    While I rarely leave reviews, I couldn’t go without saying just how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Tiffany and ALL of her staff are. Tiffany truly hunted for root problems instead of covering up bigger issues with a small band aid! Her nurse spent extensive time on the phone with me explaining results and looking up old lab results for a comparison. The level of care is exceptional. I would travel hours to see them if need be! 10 stars ⭐️

    I had a minor procedure done but I was somewhat anxious since it was my first time having this sort of procedure, as well as my first visit to this location.I will say that Sheila performed my procedure and that she had a wonderful bedside manner. Also, she came across as someone who could probably do her job with her eyes closed.In addition, the ladies at the front desk were also very pleasant and helpful during the check out procedure.Having a great staff at every level makes all the difference in the world.Id recommend this office one hundred percent.

    Dr Tiffany Byrd is amazing! She is so meticulous in her work and she takes pride what she does and it shows! She’s very attentive and very honest on what products that you need Her assistant, Amanda great personality. She is so awesome!     OMG, the staff at Advanced Dermatology are so wonderful. They were professional, kind, and down to earth. I was in and out of that office in 1 hour and 4 minutes. That was from beginning to the end of my procedure. You cannot get a better quality of service than this from anywhere other than Advanced Dermatology.

    My 30 day follow up appointment is in 4 days but my antibiotic was just called into my pharmacy, today. I asked about this several times and not sure what happened that made it take so long. However, most of the staff is very polite and it’s obvious they are doing their best, the office is kept clean, it’s in a convenient location and they do most things in a timely manner.

    Tiffany Byrd is the very BEST Dermatologist I have ever been treated by.She loves her patients and takes very good care of them. She listens to how you feel and what is going on with your skin problems or scalp problems.     Best dermatology office Ive ever been to. The front office staff is attentive and eager to help. The staff are busy, fast and effective. They answered all questions without rushing. They treated us with the right medication for a bad case of ringworm that we got from a new kitten and within a week is almost gone. So thankful for Tiffany and the front office. 💓

    One of my best times ever. I loved the staff and the Dr was awesome she was compassionate, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I felt like I was being treated by a long time friend. We were laughing and smiling and I felt relieved to be treated by her and her staff. I will always use them and tell all my friends and family about them.

    I really loved Tiffany I think was her name. It costed way more than expected as I thought I would pay my specialty copay like usual. It was over 200$. And I have good insurance with no real explanation when I ask at the desk. Tiffany answered all my questions and did mole removals two from my face. Those it seems still have some that needs removing but at that cost I can’t afford that again and the insurance might balk at paying again on the same spots. I really liked her though

    Friendly staff and doctors. You have to wait weeks to get an appointment with them. I had what they consider a surgery and one of the sutures is embedded in my skin and its getting infected with a lump under my skin. My primary doctor tried removing it and could not and advised me go back to them. Well they can not see me until almost a month away, even though they know what is going on. Not cool that I have to be in pain and an infection in my body for over a month. I am supposedly on their cancellation list.Update: They called me after the review and got me in a week earlier and I had the suture removed today. What a relief!

    Office was running behind but once I got to see the doctor it was great! She listened to me and addressed the issues. One of the medications wasnt approved by my insurance so without hesitation the doctor found an alternative and sent it to the pharmacy right away. Very pleased!     By far the best group of employees I have met at a Derm office. Provider listens and spends the time required to provide great care. Back of the house has been great getting prior auths, following up with me and scheduling, and the nursing staff always compassionate, skilled, and lovely. Cant say enough about Tiffany Byrd, well learned, knowledgeable about new practice and products, just perfect for my care. As important as my PCP, in some cases more so!

    Very pleased with my visit. Very professional and friendly staff. I’ve suffered with psoriasis since high school, I’m 59. Over the last 2 years, it’s gradually gotten real bad. Painfully itching.     Very happy with our first visit;)When I called to set the apt, Dr. Bryd was booked for the next month, but when I explained how severe my sons eczema is, they got me in the very next day. I worried about how long the apt would take due to be double booked, but we were in and out in 40 mins 😀Dr. Bryd took the time to go over my sons whole life experience with this eczema battle. She gave me alot of new information and things we can do to try and avoid break outs. She gave samples of soaps and lotions to try before I go out and buy them because they can get pretty pricey, and thats fine, when they work!I feel very relieved and like were actually going to get my sons skin under control and its the best feeling ever!!
