    Tabatha in the salon department does TREMENDOUS work. she took so so much time and effort on me. she blew me away with the time and work spent with me and my hair. i have VERY thick long hair and made sure every inch was beautiful. she made me feel beautiful, along with her team. i have received SO many compliments and i will not only be sending everyone to her but always will never trust someone else with my hair like her!

    I would like to say thank you to Chrissy yesterday when I came into the store . Chrissy welcome me with a warm smile and upon shopping she assisted with finding facial products for myself. She was very relatable , understanding, and helpful to me trying to achieve the result I’m looking for. Chrissy took her time helping me and provide great customer service . Even though it was late in the shift she took her time to make sure I left a happy customer . Shout out to Chrissy and you are very awesome.

    Bella the benefit brow bar specialist is amazing. No one has ever done my eyebrows as good as she does. Ive gotten a lamination, tint, wax, and threading done by her and all have been amazing results. She makes the whole process quick, painless, and outstanding. Bella takes the time to really sculpt your eyebrows to match your features and makes you feel comfortable in your own skin. Ive gotten many compliments on my eyebrows, even my husband notices it every time. She is not only great with eyebrows but she has so much product knowledge about makeup and skincare, she has helped me bring my skin back to life. She really takes the time to help you out and if she is busy she always keeps a professional attitude and lets you know that she is helping multiple people at once but will still try to make your experience great.

    Mylina is the best hair stylist 🫶🏽 I drove 4 hours to get my hair done by her because she is so knowledgeable on the best hair care and products and knows exactly what my hair needs and is able to exceed my hair color expectations she turned my natural dark brown hair to bright vanilla blonde in 2 sessions! Even correcting another stylist who messed up my hair in between our sessions when she was out on medical leave.     Great experience for my daughters. My youngest has curly hair and I really wanted a cut that helped her curls bounce up. She got exactly that! Both my daughters chose and voiced their desired styles to the stylist. She listened to them, was so very patient and absolutely delivered. They left there so excited and happy!

I have been seeing her for 5 years now and honestly have not let anyone else touch my hair since I started seeing her. :)I began seeing Melissa P in 2012 when FIVE of my friends from work recommended her. I started with her at different local salon before she began at Ulta and loved her work so much that I had to follow her to the Ulta location. I did not know what to expect as I had never been to Ulta Salon, and have been pleasantly surprised by Ultas products and atmosphere.I cannot say enough good things about Melissa P. I have frizzy semi-curly hair that dries out easily and that I like colored. Melissa P not only helps provide advice on products and treatments (that have been very helpful!) but provides excellent guidance on style, color, and cut based on client needs and preferences. She is the ONLY stylist that has ever been able to style my hair in a way I love with a blowdryer alone without needing a flat iron to calm frizz; although I love when she uses a flat iron to curl my hair (see pictures; I am in love!). Melissa P is helpful, patient, and takes the time to really get to know her clients and make the haircut a relaxing and good experience. She attends trainings and keeps up on new techniques and products, which I appreciate.On a personal note, Melissa P is a wonderful person that I have gotten to know over my 5 years of receiving her service. She is easy to talk to and has made an effort to get to know me as a person and know my lifestyle and my family. If I told her I was anxious about something or was going on a trip, at my next appointment 2 months later she remembers and asks me about it. But for those that prefer silence and pure relaxation during service, she respects that too.Thank you Melissa P!Side Note: You can join Ultas free rewards program and earn points for money spent on hair service as well that you can then put towards products - I have done this over the years and have purchased Hot Tools products (hair dryer and straightener) basically free with my points. :) Definitely a great perk from Ulta as I am not that into makeup/other products but can still benefit from the program with hair service.

    I had the best visit yet when I went to Ulta recently! Kim the general manager really took her time to color match me. I have aging skin that is changing and she gave me samples to try she thought would help address certain concerns of mine as well. Im thankful for her time and effort and so far have really enjoyed all her suggestions! Thank you for not letting me wander around the store clueless buying products that arent the best for me!

