I was in the store Sunday December 29, 2024 I had the pleasure to meet Casey. Casey went above and beyond to help my sister and I, he is very knowledgeable and super friendly. He works in the salon but was more than willingly to step out of the salon and assist us throughout the store. Caseys personality and willingness to assist us was so refreshing. Thank you Casey for your awesome customer service!!!

Fast service and judgement free zone. They helped me learn about perfume for my signature other. I have no knowledge on what kind of scents to look for and they helped me understand notes and other things.

This store is AMAZING!! I had probably the best experience in an Ulta i’ve ever had during my trip there on Monday. I don’t know a lot about makeup but knew i needed a new foundation and the store associate King was so incredibly helpful, helped me stay on budget AND shade matched me! My makeup has never looked better and i feel so much more confident in my makeup now! Highly suggest the Ulta brand foundation for anyone looking for something that’s full coverage but also doesn’t look caked on!!

Called to make an appointment for Wednesday October 30. Because I’m working tomorrow I wanted my hair looking good. The stylist (and I won’t mention his name) called to confirm which I applied affirmative. Then he called the day of the appointment to advise he had been booked for a full highlight and I could come a little later. Right before I was leaving he called to advise he had a medical emergency and couldn’t do my hair today. I asked if there was someone else who could do it, he said no. I asked if I could get in Friday, he said no. He said he had a Saturday appointment available. I agreed but really didn’t want to use my Saturday at a salon. I went on their website to cancel. Ulta lost me as a client before they serviced me. Your loss Ulta

My daughter and I had a wonderful Labor Day weekend talking to our favorite makeup and stylist consultant River! She was absolutely AWESOME in give my teenage daughter advice and tips on every makeup products and other information. River is well diverse in her knowledge about EVERYTHING especially beauty industry. We enjoyed her extremely very much ..... So if you have a question about any cosmetic shade or skin care or skintone products please do not definitely hesitate to contact or asked her about anything! She is prime example of true customer service and beloved in all aspects in her work. Thank your River and we love Babydoll!

As someone who hardly ever leaves reviews, I must say ASHLEIGH is the BEST!! 🤩 I came in wanting my hair trimmed and colored for the first time in over a year, nervous from past experiences with previous specialists from other studios before. Not only did Ashleigh take her time explaining each step of the process, but her patience, knowledge, and care for her craft truly shows through her work!! For the first time in years, I walked out feeling confident and ready for the day, all thanks to Ashleigh!! Truly working her magic, I so appreciate her and look forward to coming back again soon!! 🥰

I had an amazing experience at this Ulta! I came in to look around and was met with the most amazing staff. I was especially impressed with Paige :) She convinced me to get a brow lamination and she did an amazing job! I felt very comfortable and was confident that she was going to do an amazing job. She was very thorough and explained every step to me as it was my first time getting this service. I was extremely impressed and will now only get my brows done by her! If I could, I would definitely say 1000/10 experience. Thank you Ulta and a HUGE thanks to Paige!

WOW. Was super happy to have an Ulta come to Mandarin but never expected such an AMAZING staff. RIVER NELSON gets 5 STARS all the way. She is patient and kind and SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE. I arrived right before her shift was ending. She embraced the challenge. NEVER rushed me. Skin issues have kept me out of the sun for 2 years so I had NO IDEA where to start to color match my skin. Have never felt so lacking in this department. She was pleasant and genuinely nice while she navigated testing product after product until she got it just perfectly perfect for me. I walked in feeling my most insecure. I walked out knowing Ive got this. Shes a GEM. Go see her for customized makeup needs. And She does FUN FUNKY stuff too if the situation calls for it. Was recently at this location on vacation. Everyone was so helpful with me rebuilding my makeup collection from scratch. ALISHA was so pleasant and helpful. BUT PAIGE ZATER made me feel beautiful again! Had my brows laminated for the first time and she helped me with other product recommendations for me and my spouse. These stars are for the salon department! Zeno is an artist with hair. Very knowledgeable about hair and cares about your hair’s health! There is another stylist who I met who is also an expert esthetician I wish I knew their name but I love them too! They are super friendly and you feel comfortable which was nice because it was my first time ever getting my hair professionally styled. As an African American girl, I thought I could never love my hair it was extremely damaged from relaxers but Zeno has made me fall in love with it and is helping me care for it better. Thanks Zeno! 💙💙💙💙💙
