    I came in today for a haircut that I booked the night before on a whim. I took a chance on a stylist I’ve never been to before and am so happy I did! Jessica listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered!! She was incredibly personable and I felt extremely relaxed and comfortable. On my way out I asked Andrew for a foundation recommendation because I am very lazy and makeup illiterate. Not only did he get me what I wanted but he educated me on how to apply makeup and match colors! I ended up buying more makeup than initially intended, not because Andrew was “selling” me, but because after spending time with him I felt confident that I could recreate the look and feel that he had provides me. 10/10 recommend both Jessica and Andrew!!!

    I went in feeling overwhelmed with little makeup, and Paula was so helpful and kind. She offered products to me that suited my skin tone and type so well. She made me feel so beautiful. The line for checkout was long, but that’s expected around this time of year. Her customer service was 11/10.🩷

    Sarah was highly recommended so I gave her a try. I never do anything with my hair, last time I did was 2 years ago. I was super nervous BUT she did her thing && was so confident which made me feel so much better. 10/10 recommend !!

    I want to give a big thank you to Sarah B. and Haylee B. for helping me fix my hair after my last visit. I went yesterday ( did Shantel and sky) and unfortunately, hairstylists didnt do a great job. Thankfully, Sarah and Haylee went above and beyond to make things right, and I truly appreciate their help! Also, a shoutout to Victoria for checking in on me and making sure everything was okay. This is my go-to store because everyone is so nice, but ld recommend selecting your hairstylist carefully.

    Kiara did an amazing job with lightening my hair! She is so personable and easy to trust with your hair. Plus she used perfect products for my hair type. Most stylists apply heavier products in my fine hair, which looks okay at first, but then those products make it greasy within hours. Kiara applied lightweight products which kept it soft. I later got the list of things she used from the Ulta team and ordered them all. I’ll be back!

    I believe her name was Sarah working at the beauty counter yesterday (or was standing helping another client near it- she was standing helping guests on the floor), she was blonde and about 5’7-5’8 beautiful woman that helped me. I was looking for an organic brand and she had just started iliac which I’ve read wonderful reviews but couldn’t find the powder because well- they don’t make it! She was extremely knowledgeable recommended bare minerals and Lancôme for cleaner makeups- which I have used and loved and aligned with and immediately trusted she understood my concerns and goals. She led me to Natasha deona, which is a cleaner brand she forgot they didn’t carry in the store she transferred from to towncenter. I must highly praise this employee for being so knowledgeable and helpful in a newer market that many have ignored and don’t understand with cleaner makeup. Her blazer was covering it but it was yesterday around 3:30 in towncenter and she is an absolutely great employee — I wish I had asked if she had a card! If you’re looking for recommendations, I found her more knowledgeable than majority of employees that recommend only the basic popular brands at the moment (which is likely an upsell and I get it) but having the well rounded knowledge is well appreciated. You were busy on my way out and I didn’t want to match color while pale and mid move before my pool- but thank you again - your company should know because spending $55+ on each makeup item isn’t a small decision when switching so your knowledge was well appreciated!

    Kiera (not sure if I spelled her name right, but she works in the salon) was so extremely helpful! She must have noticed me being indecisive and asked if I needed help and boooyyy did I need help. Im new to curls and was overwhelmed by the amount of products and wasnt even sure what I needed and Kiera was able to help me figure this out.Ive always been unsure if Im allowed to bother the people working in the salon for help so I was very glad she approached us- she even reassured me that I can always ask them for help. Next time Im there I will be looking for Kiera and asking for her opinion again.Ive been to Ulta a bunch and the cashiers are usually okay but nothing to write home about but Yen was great! Very friendly and even recommended I open my app and check for coupons. I did have a few that saved me a couple bucks!Ill definitely continue to frequent this Ulta :)

    Tashyanna was absolutely amazing. My rewards were not working on the app and she spent probably close to a hour with me helping me make sure I got my points and birthday month reward and never made me feel badly about it. While I was talking to corporate/on hold on the phone trying to work things out I witnessed her be so incredibly helpful and kind to many other customers. I also I got color matched for a foundation by another employee that was amazing and the color really matches great. I forgot her name sadly, but I appreciate the team at this Ulta! The store should be very proud to have them and I hope they are treating them well!

