    The Employees here have always been very helpful and always know exactly whats needed and where to find it when asked.     Me and my mom came into the store and worked with Brittney she was AMAZING🤩🤩🤩 she was very knowledgeable on the prosecutes she showed us how they affect your skin and everything we told her everything we were looking for and even though the store was busy she found us our correct shades and helped us find new products that we loved she also offered budget friendly options as well higher end options and anything they didn’t have in the store we were able to order online. All in all I recommend anyone coming here and looking for recommendations no matter skin tone, skin type she will be the biggest help go to Brittney

    Brittany is AMAZING!!! I’ve been Ulta stores quite a few times, and after my foundation was discontinued I struggled to find a new go to. I was directed to Brittany and after telling her of my previous experience she made it her goal to make sure I left better than I came in. She was very knowledgeable about products, ingredients and was able to match me perfectly, probably better than anyone has. I cannot say enough how amazing she was and I truly appreciate her kindness. She’s really what every Ulta and the beauty shopping experience should be!

    I had a color correction scheduled with Elizabeth, and she did not disappoint. In fact, she exceeded my expectations! She did such a wonderful job. She truly took the time to listen to my requests and concerns. The health of my hair was one of her main priorities, even after bleach, it still feels soft and remained healthy. I cannot be more pleased! 10/10 highly recommend, will be back! 😊

    Came in with my daughter, who was trying make up for the first time. When I tell you, we were greeted with open arms by Trinity . She made the experience so meaningful as our first time shopping for cosmetics. We will definitely be back. With service like what Trinity gave, we definitely dont mind splurging our money here.

    Sabirah was very helpful, and informative. She actually sold me on getting the Ulta credit card, which I would have never planned to do otherwise. I told her I basically only come once or twice a year so it was unnecessary. She informed me that I could use it on getting my hair done, or make up done, and all of the services you guys offered. She was truly an asset to your business today. Please recognize her.

    4/13/2024 My first time having a hair cut and color at Ulta Beauty Salon. To be fully honest I was nervous, didn’t really know what to expect. But I went with an open mind, after all its hair. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I did my homework on the stylist before hand and Macy A. fit exactly who I was looking for. Let me tell you we have lived here for 2 years and I have struggled to find a stylist. Macy is truly a godsend!! Not many are willing to tackle a head of curly hair like mine but she was so confident in her craft. She is truly talented! She gave me one of the best curly cuts and a root touch up 💇🏽‍♀️🤗. Thank you MACY for making me feel brand new!! 💕When all was said and done I was pleasantly surprised at my bill too. Great hair and service for an affordable price!🥰Thank you ULTA!!! 😘

    Jade and Brittany at Ulta in RiverCity Marketplace were such a blessing!! Their customer service was the best I’ve had in so long. Jade took her time and helped me find the right make up products for my skin and taught me step by step how to apply. As a tired working mama, she made me feel confident again! She was so encouraging and great to talk to❤️ Brittany was my cashier and she was extremely kind and thoughtful. She even blessed me with a gift bag. Her act of kindness meant more than she knows. I would definitely drive out of my way to visit that specific store again!

    I had a wonderful experience with Nicholas for my first keratin treatment. My results are beautiful and he was amazing to work with. He explains everything so well and made me feel included in the whole process. It was a lengthy process but honestly as a mom that doesn’t get a lot of time to myself it was very relaxing and I left feeling so recharged. So excited to see how much this treatment cuts down on my time getting ready. I’ll definitely be back and recommend Nicholas to anyone looking to do the keratin treatment as well.

    Just wanted to update from my initial review.I ended up with a follow up from Jen the service manager from my incident. She called and discussed with me what happened, was compassionate, she assured me to give it another chance to come see Jess since she was back at the salon. I wasn’t happy with what I had ended up getting at a Fernandina salon and booked with Ulta again, verified everything with the both of them and had my appointment yesterday.Jess and Jen both were amazing and made sure I was taken care of! They made sure my experience was nothing short of amazing. Jess is a talented hair artist, I love that I can tell her my vision and she is creative and makes it even better than what I want.Jen is a great service leader who makes sure every customer is happy with their experience!

