    I went into the Roosevelt Ulta location today seeking help because I am 30 years old and I know ZERO about makeup! I never thought I would ever want to wear makeup but have been going through skin issues lately and I have just not been happy with my face. I went to the front register because I had a return first, De’Shawn greeted me with a huge friendly smile and swept me off my feet with AMAZING customer service she not only helped me with my return she helped me with my makeup by applying the appropriate makeup that I needed while giving advice along the way and recommending products. On top of that even helping me sign up on the ulta app and calling another location to make sure I got the products I needed. I was really nervous going to Ulta today because I didn’t even know what I needed but De’Shawn did her job and then some taking all the worry off of me so thank you! De’Shawn at Roosevelt Ulta did amazing and everyone else working there just seemed so friendly it was worth driving 25 minutes past the Ulta closest to my house 🙂

    This is my local ulta because I work right up the street so I’m here quite often. Everyone here has always been so nice and friendly even when I have a ton of questions. I had issues because my diamond member coupon wasn’t working and the way everyone helped me out and went above and beyond was soooo appreciated! Love this store and everyone I have encountered.

    *** Salon ***Amber Lee was very knowledgeable on what Spiral Perm and Products I needed to get what I Truly wanted. Amber let me explain what I wanted and showed her pics of what I wanted. Amber did an Excellent Job on my hair. I Truly Love it and Amber was a Professional Hair Consultant and Very Knowledgeable on All the products. I have never been to this Salon before. But I will Definitely be back and Definitely will have Amber Lee do All my hair needs in the Future.Thanks again for Everything.

    This is my go to Ulta, even now that I’ve moved further away I still make the trip to this location because the staff is so friendly and helpful. They always do a great job on my brows, and I recently had my hair done by Amber Rose. She was incredibly nice and did an amazing job!!Edit: Im still coming to this Ulta for my hair and brows - everyone thats ever done my hair at the salon does a fantastic job. Recently got this sunset fade done by Danielle and Im obsessed. You cant go wrong with anyone you book here.

    It was my first visit, and it was overwhelming. They are pricey but plenty of staff to help. This is a great way to try before you buy. I recommend selling trial packs of ethnic haircare before we spend $15-$19 dollars per product. It would be nice to give it a trial run since our hair responds differently.

    The staff at this location are very nice, with Excellent Customer service. Good Vibes as soon as you are greeted with a smiling face entering Ulta. I have been shopping at Ulta for over 10+ years, my last experience at the Oakleaf location made me want to stop shopping at Ulta altogether.I was so upset, that I wanted to payoff my Ulta credit card, close the account and never look at Ulta again. If you are spending your hard earned money at any establishment, a mutual respect must be given. I purchased a pickup order and I took a chance at the Roosevelt location and their customer service REEDEEMED the company. From now on, I will only shop at the Roosevelt location or online.

    Got my hair done at the salon with Laila. My hair was in ROUGH shape and I was so self-conscious, but she put me at ease. She made my hair look *exactly* as I wanted and I couldnt be more pleased.

    Kacie assisted me yesterday and was such a pleasure. She matched shade me for some foundation and concealer that I needed. A customer even noticed how dead on the shade was she provided. Going into makeup stores can be a bit scary due to social media showing the workers profiling the customers so I was glad my experience was not even as such. I will be returning in hopes of being provided the same amazing customer service Kacie provided.

    Haley, my hair stylist, is both wonderful & beautiful. She did a full highlight which turned out so pretty. I already received compliments. She was gentle on my scalp & hair. She is also very considerate & knew I was tired & spoke at a minimum. I really appreciated her & you would too.

    Long review, I know. I made an appointment with Danielle, and I was having a very hard month with issues of my hair falling out, and I already felt upset and sad. I dyed my hair, and something went wrong, and my hair clumped up so bad that I was not able to detangle it. having issues already with self-esteem of my hair falling out. I had to add this awful experience that I caused. I went in humiliated and wearing a hat to cover up my mistake and broke down explaining what happened and what I was going through to Danielle. Being vulnerable with a stranger is very hard, but all I got in return with sympathy support and caring. which I have needed for a while. And it was just very nice to have that at the time of my need. Danielle assured me that she was able to fix it and make it look good. After she was done, I was more than excited, happy, and relieved. She did an amazing job not only as a person but as a hairstylist. I felt confident and beautiful when I walked out, and I will forever be grateful for her and will be a returning client with her In the future. please give mad props to Danielle. I appreciate everything that she did.