    This is my FAVORITE LOCATION. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Today Yen helped me out with what I was looking for. I walked the store almost 20 mins overlooking what I needed and she helped direct my daughter and I in the right direction and did not stop until she found what we needed. Yen went over and beyond and was so nice and pleasant. We definitely will be back. Also Joyanna that works in the fragrance area is phenomenal! If you are ever in need of someone that knows fragrances and excited to show you different options or just help you with your selection GO TO HER! She absolutely beautiful with an amazing spirit. Thank you Patrick as well for speaking with me today it was a pleasure to share my wonderful experience.💕

    Loads of makeup, skincare, and hair products from a wide range of brands. Theres a brow bar and salon in-store as well. Prices arent very competitive in the biggest concern. You can get the exact same items elsewhere for much less, but many people enjoy the aesthetic, and they do offer a rewards program.

    Marilyn is my hair stylist, and I definitely don’t plan on finding anyone else! I used to not care about hair maintenance, but she really helped kickstart this journey. Every appointment I’ve had with her has been AMAZING!! She is unbelievably friendly and talented. My hair looks and feels better every time AND she recommends all the best products to keep that fresh salon look lasting at home.     I have had amazing experiences at the salon with Nikita. I had a very negative experience with a different individual who I will not name. I went in for some highlights/lowlights and my hair was already blonde. He just needed to add dimension. It took around 7 1/2 hours and three treatment attempts. The first two times, he left thick brown stripes in my hair and initially could not understand why that was not acceptable. He also did not know how to fix it, so Nikita had to walk him through it while working on her own appointment. She went above and beyond even though I was not in her chair.While it was a poor experience, I do respect that the other stylist did his best to make it right in the end. I am still giving Ulta five stars because the customer service on all fronts is impeccable and when you find a stylist you click with and stick with them, you will not be disappointed.

    Just visited this store and not only was the store neat and clean, but my experience with Chloe was incredible! She was so helpful in every way possible and helped me find my perfect foundation shade as well as a good blush and primer! 12/10 would definitely recommend.

    Lea is so wonderful. My sister and I traveled to Jacksonville today for shopping. She approached us time we walked in the door and helped us find the perfect products. She took her time with us and was so pleasant and helpful! She definitely deserves a raise. It was the best customer service experience we have ever had!

    I recently had brow service, dye, laminate and shaping by Lanette at the St Johns Town Center Ulta. She is “THE Bomb”! If you need your eyebrows on point, go to Lanette!I almost Didn’t want to write this review out of selfishness, because now her schedule will be full all the time, but two weeks after my service, my eyebrow game is still on point!

    Adrienne in the salon did a wonderful job working with my daughter and I to come up with exactly what was desired at an affordable price. Very skillful beautician. Thank you!On a secondary note. As sizable as this store is to have one 2 x 3 bench seat for anyone waiting is ridiculous. When I checked out and asked about a tip I told the girl how much I wanted the total to be and then she confusingly looked at the computer and asked how much tip I wanted. I told the difference between the total I gave her and the price of the service. I then needed to do the math for her to be able to proceed. Unbelievable!

    Marinela was the bomb today! I was looking for a new fragrance for my birthday present (for my boyfriend to get for me LOL) and she helped me. I mentioned how much I loved a discontinued Ann Klein fragrance and we looked up the ‘notes’ online. Then she had me try four different perfumes. The fourth one nailed it! I could not believe it.     Nikita douglas is such a lifesaver!! i’ve seen her twice for blonde highlights and haircuts! she’s the best. the first time i came in, i was getting a correction for a hair color done elsewhere that i wasn’t pleased with. she perfected it and gave me this new color that im obsessed with! she’s so receptive to her clients and always provides exactly what they want. every time i’ve seen her, we’ve spoken for hours and had the best time. she’s truly such a sweet soul and i love getting my hair done by her. she’s got a natural talent!!

    Sue was very attentive to my needs. She throughly explained what was in the products I was searching for. She took her time finding out what best suits me. I do not wear makeup but Sue helped me find the perfect lipstick and liner. As well as a good skin tint with SPF and face base. Thank you Sue!

    I am ecstatic about my hair. The color had been patchy, bright in one area, faded in others and my roots were very gray so I had low expectations it would be corrected. But, it turned out amazing. Id drop a phot if I could. Ask for Niki (Nikita). Shes fairly new so youll pay less but you will get an extremely professional top notch service. She took her time, was gentle and sweet, and the color is even, vibrant and beautifu! I know youll be happy with her work.

    The staff you see and deal with at the store are NOT who handle stocks, availability, and most of the other complaints on here. For my visit, I was greeted by VERY polite cashiers, and when I waited a short time in a quick-moving line to ask for help, the polite lady immediately came from behind the desk to help me color match! This was my first time visiting, and I felt like she knew me with how polite she was and accommodating. When the shade she used turned out to be out of stock, she immediately checked and told me the exact times it would be back and I could call to double check the next day. She even found me before I left the store because she had gone and found a sample just in case I couldn’t come back!I wish I could give MORE than five stars!