    Great store, good prices. I will say that their brow waxing services are a bit inconsistent. My first experience was incredible- the lady was very thorough and competent, measuring my brows and being very precise. The second time, not so much. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but- this brow tech seemed very anxious. She was nice, but clearly didn’t share my vision. She was very shaky when applying the wax strips, which is kind of unnerving when your eyebrows are at stake. She did check in and ask if they looked okay and I said yes (totally understand that that’s on me! I should have spoken up, but to be honest she was so nervous that I didn’t want to risk messing them up more). I ended up with blocky 2015-era type brows that came out pretty uneven, and have made an appointment elsewhere to get them fixed. She was sweet and I don’t want to single her out (maybe it was an off day for her). I paid/tipped, but I don’t really see myself coming back for the services. Overall this is a great Ulta with a helpful staff and every time I come they have the products I need.

    I only go in occasionally, but theres always been a friendly staff to help in aisle and check-out in this store. Recently, I had Sophie (Clinique Specialist) help me, and she was so sweet! Helped me find best colors, and when I described what I was looking for, she had an immediate recommendation. She knew the store well.

    Courtney at store 570 in Gainesville on Newberry road omg she was so nice 😊 even though the store was busy she handled myself and a couple other customers very well giving me all the advice and recommendations I needed she didnt crowd me but kept checking on me and when I needed she came through thank ypu so much !!!     I LOVE the products. Its unfortunate there is NO one working the cash registers. One person and a line of people waiting while other workers stood around trying to look busy. One person was wearing ear buds and couldnt hear anything going on. Ultra is expensive. Please step up the customer service.

    Soooo tired of the dark circles under my eyes so I got curious, talked to my wife and did some googling to find solutions. I decided on trying a concealer but needed help matching skin tones. Every lady working there was very helpful. I was super apprehensive about going into the store but they all made me feel comfortable and not like the 285 pound black elephant in the room. Good place, nice products and Im getting better at covering my dark circles.

    Salon Review - PhenomenalSo let me explain I do not have virgin hair. I came from 1,200 miles away with damage, I do have grey hair regrowth, and a color that was too dark. It was a mess. Morgan said we have to heal your hair first. She did not tell me what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to know to fix it. We cut off the damage within two visits, we did a Demi to give me coverage but not permanently putting color that we could not change as we fixed the much too dark color. You see we could not bleach my hair it would have been fried! Two months later, yes, I used the mask every week Morgan was right. Now, we tried something it did not turn out the way we wanted. (This is because of the previous salon not Ulta) Guess what? They fixed it and unlike my other salon I did not have to pay for the correction. Again, they did not make this mess they were trying to fix it. The management credited me for the correction and it was not the fault of anyone at this salon - Morgan was not pleased with the result. I thought it was great. Morgan and the team of Goddesses she works with are incredible. They all work together, they will brainstorm an idea, or a way to handle something. Whatever your need I highly recommend this salon for the top notch products they use and lets face it ladies who does not like discounts? Because it is part of Ulta even if you do not have the Ulta Credit Card the salon counts towards monthly purchases and point levels. So all of my makeup, skincare, hair products get a reduction as well. I love this place. Thank you to an incredible team, management, and especially, Morgan who has so much passion for her craft. Thank you!!!!! Finally, I do not worry about my eyebrows looking good or my hair. If they only had a nail tech I would be set. HA!

    I drive an hour to go to this Ulta over the one in lady lake where I live. The staff is always very nice and super helpful, the store is always clean and well stocked, and the salon services are always very well done. Bella in benefit brow bar, and Chelsea in the salon are fantastic and I recommend them to anyone looking to get their hair or brows done.