    Lovely people. Great help when I needed someone to check for an item, & yesterday they had my fav hair line (curlsmith) on a display shelf for a $32 sale for their larger bottles, one was put there in error, it was actually $89! However, the lady at the register said she would honor it & got manager approval on it, & am so thankful for her. So here I am w/my $89 conditioner, that only cost me $32! May this be the magic my strands have been waiting for ✨️💛😌

    I made an appointment to get a Brazilian Blowout. I cant say enough good things about Jessica. She explained the procedure and approximate timing. I asked to purchase the appropriate shampoo and conditioner. She brought it to the station and offered to get anything else I needed. She left my hair smooth and styled the way I wanted it. A couple days later I washed it myself and still smooth and soft. So very happy with the results. She is professional and yet friendly. We talked about Jacksonville, Yulee, beaches, restaurants and historical events. I highly recommend her services for Brazilian Blowouts for sure! Oh and the manager, Jen, came by to check on me and made sure I was comfortable!!! Wow. What a blessing!!

    I stopped into Ulta today and had the best experience. I was immediately greeted by Jaden. I had some sort of idea with what I was looking for, but she was so prompt and helped me find everything I was looking for in the store. This was a huge help because with this store it is easy to get overwhelmed by all the nice, beautiful products they have. Jaden helped me several times with any questions I had about products to use and where they were. I will definitely be back to this location.

    Amber is Amazing! I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting ready for my wedding day Amber fixed my hair in an elegant updo. My hair was very challenging as it’s still a bit short I brought some extensions and she worked them in beautifully and it was so natural! For my makeup she did a beautiful dramatic smoky eye and a very soft natural base and it was all very beautiful! I fully recommend her! She was careful to listen to my wants and needs! She also worked right around my adhd can’t sit still self! Lol I was so nervous I was all over the place and she never said the first thing she had the patience of a saint! If you need a last minute updo definitely schedule with her!!

    I LOVE this place! Friendly, knowledgeable, talented staff gave me the new look exactly like I asked for and counseled me on the products best suited to my needs. SAVANNAH is the best hair stylist and colorist that Ive ever been to. (She LISTENS!) The brow bar gave me great results too. Overall excellent service, beautiful results. I deducted one star because they are QUITE pricey.

    I went to get a haircut and Zach was my hair dresser. Ive always had really course and hard to brush hair. Zach suggested I get my hair treated with Keratin. I came back a couple weeks later and we did it. First of all it was everything I imagined it would be. It was amazing ! To top it off, Zach stayed after 9 to make sure my hair was perfect. It was raining outside so he grabbed a umbrella and walked me to my car so I wouldnt get my new hair wet. A few days later, Zach called me to see how my hair was doing and check in on me. Its hard to come across such phenomenal customer service and Zach went above and beyond and made me feel like a person instead of just a customer. Even if he didnt do as great of a job on my hair as he does (which He does a VERY good job) I would still go back because I know Ill be treated well. Best customer service Ive ever experienced in my life.

    I go to the salon here and Ulta is definitely the place to go if you’re looking for something refreshing and cool done your hair. Nicholas J is my stylist as he’s so talented and personable. Definitely go see him if you need something truly creative because he’s an amazing colorist(if that’s a word:D)!

    Went with my wife here and waited while she was seen. The store is clean and well lit. There appears to be plenty of people working to care for the customers and from the outside it did not look like anyone had to wait for a long time. My wife enjoys going here and that is important to me. Not sure how expensive it is, but I do know she is happy.

    I travel from time to time for my job. This location is convenient for just that purpose. The store has a vast selection of products, I like the Original Hempz lotion. I was running low on my current supply and so I purchased what I needed. Sometimes Ulta Beauty sells the Hempz lotion buy one get the other 50% off. No need to worry about if the lotion is cut, filler, filtered, or watered down.

    I have been looking for a foundation color that matches my skin for several months. I had been color matched at several stores (including this one) and Id always notice a few days later in the sun that the shade was off. It was becoming extremely frustrating, I was starting to think that I was never going to find a foundation that wasnt too orange or too different from my skin tone. FINALLY though, I found the perfect foundation thanks to Jade. She was super helpful, seemed eager to help me, made sure I saw the foundation in different lighting, and it only took her one attempt at matching me. She is a life saver!

