Ramonas beauty salon is a Dominican salon accessible from anywhere in Jacksonville.Rossy, the beautician doing my toddler hair, deserves all the stars. They took me in as a walk-in.The service was excellent from the phone call inquiring information to the in person service.Working with toddlers is challenging, but everyone there made my kiddo feel like the princess she thinks she is.As long as I am in Jax, I will continue visiting Ramonas Salon and will strongly recommend it.

Make this sound goodI was recommended to come here today by my friend and me and my daughter got our hair did and Rosa and Sandra did an awesome job. Omg I absolutely love how our hair turned out. Every one was so friendly and wonderful customer service. They were fast and efficient. I am truly thankful and super excited I came here today.

I have been seeing Ramona for 20 years and I have no complaints. Everyone is friendly and professional, not to mention the fair pricing for the excellent quality Ramona and all of her team always deliver each time I go. What I love the most is that being there feels like home and it doesnt matter how long it takes, its always fun to be there and chat with the girls. 5 stars for friendlyness, professionalism, consistency, quality and pricing!

I went to Ramonas hair salon today and Rossy did my natural hair. She did a great job. My last relaxer was in 2013. It is now almost 8 years later and it looks as though I relaxed it but I sure didnt. I love it. Thanks Rossy your the best.😍 price was reasonable. The atmosphere was nice a bunch of ladies taking care of ladies.

I love Ramona’s! I have been coming on and off for years. If you don’t have an appointment you will wait, but the staff is always nice. My grandmother has even started going on a regular basis and they treat her with such care. Falco does not play and will press your even the baby hair and edges! Rose slays with the color, but no matter who does your hair you’ll love it! My hair is completely natural, so I don’t press it often, but have never had an issue with my curl pattern returning. Even times when I go every week after an extended period of not applying heat my curls recover.

I cant give this place anything less than 5 stars. It has changed completely from when I used to come here years ago. I was seated promptly and the stylist was attentive. She offered a service that I didnt want...or I thought . I came back the next day for the service she offered the day before and she got me right in the chair. I dont expect this all the time because its above and beyond, but I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and the conversation was moderate. They were very professional. There was a stylist that used to with there in the past who was very unprofessional, but shes gone. Ive seen her make several young girls is cry. The atmosphere has changed completely. A+ service! In the past I would have given it a D, but they have really improved.

Weve been to Ramonas twice now on a lead from family members. They are a very small hair salon, but the results of my daughters hair were fantastic! The only downside is how long they take, but it is well worth it when you see the results! We will definitely return!

Im not happy that on the date of the appointment, their phone was inoperable, but Google Maps did lead me there once I searched the salon name.We came in and they asked who we were scheduled with but were not regulars so we werent sure but they figured it out from the scheduling. They offered frozen honey drippers with popular Hispanic flavors for sale, which was a really nice treat while we waited for the hairdresser to finish up. Lisandra then consulted with my grandmother to make sure she knew what was desired. She walked my grandmother through options and gave a realistic impression of what they would look like. Lisandra also explained the processes/consequences of bleaching/dyeing. In the end, my grandmother opted for an even haircut and lighter color all around to hide grey hair at the roots and even out dark hair that grew toward the nape. I believe she left pretty happy, even though she wanted silver or a short cut to grow out the rest of her grey hair (too short for her liking). Silver bleaching process would have severely damaged the rest of her hair and Im glad the hairdresser gave my grandmother the facts. I was given a realistic timeframe to return to pick up my grandmother and she was done in less time.

I love this salon. They really took care of me and my hair. They talked with me first and looked at my hair and made reccomendations on what they thought I should do with it. I was able to get the straight hair I was looking for but in a much healthier way. I definitely be coming back.

I had an appointment with another stylist but she was very busy with other clients. So I inquired if another stylist could do my hair, that was the best move I could have made. Falconery, told me she could do my hair. She did a fabulous job!!! I will return.. Thank you Falconery, job well done.

I see Rose, shes awesome at being her self always and speaking to you with detailed information on products . I cannot speak on the test of the shops employees , I get in get my wash and set and get out its always long for me but my hair is very long so thats the cause.

I absolutely ADORE Ramonas!!!!Im from Bel Harbour and never ever in my life have I had the opportunity to have wonderful hair at such a reasonable price.. my only little gripe is I cannot stand waiting!! My wait was about 15 to 30 mins on a regular day which isnt too bad but you defitnely dont wanna try to take off work half a day umm NOT GOING TO HAPPEN however keep in mind this is pretty normal of most dominican salons..either way ITS WORTH THE WAIT!!!

I had never tried creatine and there Mrs. Ramona suggested it to me and I love it. My hair is healthier and shinier and thats what Im going for. a lot of the beach and the pool also the staff is very friendly and very happy 🤗😘😘😘