    The staff here are infinitely better as compared to Sephora. While I do wish they carried some of the Sephora exclusive brands I much prefer shopping here. I feel like the service I receive is genuine, and not just someone trying to push a product to meet a sales goal. The curbside service is awesome and my orders are always ready in under an hour. Knowledgeable staff, great rewards program, huge range of products. Basically my one stop shop for skincare, makeup, hair, nails, you name it.

    I highly recommend Mylinna at the Ulta Salon! I have been going to her for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. She is very kind and makes me feel comfortable in the chair, which is very important for me. I challenge her with asking for a different style every time I visit and she executes my vision perfectly every time. I have never left the salon upset about my hair. She is SO talented!! I love the atmosphere of the Ulta Salon and being able to shop after my appointment.

    Paulette was an absolute angel! Not only did she communicate each step but she worked with my texture to create a healthy and fun experience for me. She saved me and my hair both times for a keratin treatment and highlights. By far one of the most talented, professional and humble stylist Ive ever had.     I had to style my hair for my graduation photo shoot one weekend and chose to give Ulta a try. Nick styled my hair absolutely beautifully! He’s so kind, patient, and maintained professionalism. He even put up extra bobby pins in my hair to maintain my curls a few hours before the shoot so it wouldn’t get messed up in the humidity. I couldn’t thank him enough and I most definitely will be coming back. Highly recommend!

    The employees are constantly popping around corners to ask if you need help in a sci-fi thriller type of way. Makeup is fine, a little cheaper than CVS on some things that are the same brand.

    I have been to Ulta a few times and never been anything but happy. My last experience i went to the salon and used a coupon I got for a cut, style and highlight. It was 60 dollars, which is awesome for a professional cut and highlight! I got my haircut by Sage. She was awesome. She really listened to what I wanted and came up with something even better than what I imagined. She spend a really long time with me and on my hair. She was so attentive to every detail. She even showed me a really pretty way of styling my thick hair before I left. Go see Sage!

    Its an ulta. If youve been to an ulta youve been to them all. Its where you buy makeup, hair stuff, skin stuff, and perfume.     Had first time experience at Ulta having both my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Joanna at Brow bar. I was nervous since this would be first time for tint. Joanna gave me beautifully shaped brows and tint was subtle. Next, I had my hair highlighted by Nick, he was friendly and worked with me to get the look I wanted. I walked out looking good! I would highly recommend both Joanna and Nick!

    All STAR Master Hair Stylist!!! I have been going to this salon for over one year. Tiffany, Mylinna, and Chelsie are my Ladies!!! I go 3 time a month to keep my hair in top shape. This is my form of therapy for my hair. The Struggle with my hair health was overwhelming. I am a professional in my craft and ALL these Ladies are top performers in theirs. They are top shelf in their craft!!! I am a life long customer where ever they go I will follow!! This group of woman have become more than just my stylist they have become family!!!

    I got my hair done by Nick in the salon and it turned out wonderful! He took my hair that was super damaged from me dying it myself and made it a super cute, healthy blonde balayage. I could tell that he was taking his time and carefully going strand by strand instead of trying to get me in and out of there as soon as possible. Definitely was a great experience and I look forward to my next appointment!

    I went in for a hair appointment with Chanley wanting to completely change my blonde balayaged hair to my natural dark brown color. In my many many hair appointments with other stylists, hearing the phrase “I don’t want to damage your hair” is a red flag meaning my hair will be damaged, I won’t leave with my desired color, and it will take 6 more $$$ sessions to get me halfway to my desired look. So when Chanley explained 2 different options to get to my desired color and recommended the “one that won’t damage my hair”, I was nervous. She assured me by answering all of my questions and fully explaining everything, so I took her recommended route. I could tell she was beyond knowledgeable and my hair turned out EXACTLY how I wanted it. And it’s never looked and felt healthier. This is the first time in so long when I have actually left the salon and not had to explain to people that “it’s not done yet”. I felt so confident after leaving the salon. Not to mention that the service process itself was wonderful. I hope Ulta really appreciates her because I’ve been to many $300+ stylists and haven’t ever been so pleased or had anyone actually get it right the first time like Chanley did. Even though I won’t need a million more full color services, I’ll definitely be back soon for keratin, blowouts, haircuts, glosses, etc, as long as she is behind the chair.

