    This was my first visit to Supercuts and using Addy also for the first time. She did a great job and listened carefully to the way I asked her to cut my hair. She took her time and made sure I liked the way she was cutting my hair. She is very sweet, kind and show great attention in being sure I was satisfied with my haircut. Great experience!

    I pulled a bonehead move. Thinking the shop closed at 9:00 p.m., I walked up to the door at 6:58 p.m., saw that they closed at 7:00, meekly pulled open the door, and inquired if it was too late. She politely replied that in 2 minutes it would have been and that the door wasnt locked. Now, being a 50-year-old male with only a few hairs left may have helped my cause. 😆 It was one of the best haircuts Ive gotten in a long time.

    Great experience! We always take our son to get his hair cut by Dominic. He makes our son feel comfortable and has him laughing the entire time. His hair always looks great!!

    Eliza worked on my hair today. I told her I wanted to get rid of this horrible blonde dye job on my ends. My frustration with my hair caused me to ask her to cut more. She was honest and said she wasnt comfortable cutting it that way cause it wouldnt give me the result I wanted. I love how she listened and I got the cut I wanted. Totally satisfied and will continue to look for her.

    This review is mostly about my Stylist and why I gave five stars. Adyss always does a great job. I like that you can now make appointments at Supercuts and select your stylist. This is a great feature. Online packages are not updated as well as pretty regular in-store system issues, but these are minor annoyances. My priority is getting a great haircut and I accomplish this with Adyss and Lance.

    Omg!!! The people here are AMAZING!!!Especially the two ladies that took care of us yesterday... unfortunately I didnt catch their names..So it was the Saturday before school starts and was doing last minute shopping in that area; everywhere was jammed packed with people.. I usually go to a different hair Stylist but just wasnt able to get in on time for my 8yr old daughter & 9yr old son.. my son who has NEVER been happy with any hair cut hes gotten & my daughter ready to cut all of her hair off.Anyway, these ladies where able to get us right in.. my daughter had a pic of what she wanted & son unwilling told her what he wanted..They hit it right on the head. There was no whining, no having to go back in to fix anything.. my daughter enjoyed the whole experience talking her little head off like it was her personal salon..I really wish I would of got their names because these ladies made this whole experience worth going back..As my daughter said this is my place nowAlso the rest of the staff was very friendly and didnt mind me running around like a chicken with my head cut off making sure everyone was happy.I would recommend this place again and again..This was at the Kernan and Atlantic Boulevard location

    SuperCuts Finally, Excellent Family Full Service Salon…Tammy was Fantastic and will be my hairdresser from here on out!! Ive been a Supercut customer since stationed at US Southern Command, Miami Florida 2012. Since we were always getting deployed, getting a good haircut, that a full salon offers, was hard to find, especially in Alabama, Mississippi, Pensacola, now Jax. Sure I went to Hair Cuttery & Great Clips but they don’t have Men’s Camo, Hair Coloring and Hi-Lites. Well I was tired of going to the places month after month and I wasn’t feeling my old South Beach Miami Look!! It’s Summer Time - Time for Hi-Lites!! So, I googled and found this SuperCuts location next to Millers Ale House and Chipotle - oh & Smoothie King!! What a location!! I was a walk-in making my first appointment online. The manager Tammy, was my hairdresser and she did an awesome job!! Even while busy being the mgr, She really gave me my look back.. I walked out of there so ecstatic & proud to have my look back & she really new what she was doing.I don’t understand the reviews I read but 10 STARS, I Rate, 10 out of 10 I would: Based on the professionalism, courteously, knowledge and personality of Tammy was outstanding!! As it pertains to my hair-cut and coloring and style. Of course being in the line of work that I do, professional haircuts are required.I’m so glad I found this place as I will be going back month after month, so Tammy can continue to due my hair!! The only con is “No Military Discount,” while the other places do offer!! Hopefully, they will take care of that!! At Anyrate, I will continue to give them my business!Thank You Very Much Tracy! 😊 GenePS - Picked up my Lunch at Smoothie King Protein Shake and went next door to Chipotle, to get my dinner. I felt very accomplished, while looking Good!! So make a trip like I did to this SuperCuts and get the full salon treatment!!

    I made an appointment for my son and we arrived on time and only waited 5 minutes for him to be called back. Wait time was due to the stylist cleaning up his station from the previous client, which didnt bother me because it showed me that they are a clean establishment!! The stylist was very professional and did exactly what we had requested and my son walked out looking amazing!!

    Heather is at Supercuts Marsh Landing..I called to find out if my stylist Heather (salon manager) was working . . I was told she no longer works here, person did not bother to tell me where she went. A friend of mine who also has her hair done by Heather told me she is now at Marsh Landing Supercuts. Definitely worth the drive she does my cut and color and always does an awesome job . .614 Marsh Landing Parkway
