Natalia is amazing. She is THE ONE I recommend for facials - not only does she deal with acne and problem areas, they are so relaxing. Case in point: i brought my 17 year old for an acne facial. He looked great and he said “she’s the only one who’s allowed to mess my hair because it feels so good. When can I go back?” Absolutely love this place. -

Best facial ever! My face saw immediate results, my favorite part is the facial massage... Natalias hands are magical. My husband is also having facials here. The prices are very reasonable. I wouldnt trust my skin to anything else but this wonderful organic place. -

I’ve gotten quite a few facials over the years and I can attest that Nataliya’s are the best! I have gotten a facial and a face massage treatment from her and both far exceeded my expectations. Nataliya is both personable and attentive - she really took the time to examine my skin, discuss concerns, and provide recommendations for at home. As for the treatments, they’re always equally relaxing and revitalizing - my skins feels incredible after each service. Nataliya’s face massage techniques really elevate the treatment and are unmatched here in Jacksonville. -

Absolutely INCREDIBLE facial!!! Nataliya is an adroit, results driven esthetician. I discovered her over two years ago. Ive since moved out of town. Anytime I am able to pass though Jacksonville I make it a point to book a facial with her. Not only are her facials the most relaxing experience ever, she is wealth of knowledge transforming my face with her massage techniques. Nataliya works assiduously during our sessions to achieve the best results. -

I never gotten a facial done before and Natalie was very knowledgeable about what I should for after care. Natalie Was very gentle and soothing while doing my facial. I purchased my wife a gift certificate for her birthday, the best thing I have done for a long time. She went to the appointment and said it was the best experience she has ever had. She said the products used was the best the industry has to offer, she said Natalia was amazing. My wife signed up for another facial next month and plans to go monthly. If you are looking for a good quality beauty care, this is the spot. I cant say enough that Nataliya is the best beauty care I have ever had in Jax. I have tried over 10 beauty care in Jax and finally I am satisfied with Nataliyas treatment. She knows what my skin needs and I as customer can tell that she loves what she is doing. I get my skin care everymonth since June and my skin always feels amazing everytime. Highly recommended! -

Nataliya is a hidden gem in Jacksonville. She could easily charge 3-4x what she does if she was in NY or LA. I gave up on the Jax beauty scene after I moved here a few years ago and multiple disappointing spa/facial experiences - until I found Nataliya. Never dreamt I could get a Face Gym facial massage in Jacksonville. The process is just as good as the results and she uses a prestige skincare brand that my skin loves. Never going anywhere else for a facial. -