    Came in 10 min before close needing concealer for work the next morning. They were out of my type, Hannah and Justin turned the store upside down to help me & my boyfriend. The concealer was to cover tattoos that aren’t allowed to be showed. Without them I would’ve missed my shift at work. They’re amazing :) thank you so much

    The personnel was helpful in assisting of getting the right shampoo.I found the product I was looking for.The store was clean,well organized,the products in the front of the entrance and throughout the store were displayed beautifully, and had enough personnel on the floor for customer assistance. The lady who was helping us was knowledgable about the available deals and the usage and ingredients of the products.Great deals with online coupons.One con-,the line at the register was long,however,was moving fast.The store is very convenient,near by business centers,the lunch time or quick errand can be used to visit the store.

    New to Jacksonville and had my hair done today by Adrienne. Adrienne was very kind and patient. She took the time to listen to my wants and needs as a client. She explained step by step the process it would take to achieve the look I wanted. While waiting for my hair to color, she educated me on products and tips on styling my hair. We even had some girl talk here and there. Not only did she deliver great customer service but she is fantastic with hair. Go see her at St. John’s Towncenter Ulta for all your hair needs! 😊

    During the 21 Days of Beauty event, my wife asked me to pick up some facial cleanser that was half off. I was hoping for a quick in and out but then saw how crowded it was due to the promotions. As I walked in, I noticed the long line at checkout.Well, to my surprise, they had staff available to help me quickly find what I was looking for. And when I got to checkout, they had all stations running smoothly and efficiently. I didnt have to wait long.What seemed like chaos turned out to be a well-oiled machine with great service.

    Chloe is the BEST with eyebrows! She is so consistent from visit to visit and keeps great notes so you always get the result you want. I see her for eyebrow wax and tint, and Im always happy with the result. Shes also fun to talk to and makes the appointments really enjoyable. 10/10!

    Got AMAZING help. Needed several products. That great lady that helped me was no pressure. She gave me the info on each product to help me make the best decision for me.     As a treat to myself, I signed up to get a facial, my best decision of 2019. Stephanie at Ulta at the Town Center did miracles with my face. My skin feels so light and it is so soft. Not flawless, but healthy. I want to walk up to strangers and say touch my face. Im so happy. Booking my next appointment already.

    Fantastic variety. Some staff are extremely pushy and dont know when to leave you alone. The last two visits to this store I have been practically mugged by an older woman with short dark hair who literally followed us around the store pushing products on us. I will go to the Ulta store up north next time.

Drugstore products; salon haircare; mid to high end makeup lines. If your favorite brand happens to not be here, youll surely find a great, soon to be beloved alternative - just ask!

    I came in with sad, brassy brown hair (the result of a bad box hair dye). Grace, my stylist, did an amazing job. She took the time to learn what I wanted and prepared a custom treatment, just for me. Grace explained each step so that I was comfortable with the process. I love, love, LOVE my new hair.     Had my 3yos first cut tonight. Marie did an AMAZING job! So sweet, patient, and a great cut too! I paid a lot of attention to the work being done at all of the stations. Very attentive stylists! Talking over what needed to be done or what exactly their customers wanted! Great experience!!

    After 10 years the same straightener which treated me very well I dropped it this morning and shattered it so I went to Ulta to take a look at their selection and I fell in love with a chief. For around $100 I got a straightener, straightening protector spray, and a bag to put everything in it. It also came with a two-year limited warranty. I highly recommend coming here they have the best deals and the ladies are also helpful. I also got some information on a new nail salon! One of my favorite Ulta stores to come to!

    My experience at the salon portion of Ulta has been amazing each time. Ive had haircut and highlights done by Haley Higgins and I can 100% vouch for her. #1: I love my hair tone. It is sooo hard to find someone that gets the brassy tones out of my blonde and she kills it every time. #2: She is efficient yet extremely proficient, friendly, and easy to talk to if youre in the mood. Her personality rocks, which is essential if you need to be getting your hair done every two months like me. As someone who has had her hair botched so many times Im extremely happy to finally find my perfect stylist.

    Crammed when me and my husband went in. Where as Sephora it feels like you have room to move around, with Ulta its hard to move around in this store. That is the only down side I can give them. Its like they have outgrown the location.Other than that, nice staff and an amazing experience.

