    I couldn’t be more impressed with another eye center (doctor). The staff are wonderful. The ladies/professionals went above and beyond. I walked in with an eye urgency without an appointment and they were able to see me within the hour. The doctor was also wonderful. I left feeling assured. Great job to everyone. Thank you!

    This business is so professional and friendly! Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. My 12 year old went for her first eye exam. She was nervous but was instantly put at ease from check-in, the new eye machine, the doctor, and help choosing frames. The office itself and the environment are very nice too. It is a wonderful selection of frames and products. I am so grateful that we found Jax Vision Care and Wellness.

    The staff and Dr. Brown was friendly and professional, I loved the atmosphere in the office. I didnt like the downtown parking trying to find a meter close to the office and having to walk 4 blocks to get there. But overall they were good to me.

    I Ms Jackson took my Grandson to Jax Vision care on 12/28 for a 4:45pm eye annual appointment. It was a great experience for myself and my Grandson. The entire staff was very warming and was very professional. But, the 2 people that stuck out the most was the Optometrist Dr. King extremely patient,nice. Also, the Assistant was very patient. As, she gave us support on selecting and fitting the glasses on my Grandson. Really appreciate the entire staff.Thanks again.Ms Jackson

    Dr. Brown and his staff were amazing. Super patient with me as I tried on glasses from the great selection and helped me do the math when it came down to choosing between glasses or contacts! I am so glad My Eye Dr was over booked and didnt have an appointment for me because I would have never known what I was missing! Definitely an upgrade from the service I am used to at the other place! Thanks guys!

Dr. Brown was phenomenal as he presented with a very caring attitude especially regarding my eye sight.     I really love my optometrist Dr. King! I have been going to this location for some time and I have a great relationship. I appreciate the fact that they dont try to upsell you like other offices and they do send text message reminders and very easy to communicate with the office. The only issue is that there is only street parking that you have to pay for but they cant do anything about that and the convenience of being downtown is great. And they have another location on the Northside which can be used if needed.

    Dr King was fantastic and I am so glad I made the decision to switch to a new vision center. She made me feel like I am a member of her family. I had a concern with my last years prescription. A lot of Drs would just ignore what you are saying but Dr King told me that I was right. She was such a nice person.The young lady that helped me with my glasses was so professional helpful and sweet. And at the desk those ladies were so helpful and sweet. I will keep coming back to the office.Thank you

    I have been coming there for about 5 years now. I’ve never had a serious issue at all. Dr Brown works hard to make sure my vision for the contacts are perfect for me, knowing that I have to different visions in both eyes. Lisa at the front desk help me anytime with no problems.     Ive been seeing Dr. Brown since I was a teen, and hes one of the best eye doctors in Jacksonville. I love this location! The staff are polite and courteous. My appointments are always timely, and their selection of glasses are great. Johneshia was extremely patient and helpful when I was picking my frames. She was wonderful and made sure I had the exact pair that fit my style and my face shape. Her personality along with other staff members is the reason why I will continue to choose Jax Vision Care.

    I really enjoyed my appointment today.It gave me a chance to get answers to several issues I had questions about. The doctor & staff were very helpful & patient.     I like the location of the office ; its very convenient for me. Checking in is easy especially if you do wthe paperwork online. The nurse who did my initial screening was knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. King was also very nice and conducted all the eye tests with ease. I even had help selecting my eye glasses. Dr. King also asked for my previous glasses which had developed shades at the sides and was still on warranty to be replaced for me.

    The downtown staff are experts. They are very knowledgeable about, eye care, and helpful, and thirdly; you dont have to worry about the financial part of your service; they will help you understand how you and or your insurance will take care of the cost; ( my favorite part😬).No worries!!!!     Very Professional and Personable Doctor and Staff. Today I took my 93 year old Alzheimer mother for eye exam and we were going to be very late due to picking her up and heavy accidents traffic. So I called the office couldn’t get anyone so I texted the Doctor directly to see if we should still come or reschedule and she replied, “ no, still come in “ I thanked her and apologize for contacting her personally and she replied “No problem “ We have been going to Dr. King for years and I love her and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! She is an AWESOME Optometrist, hands down!!If you need vision care, THIS is the place!!!

