Dr. Neal is the Absolute BEST! Nurse Benita is awesome too! The entire staff is courteous, respectful, and understanding.I originally came here for womens primary care. I became pregnant working about three months of coming here. Well, guess what - that is awesome because Dr. Neal is Certifed Midwife!Dr. Neal is truly caring, compassionate, understanding, listens wells, and genuinely cares about my needs as if I was her own family or loved one.Dr. Neal gets what you want done! If it is a concern to you, this professional will find you a solution!I am comfortable with Dr. Neal, and I am so very proud of her being the first and only black owned womens care facility, here in Jacksonville, Florida!Definitely check her out ladies!!!

Dr. Jaime Neal and her office are unmatched in their sincerity, competence, and care. She is not only knowledgeable but a LISTENER. She will listen to you and hear you out. He understands that you are the best advocate for your health and it is made evident in her patient first approach. Besides this her nurses like Benita are wonderful and hardworking. Life tree womans care Jaime and Benita are the best team they helped me and gave me the strength I need and the support. Benita came in to be my midwife when I thought I had no one and Jaimes helped to push me to not give up and go through with a VBAC. What wonderful ladies thank you for all you do. My honest opinion on this wonderful place, I came in with so many questions and a bit anxiety I’m a first time mom at 23 and had my fair share of traumatic hospital experiences but I can say without a shout of a doubt, Life Tree Woman Care Center has put all my worries and any past experiences to complete shame. I was taken care of from the moment I step foot in the building. From the wonderful receptions to the amazing Mrs.Benita who took my vitals and the amazing informed Mrs.Jamie. The staff was first green flag but Mrs. Jamie set it off with her answering all my questions with ease and giving me a peace of mind letting me know my situation, what she does, and what her practice is all about. I am truly blessed and grateful to have found this amazing place where I actually feel like a person and to get taken care of by women who understand me on a deep level from my worries to symptoms. She truly does a thorough check of every thing making sure she takes care of all your needs. To add a cherry on top the art work around the build is absolutely incredible work the artist is a true master in the making I look forward to seeing more of her masterpieces. I want to come here every time I have anything I may need checked out, thank you Tree of Life family.

Jamie Neal is my OB and I absolutely love her! She answers all of my questions and concerns thoroughly and makes me feel confident in my ability to advocate for myself and my baby what we need! She listens and HEARS me. This is baby number 4 but I wish she could have been my OB with my other babies. I absolutely love her staff they are friendly and they work fast! They have the best phlebotomist there bloodwork is always a breeze I never even feel the needle! Would highly recommend this office to all my ladies(:

The best care I’ve had in health care throughout my life. The staff are so welcoming and attentive. Visits have always run quick and smooth. I had my prenatal care here all of the way up to giving birth. Labor went really well. Dr.Neal was there literally the whole time I was in active labor cheering me on along with family. I couldn’t have asked for a better OBGYN. If and when the time comes I will definitely keep Dr.Neal as my midwife for any other pregnancies in the future.

I just wanted to make a post to let everyone know about this doctors office Ive been to a lot of them obviously Im 28 years old and Ive never been as comfortable in a doctors office as I am in this one. The doctor here is amazing shes very nice very caring and she doesnt rush you out or make you feel any negative emotions when you talk to her about what your situation is! I really enjoy coming here I never dread my appointments which is amazing so I definitely would recommend life tree on 103rd street!!!

Oh, wow! You can’t be anywhere in orange park or the westside and not use this place for care. I would drive an hour! It doesn’t get any better, you can feel the love, and caring is a thing. Life Tree Women Care center has been a blessing to the community. Actually having a care team that is knowledgeable, educated and truly cares and listens to you as a patient. As I leave this review I came across another and realized I was in the office on this day. As you see there is only a bad review and I believe as I was a witness to her belligerent and abusive treatment to the owners and staff, with no regards to the other patients in the office. Owner Jamie Neal was better then me at handling the situation professionally and with respect. Even while being verbally abused by this patient. Ma’am I commend you because baby, it couldn’t have been me. So for future reference if you’re going to try to leave a bad review because you yourself where being ignorant, make sure their are no witnesses to your unhinged theatrics. Life Tree Women Care center is what the community has needed for a long time, and I am grateful for the compassionate care I and my family receive.

Towards the end of my pregnancy my husband came across an article online for Life Tree by the LORD’s grace and sent it to me! On our first visit Jamie was very knowledgeable, personable and explained everything patiently! It was like having a big sister as an OB! By the LORD’s grace the delivery went well and she respected my requests! They provided good payment options and were just so helpful throughout the entire process! I really like Life Tree Women Care. I just moved to this side of town and needed a new GYN. Jamie Neal and her staff were so nice and accommodating. She explained everything she was doing as she did it and made sure I didnt have any questions. If you dont have a PCP, she tries to cover all the bases healthwise. They even gave me a canvas goodie bag full of stuff when I checked out. I would definitely recommend this office, especially if you want to get away from the big name offices that take forever to call you back and answer your questions.