She takes so much time to perfectly wash, deep condition, blow dry, and then straighten my curly hair.     I have curly hair and Im super picky with my hair I dont trust many people with it. I walked in with a messed up hair cut because I trusted the wrong person with my hair and Grace was SUPER AWESOME and fixed it! She also gave me some advise on what products to use and so far its worked great! Grace was super nice and did a AMAZING job with my hair! I would totally recommend her to anyone who has curly hair!

    I love getting my hair done at Ulta! Tristany did my hair for my wedding and Ive been going back ever since for balayage and cuts. She is always helpful and gives me honest feedback on my hair and ideas that I have for it. Plus while you wait you can browse all of the makeup and hair products in the store!

    The managers are awesome here. I had an issue with opening a card online and using my discounts, and when I called the Ulta MasterCard company they basically gave me a run around and wrong information that ended up wasting my time. The managers here in store fixed the issues with no problem or complaints. Great service! Thank you!

    Havent had a bad hair cut or color there! No matter who I see, hair care is consistently good across the board. Also, the facials are amazing - would highly recommend Oxana - she is very professional and thorough with evaluating skin for recommending a proper facial regimen, and her facials are incredibly relaxing.

    ***Pixie Cuts***If you are looking for a stylist who knows how to cut short hair...Sage at Ulta is what your looking for. I searched for a while in Gainesville for someone who could do my short hair justice. Sage is great at listening to what you want and actually making happen. Super comfortable environment and affordable as well. The hours are very convenient, which I appreciate with a busy work schedule. Plus you get Ulta points just for using the services too. I highly recommend my newfound stylist Sage and Ulta salon. It’s well worth a trip ladies.

    Haircut by Gigi was perfect. I have fine straight long hair. Any imperfection shows like crazy. She layers flawlessly and blends well. She made my hair look light at the bottom (a problem I have is I have so much hair, it looks awkward and chunky at bottom if not done properly). She did an amazing job so that I dont have to worry about styling it ever (I am very low maintenance with hair). I can confidently wear my hair down anytime.

    I love the salon they have in the back! I’ve been going to Mylinna and she always does amazing on my hair. My hair always turns out exactly how I want. By far the best salon I have ever been to!

    I went here yesterday for the first time, I actually never have been to any ulta before, I just recently heard about them through the YouTube community. I was on the assumption that you could only go to sephora for high end makeup. Im so glad I found this place. It has way more options than sephora. The staff is very helpful and dare I say, not at all snobby like some other unnamed cosmetics stores staff. I felt very welcomed and comfortable asking questions. They were also very knowledgeable as well. Thank you, ulta! They also offer credit cards which you best believe I also got. Their points system is alot better then sephoras as well and thats coming from a sephora rouge member. I wish I had found them sooner!

    I went to see Nick at the Salon at Ulta for my haircut! He has absolute best customer service and is a very knowledgeable stylist. My hair looks great! 10/10 recommend!

    Love Love my new Korres Wild Rose moisturizer, my new dr. brandt pores no more Absolutely love the way it makes my face look youthful and adding IT your skin but better very 1st product that looks completely natural and a little Clinique blended face powder and blush and BAM I look AMAZING!!!

    AMAZED by Sage @ the salon!! Sage works MAGIC! The BEST w/up to date color techniques. Came in for routine highlight maintenance & left with GORG natural looking beachy blonde beautifulness! My VERY thick hair always took hrs to do but miraculously Sage had me done in 1/2 the time. End result-the best my hair has looked! (had been going to my stylist over 2yrs but couldnt get booked in time for a necessary event- say this bc heck ya I was scared to try someone new...trust me Sage makes you feel at ease, listens, & consults) Sage has a new client for life!