    Every time I come to see Dr. Colleen King its a great visit! She keeps me informed and thoroughly explains whats going on with my vision, but we also discuss family, as my daughter and my husband are also her patients. She has an excellent team on her staff as well. Every one is always polite and friendly and genuinely cares about their patients health and vision from one visit to the next!

    This was my first time going to her office. The Dunn Avenue office is very convenient for me. Its more to the office than I thought. I met Dr. King at Sams Club. My only slight would be, they could mention the entrance faces Dunn Avenue to help first timers. Easy, good service and yes Id recommend if you have a need check Jax Vision Care out.

    I have been seen by both Dr. Brown and Dr. King and both doctors are very knowledgeable and pleasant. I dont ever feel rushed through my appointment, they take their time to explain everything I want to know. I absolutely love how they have the optomap so I dont have to get dilated and that they are open late most days so if I need to be seen it does not affect my work schedule. The staff is always very friendly! I always recommend this office to friends and family!

    I was recently seen at hogan st office for my annual exam. The staff was very welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. Dr.King Was very friendly and she was very thorough. The young lady Dana that worked me up was very sweet and knowledgeable as well. She was very patient when teaching me how to take my contacts in and out as I am a first time wearer. The optician was helpful in helping me select the perfect frame. Overall it was a great experience and looking forward to my follow up for my contacts in a week and for my new glasses to come in!

    Dr. Brown was her great, as per usual. This was my first time bringing my toddler to get his eyes checked and Dr. Brown made it a fantastic first experience.     Dr Colleen King is a great optometrist. I am a hard to fit patient for contacts, but Dr. King was very patient. She ordered a number of samples over several months until we found just the right pair. I have been wearing my lenses for a few weeks now and I am very pleased. I really thought I was beyond contacts at this point in my life, but I am delighted to be seeing well without glasses once again. Thanks Dr. King! All of the front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout the process.

    Love the location cause I live down the streetFrom them and they are always there when ya need them and willing to help like for doing adjustments. They provide fast but accurate services. I love that they take care credit which is an awesome credit card to have so its easier to budget for glasses cause the eye exam itself is 139.00 . They have a nice selection of glasses to choose from. I totally recommend giving them a try at least once and see if you like them and wanna keep getting your glasses or contacts there . Every one has there own good or bad experiences everywhere but every one there is super nice.

    Beautiful, clean office. Friendly, professional staff, parking is not easy but i am grateful for the staff for letting me know about the ed ball parking gargage. Makes my visits a lot easier when i no longer have to worry about where i am going to park. The doctor i had seen is very nice, knowledgeable, and takes their time.     The building is very nice and is in a good location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Brown is who I see and he really does a thorough job at explaining things. I would highly recommend this place. The only bad part is that it is kind of hard to find a parking space at times since it is downtown. But overall, I love this office!

    I have been seen numerous times by Dr. King for anything from a simple exam to removing metal from my eye. She is very knowledgeable and is willing to explain anything you want to know.     It was a pleasure walking into the office with a reception that was both professional and cheerful. They were understanding with no hint of irritation that I had gotten offices mixed up and was late to the appt. (I did call to inform them).Dr. King was knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions in lay terms as well as more intricately when asked about the physiology if some issues. The exam was thorough.Bri deserves a medal for kindly responding honestly to each pair of glasses I tried; all the while knowing she had to fully disinfect each pair afterward. I took about an hour trying on approximately 50 pairs and did not pick out a pair.I will return for my weekly check in my contacts and see if I can choose among the few pairs of glasses I narrowed my choices down too!I hope youre experience us as positive as mine.

    Dr. Brown is an outstanding eye doctor! I like how he walks his patients to the front and explains to the next person assisting what is needed. I was recently there for trouble with my vision that wasn’t related to my glasses and Dr. Brown did everything possible to help with my issue.     Having lived without glasses for decades, I had my 1st vision exam in 7 years yesterday. Dr. Brown and staff were friendly, cordial, and very accommodating to someone not used to the environment. I would recommend doing the Eye Mapping, it is an amazing tool that allows you do visually see your eyes health on a level previously unable to obtain. Well worth the cost.
