Nelle is AMAZING! She is always open when I need her or fits me in and I am never dissatisfied with her perfect work. She does my lip fillers, lashes and brows and I even go to her for my full faces when needed. She NEVER disappoints. I HIGHLY recommend her for your beauty needs!!!

I normally go to my nail salon to get my eyebrows tinted faithful every week…. But then I found this spot and it was beyond Amazing, clean & very professional. I love love LOVE my eyebrows that Janell did.(I hope I have her name correct) . I’m about to write a book because I love my brows that much….wish I could have tipped her $100 or I swear I would have!!!! My boyfriend broke my mirror cause I couldn’t stop looking at the GREAT JOB she did!!!!! Okay I’m done.😊😊👍🏽👍🏽❤️❤️ Worth the wait time!!!

Emily and Nelle are professional and both know what they are doing. The shop is professional clean and quiet. Now you will wait but it’s well worth it I typically just go on a day I have open agenda sign in and wait for a call back. I have followed Emily since she was on the Northside at the hair store so I was hesitant to move over to Nelle but I allowed her to do my brows and haven’t been back to Emily chair since lol, saying that to say Nelle is just as on point as Emily. Thanks ladies and may you continue to prosper!

OMG! I dont know where to start with these two Awesome Yung ladies! I had been going to Beauty Town for over 10 years getting my lashes and brows done. Over the years the place was changing along with staff. The customers were also, changing which made me feel uncomfortable. Over the years Id witnessed fights, folks coming in stealing, all kinds of drama. I decided to take my business else where. I just happened to stop by Emely one morning. And, feel in love with the two Awesome Yung ladies. Their shop is Absolutely Beautiful. from the time u walk in theres a warm very friendly atmosphere. Nelle is my (girl) she listened to how I wanted my brows done and she did just what I wanted. Not, what she wanted. Shes very patient and very respectful of her customers. No Drama in these Queens Palace! I love It! I wont go anywhere else. Thanks Ladies. I love yall

This is the only place where I get my lashes done. I typically go to Jeanelle & she does beyond excellent. I love her energy as well.. we have full conversations but she never stops doing her job in the midst of it. The whole vibe in Emely’s is exquisite. If I could give them a 10/10, I most definitely would.

Her shop is clean and well decorated. I can visibly see her disinfecting after each client. My advice, get here early! She must be popular because she’s had a steady stream of clients since I’ve been here. (1hour wait so far but I’m next)It’s my first time here, will update afterwards with my work!

Emely has the BEST lash and brow services in Duval county. Her application is flawless and her products are quality. Her rates are very good. She has great energy was she is one of only two chairs I’m comfortable sitting in for my make up services.

I love Emily I been going to her for 7 years now. When it all started lol. She has by far came along ways and have always been people friendly, professional, neat clean, and happy person. Her lashes last for about 3 weeks she glue them bad boys down you hear me lol. She is the BEST TO EVER DO IT. If you’re looking for good quality , neat work, attached work, long lasting bonding I suggest you let Emily be the one to slay your lashes and brows.