    While I love shopping at Ulta, the staff could be a bit more enthusiastic about being employed. I do understand people have off/bad days however while dealing with the public you should try to be a bit more on the smiling side

    I am a long time Ulta customer and Ive visited stores in multiple states. I say that because this store has the best staff Ive found out of any store. Theyre so nice and helpful! When I need to return/exchange something from an online order they go above and beyond to help me find the exact item in the store, even searching for something that was almost sold out and hard to find. Store is always clean and organized too. I got my haircut here a few years back and it was a good experience too.

    Very good experience they were very helpful with all my questions. I was looking for a couple of things, one being some new perfume. The young lady who was helping was great, but when I asked for her to smell my wrist because I could not decide which was better for me since mine and my husbands nose had gone into sent overload she thought that was weird and said she was a germophobe. I am not bringing this up to be negative but to bring awareness of a situation like this on both sides of this situation. First, from the customers side, if you are shopping for perfume, it is very normal that just after a few tries of different choices, my nose was in overload even though they had the coffee bean sent reset ( which by the way was great to have since not all places do this ) and my husband was feeling the same way I asked the nice young lady if she could help, she was very weirded out by that. The choice of perfumes was over a hundred dollars, so I didnt want to waste that kind of money on something I wouldnt like once my nose began to smell again. I asked her if she could get someone who might could help with that, and that wouldnt weird them out. She did, and they were able to help me, and I left there with a new perfume that I love. From the salesperson side, I understand completely not wanting to do anything that makes you uncomfortable, and she was helpful with getting us to that point, but maybe she shouldnt work in the perfume section or with customers in general if she has a phobia of germs. You never know how a customer might take something, and I even thought and said to my husband, Is something wrong with me that I might have made her feel that way, but I knew I had done nothing.What I am saying is maybe this young lady would be better off in a less direct contact position at the store. I never asked her to have to physically touch me, just smell my wrist to help me make the right choice. We all need to be mindful of others and how they feel on both sides and also be aware of our words when we say to someone that is a customer that is weird and backes away, how there actions and words effect the customer and the sell. This Is in no way an attack on the young lady but just to bring awareness in these situations and maybe suggesting there would be a better fit at that place or somewhere else that maybe she would feel more comfortable in. She doesnt need to feel uncomfortable doing her job, and customers do not need to feel some type of way in her response to helping them. I had been trying to find new perfumes for a while its hard to get to a place to have the time to explore all the different options especially with scented items your nose can quickly be unable to make an accurate decision for you thats where you rely on your sales team to help which is exactly what happened when she got the manager Im pretty sure to assist with me and she did amazing and helped pick a very nice option. So overall, a great experience its just something I needed to discussso maybe it will help this young lady to not have to be uncomfortable with customers as well as customers not feeling uncomfortable with what she says.

    I had a baby 4 months ago and didn’t wear makeup my whole pregnancy. I went to put on what I had and it was expired and made my skin break out horribly. I went in and Chase helped me get color matched and find a new product that would fit my new postpartum skin and when I applied it in the car I saw the old me again and almost started crying!! Thank you so much Chase!! This tiny interaction has made the rest of my year seem so much brighter!! Also thank you for being so sweet when I was clearly so frazzled and out of sorts!!

    Came to get some foundation shade matched and pick out a couple of other items. The store is clean and products/brands are pretty easy to find in the store. I was disappointed that the store didnt have some of the items that were on their website (not marked online only). Other than that I found what I needed (kind of). I picked out an item that was marked that it came with a free gift but they didnt have anything to give me from that brand apparently so I was given an Ulta eye shadow after I said that it was fine. I forgot about my $3.50 off store coupon and was disappointed that the cashier didnt offer it to me after spending almost $70.Edit: I visited this store again today to get color matched for a foundation and blush and to pick up some other items. The girl at the register was trying to help me but since the other team members were having a meeting in the middle of the store, she had to return to the registers. I wandered over to the LOreal and Clinique area as I had heard good things about these products for my skin type. I was greeted by Melissa and she immediately helped me regarding my concerns. She was excellent in picking out products that suited my skin type and color. I left with a blush, a wonderful foundation, a setting spray, as well as a sample of the primer she used on me to test foundation that was wonderful.