    I go to this Ulta regularly for all my skincare and makeup supplies. When I needed makeup done for my engagement pictures, I scheduled an appointment with Maria. She was absolutely fantastic. Ive had trouble in the past with MUAs being unable to quite match my skintone ( I have difficult under tones) with foundation. Not only did Maria match it, it looked so natural you couldnt even tell that I was wearing foundation. She also completely stuck to products that were for sensitive skin so I wouldnt have any reactions. She contoured my face beautifully and took her time doing my eye makeup to be exactly what I wanted. She is personable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I was so happy with my experience and recommend her to anyone who needs special event make up applied.

    To begin with, I’m a 50-year old male. My kids have no problem saying I’m bald! I do however still need to get a haircut so I look presentable. I had to have a haircut fixed. I was up by River City Marketplace for work, so I called and was able to make an appointment with Sarah. I, of course was right on time (yes, I’m tooting my own horn), and Sarah was waiting for me.As a note, The salon was in the back of the shop. Now I usually don’t go into these woman-oriented stores, but when searching for haircut in the area, this place came up! I certainly would have never just walked in, as this is a make-up store (in my eyes). And I’m betting a lot of their regular women-customers don’t know the salon is even in there, as there’s no signage on the windows or in the front of the store.Sarah sat me in the chair and smocked (or whatever you call the thing they put on you to protect your clothes) me up. She didn’t have to ask what I wanted, as she could clearly see the butcher job that was done to my hair.Sarah fixed my hair and I got a shampoo. Now I’m not used to getting a shampoo, as I normally go to barbershops (since I don’t have much hair), but I must say, it was like getting a massage! And my hair cut was the best ever. I usually don’t have people complimenting me on a haircut, but I’ve actually had several this week. Even though this shop is about a 25 minute drive from my house, I will definitely come back here to let Sarah cut my hair. Matter of fact, I’m only going to let Sarah cut my hair from now on.Now, for the women that read this post, I saw some of Sarah’s work on her Instagram page, which was on her business card. Turns out Sarah is an artist when it comes to hair. I don’t know what everything is called, but I can tell you, the before and after photos are amazing and tell a story of Sarah’s ability to make women stand out.     So I recently went dark after being a blondie for most of my life. I was so nervous about going to someone who would overcharge and not know about color, until I met Macy. I had consultations at different salons and for over a year, not feeling comfortable or finding the right person, my choice to go with Macy was easy. She made me feel comfortable about the process; didnt try to sell me on treatments or products like others before...instead she educated me, without being a pushy sales person( as other stylists came across before). Long story short, I finally took a chance and it payed off. Gorgeous dark color, I couldnt be happier. And matched to my extension perfectly. I will post a picture to help unless I can somehow do it here. (Clearly dont leave feedback often lol)

    I just wanted to share this with Macy at the River City Ulta location on Max Leggett Parkway - Jacksonville Florida, and I dont have another way to talk to her...I saw this as a copy/paste thing on Facebook, and it made me think of my favorite stylist ever. She has completely turned my hair around, and helped me grow out a pixie beautifully.     Nicholas Jorgensen is a true mastery artist of hair....he is talented beyond his years and a perfectionist in the art of hair. He always listens to what the client wants first and then teaches how to achieve the desired look. His artful eye is trained to see what look is best suited for his client and then he performs his magic. Nicholas is skilled with the latest blow dry techniques and can paint every color of the rainbow desired. Personally, I’ve never had a more thorough hair artist!

    OMG! Hailey was AMAZING! I was your Max Legget location tonight and she gave me HONEST AND GREAT ADVICE. She was down to earth and greeted me almost immediately. I was reluctant to even go into an Ulta store after the experience I had in your Yulee FL location about a week after it opened. At your Yulee location I waited for almost 30 minutes to even be greeted. But Hailey was amazing! She sold me my essentials and nothing else. I will be going back to her and no one else! But I will NEVER GO TO YOUR YULEE LOCATION AGAIN!

    I love the products and the rewards program. I like the Ulta in Rivercity. Do not like the Ulta in Yulee. I drive out of my way to go to Rivercity as the customer service is outstanding compared to Yulee.
