive, as well as the energy rapport: no one establishment is purely awesome nor wholly terrible. Rather, it varies based on who you get! I came in on a whim one slow afternoon and was greeted and seen immediately by Paula--I did not even have to sit down in the front waiting area. Paula entertained a great chat while she skillfully cut my hair, heeding all my particularities with unfaltering patience & compassion. She is a very nice lady recently transplanted from Massachusetts and I was amazed at how quickly she got my hair to where I wanted it, and yet never once made a mistake or ignored any suggestion I made. Paula is great and I recommend her to anyone whose cut requires greater attention to detail than most--I will be back for another cut!

    The staff was very nice. Its actually rather quiet in there. The girl that cut my hair did great, I wasnt really sure what I wanted so I just asked for some layers and a side bang. She was really nice, talkative, and gave me some confidence to love my long hair. Though I am at that awkward stage where its not super long but its getting there. ha haShe did a great job and I will be going back.

    I finally decided to cut my hair super short and I got a lady named carol! I was so happy with my new pixie cut! And I have gone back to carol ever since! Shes fun and spunky and asks me as she cuts how I like it. And at the end we look at it in detail together to make little adjustments! Carole is super easy going and made the decision of chopping all my hair off as easy as it could be! Price is great and I never have to wait long!

    Got cut very quickly thanks to the apps check in feature. Less that 5 minutes before I was in a chair. My stylist Dorai was super friendly, understood what I wanted and knew exactly what to do to get the look I wanted. I left super happy. Thanks Dorai Im definitely coming back!

    This is THE place to get a haircut! For $16 I got an adorable 1920s chic bob. Sydney was such a delight to talk to, efficient, wore a mask, and times r tough - let’s take care of others - tip extra! I’ve spent $$$ on my hair over the past years, and this was honestly the most stylish and therapeutic haircut I’ve had ever!

    This store is busy. Its better to make an appointment online or call first. Staff is friendly, low prices for a hair cut, good selection of hair products. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because even though the stylist was nice, she cut a little too much off. Convenient location, easy parking.

    Kenneth did a fantastic job with my weirdo haircut. The manager and another hairdresser were hanging out in the office the entire time. with only two people on the floor. I had to wait almost an hour when it was supposed to be an 18 minute wait... five stars for Kenneth, no stars for management.

    I waited 45 mins to get my haircut and was hessitant about letting this hair stylist cut my hair since his didnt look that good but I was pleasantly surprised that he did a good job and was nice. The only problem I had was the smell of tobacco in his hands...I dont care if you smoke or not but when the smell is kind of strong itt becomes offensive to a point. I almost got up of the chair when he started touching my hair and I smelled it, it was definitely strong. I didnt want to be disrespectful nor make him feel embarrassed in front of the customers who were waiting plus I didnt want to wait any longer....but it really made me feel uncomfortable. The least the employees could do is wash their hands after every haircut they performed, not just for hygiene but also to avoid these kind of incidents especially if they smoke.

    I have expensive taste, but I hate paying retail. Jeb gave me what looks like a very expensive, high-end cut at a bargain basement price. Honestly, Ive paid $60 for a haircut that wasnt this good! So happy I went here, and will be returning to make it my regular salon.

    First went to cuttin up next door and the woman there have me the worst haircut I have ever seen. And the building was filthy she didnt put anything over me I was covered in hair when I left. I walked straight into great clips and they fixed my hair and it was very friendly and clean.

    I definitely recommend downloading the app and checking in before you get there. We have 3 in our family, and they were ready for us when we got there. If we didnt check in before we would have had to wait 45 minutes to an hour. Service was excellent, and friendly.

    Great prices and good attention. I didnt give it the 5 stars because you have to check in through the app and we did but it doesnt work very well the time for your turn just keeps going up and down and you dont really know when youre up, we had to call and the guy on the phone was really nice and told us to come even if the app said 120 minutes of waiting.

    Ive been coming here for haircuts for fifteen years or so, and my kids & wifey too. Gary is definitely the one to see. Always stick with your barber/stylist, no matter where you go. Usually a few customers in the waiting area, and a short wait, which is a clear indicator that people come here for a reason. Same rule of thumb applies: Never go to a restaurant that has no cars in the lot! Clean bathroom, too (that should be where any review of any business should begin. Put aside the product, if the toilets a mess, the rest of the business is never any better) Conveniently located in the old Butler Plaza, where you can actually park your non-Prius. Lots of cool non-clothing stores surrounding it, like Lowes, Publix, etc. so you useful people can combine your trip to make it count.
