Your advertising is wrong … Again has nothing to do who cut my hair . It’s the advertising that is wrong. This girl did a great job . But the advertisement told me that this place can do what you can , not the employee. but training and equipment. Don blame my service at all . It was a great experience to visit my sister and I were there from out of town. I was a bit nervous because I had been to several places around the town where I live and no one seem to have the time but Jessika Was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. She was patient and listen to what I wanted I showed her a picture and when she was done, my hair looked just like the picture. Definitely be going back next time we Are in town thanks, Jessika

Im finally writing a review because of my experience this weekend. Currently Im in chemo treatment, and I needed a short haircut to ease the difficulty of losing my long hair. Anyone with long hair knows its tough to chop it off. Eliza was a great guide through this process! Not only did she give great advice on the cut, she offered thoughtful and inspirational conversation throughout my time in her chair. Thank you so much for making it comfortable and easy!A side note: when we walked in, I looked around and thought, Oh good, I trust all of these stylists here today to do this. How many places can you say that about? :)

My mother, who has progressive Alzheimers, desperately needed a cut and wash due to her normal caregiver not knowing how to take care of her long hair. I was greeted by a lovely stylist, named Eliza, who was both kind and understanding of my situation. She polietly and professionally listened to all of the detailed information that I gave her about giving my hypersensitive mother a cut and wash (down to the temp of the water). Then she guided us back to a chair and did a quick eval on my mothers hair and advised. Next, very patiently went through the hair washing process with my mom who is easily over stimulated. ( When I say very patient imagine someone sitting up four to five times during it.) She gave me some great tips on how to help my father and I continue to care for my mothers hair as the cognitive disease progresses. She was precise while my mother was moving all around in the chair, and she was very understanding as I very specifically had to have a part in the personal space to calm my mom down, and keep her seated. Truly, considering I made this appointment as a shot in the dark on a very tricky day, (and I didnt know what I would get,) I am so lucky to have walked in to this business! I have to say the hairdresser was so professional, intuitive, eloquent, sympathetic, and reassuring...I dont know how I can give this location any less than five stars and may very seriously be a customer for life- or at least as long as Eliza works there. Knowing that this level of customer service is there, makes me believe that I would have received very similar service from any other hair stylist as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you! My father loved the cut too, BTW!

I had Michelle C. cut my hair today and she was great! Someone there cut my step-sons hair & the 2 grandsons recently & their haircuts were just perfect. I called there to check availability & stayed in my car till they were ready for me. The seating was being disinfected and wiped down as I walked in. Michelle did a great job and was just a sweetheart. It is so nice to find a place (thanks to my step-son!) that is open and Covid-conscious. Michelle had a mask on, as did I. There were only 2 of us in there getting haircuts at the same time. I was very pleased with my salon visit & with my stylist - Michelle.