    I went into ulta to get a brow benefit wax and tint service done by Alicia and she is literally amazing ! So sweet and so talented and she makes it look so effortless!! Not only was she so friendly the entire time she did my eyebrows she also gave me tips and helped me understand the process of what she was doing! I also had to bring my 3 year old with me who sat still for the most part… but there were times he was moving and turning my chair and she still managed to get my brows done perfect and was very patient and understanding during the process!! She wasn’t annoyed or bothered or anything!! She’s amazing with kids and she just has the best energy💗 If you are looking to get any brow service done here then look no further Alicia is amazing and I have just become a long term client of hers !! I went ahead and scheduled my next appointment the same day !💞💞💞💞 thank you so much beautiful!! !! I don’t think I’ll go to anyone else now ☺️ You are amazing and keep it up love!!     They ran out of a certain product at the Ulta near me, but had it in stock at this location. When I called to ask if it was in stock, the mngr had it held at the register for me even though I didnt ask. And I ended up showing up 5 mins after closing (doors were even locked) & they let me in to buy the product. That was really kind & considerate ❤️.

    Two key reasons to shop here- You can try on almost everything in the store and easy return policy, even if its been used. Huge selection, but can almost be overwhelming. Staff is friendly and helpful. Its amazing how you think something is the correct shade, only to try it on and realize its not even close. Not only is there makeup, but perfumes, hair products, and a salon. They is a wide price range of products from inexpensive (drug store products) to high end luxury items.

    Always has a good selection of makeup, hair and skin products! The beauty advisors are always willing to help you find what you need within your price point. The advisors are really knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they can. I can always usually use coupons on what I need which is nice! I have a rewards account and can also rack up points and save them for a big haul! (When youre a diamond member your points dont expire and you get an extra birthday gift!) The salon is also really awesome! The ladies there are so talented and have always loved my hair walking out of the salon! Ulta has a great return policy and if you purchase anything on your rewards account it saves the receipt for you so you dont have to junk up your purse with paper! You can also forget about having to know what shade of foundation or powder you wear because it can all be looked up on your rewards purchase history in store! I love Ulta 💕🧡💕

    Laila is a fantastic stylist. She did my wife’s hair last night. She had never done her hair before and she highly recommends her. She was so pleasant to her and my wife said shampooed her hair wonderfully and certainly relaxes you when you have had a stressful day. She listens to how you want your hair cut.     This is a brand new store, fully stocked with anything and everything you can imagine. Lots of great, knowledgeable, helpful (and friendly) staff. Maybe its because its just before Christmas but it seems like this store has more and different things than other Ulta stores in town.

    I visited this Ulta during its first week of being open, and have come back frequently since then. I always have a good experience here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to help you find products that fit your needs. There is one woman who works there (not sure of her name unfortunately, I believe she is a manager and she has chin-length curled blonde hair) who is always very sweet to customers and makes sure to offer assistance when needed. Over the past year or so of this Ulta being open I’ve almost entirely stopped shopping for cosmetics and hair products at Sephora, which used to be my go-to, all because of the great experiences I’ve had at this location and the awesome Ulta rewards program.

    Take three steps in and breathe deep. Prepare to be soothed.Im not the type of woman that loves to go makeup shopping, but ever since Ulta opened in Roosevelt Shopping Center, I notice I find more and more reasons to go. The whole experience is relaxing. From the music to the subtle fragrance that permeates the building, this place was designed to make us want to linger. It takes a potentially overwhelming situation and transforms it to something wonderful.Better still, I have yet to meet an unfriendly staff member. They are always smiling and ready to help, without being pushy.

    Family Fave. We go there just to browse sometimes. Im not much of a makeup person so its nice to be able to try products out and if we need to get our hair done, Daisha is the one we set our appointments with. Everyone is really friendly and helpful and their rewards program is pretty good. All thats left is for one of my girls to get a job there...were just in there that often...lol.

    Its ULTA what more can I say. Salespeople are friendly & courteous. Store is kept clean. This particular store is located in a shopping center under construction but still easy to get to. Also there is a Chase bank, Publix, CVS, and a couple of food spots there in case your multi-tasking.