    The staff is always so helpful and attentive to my questions. They always offer the best products and deals. I use their ulta app and the drugstore make up they have can always be returned which I take advantage of. Several employees at this store have helped me find the perfect liquid eyeliner

    I highly recommend looking out for Chloe (unsure if that’s correct spelling) she was so helpful when I was looking for a new foundation. Took the time to go through options with me and was really knowledgeable not only about the products themselves but how different shades vary by brand. I was really thankful for her expertise.

    Great place to go for cosmetics! The store is always clean, staff is so pleasant and helpful, and theres a great selection of products to suit every beauty need! It has a lot of products that can only be found in this specialty store, but is a tad pricier for the things found at other big retailers.

    I know nothing when it comes to beauty. Ive been here twice now for hair and makeup products. Both times employees have seen me staring and overwhelmed and have asked if I needed help. Both times these ladies have been so patient and nonjudgemental. They didnt make me feel dumb or embarrassed - which is really the biggest fear in these situations! Ill keep coming back everytime just for the comfort of knowing they are there to help and dont make it seem like trouble at all! Thank you!

    They have a huge variety of everything...makeup, skincare, haircare, etc. Fair pricing. Much cheaper than Sephora, Mac etc.for the exact same products. All of the staff are always super helpful and very kind. Even with the store being absolutely packed today...when i got in line there were about 10 ppl ahead of me. But it only took me 5mins to get through the line.

    This store is so friendly. Most of the times the ladies will come up and ask me if I need help and I love that they have knowledge. Theres usually a group up front that just talk and stand there. Im not sure if theyre supposed to be greeters but they usually chat amongst each other. I love it here. Ill always come here for makeup.

    Love the products here. I was a long time Sephora shopper but wandered into Ulta randomly one day and like the setup of Ulta much more. Ulta staffers are much more friendly and willing to help you when you need it. I really like this location and the products.

    Had a hair cut and later a formal style and makeup with Tyson. He was INCREDIBLY friendly and is amazing at everything he does. Every time I visit him I leave with a lot of confidence. He is a senior stylist, so hes a bit pricier, but so worth it. Ended up getting a cut elsewhere this evening due to funds, and as soon as this hack job grows out, Ill have to go back to him to fix it! Everyone there is so friendly. Lost a star because the girl that scheduled my cut and color gave us bad information, so we couldnt get the color that day like we wanted due to time. Otherwise, Tyson was a perfect five.

    This place is an absolute Castle LOL of everything you could possibly need in cosmetics, hair, and style period that you can have a salon where you can get your hair done. You can get your hair colored cut and styled. They also install extensions ask for Marie she is awesome and the rest of her team kicks but too! I love Ulta!

    I am over the moon about my hair cut from Adrienne. Since moving to Florida I have had to embrace my curly hair and Adrienne did such a wonderful job to help me with that. I have always been nervous about getting my hair cut - I have had hair stylists who have sent me home in the middle of my blow out because they just couldnt deal with my hair anymore. I now search for people who specialize in cutting curly hair. Adrienne took her time, listened to my concerns and really focused on giving me a great hair cut. Now it looks super healthy, my curls are bouncy and more managable and I am finally proud to show off my curly hair after some of the tips she gave me. I have been getting compliments on my hair ever since and I could not be happier with the outcome. If I were not moving from Florida she would be my go to girl.

    I’ve been commuting to Gainesville for the same stylist all 3 years that I’ve lived in Jax. I just had a baby and it’s been tough making it there, much less anywhere. I made an impulse decision to finally go get a haircut locally and just called Ulta and let them book me with whoever. I ended up in Reva’s chair and she was amazing! Zero complaints over here, she was sweet, friendly, and gave me exactly what I wanted. I‘ll be calling her soon to do my color. Definitely recommend!

    Took my 4 year old daughter for a mommy daughter salon day..she loved it..our stylist was Jaliena and she was amazing...she made my daughter feel like a princess and did an amazing job on my hair and my daughters. We are definitely going back to see her..for kids they offer a junior price!!

    These five stars are really for Jenny. Im having problems trying to get my Clinique regimen the way I need to get it. I went in and talked with Jenny and she really seemed interested in helping me and gave me some ideas as well as some samples, including a very large sample of the clarifying lotion she thought would work best for me. Jenny youre awesome!

    I had my haircut today by Jasmen at ULTA town center. According to me and my daughters, this is the best haircut I ever had. Almost like a precision cut where each tiny section was cut. She then blow dried my hair and then finished cutting it. I am truly fanatical about my hair. I could not have asked for more.
