I recently had a wonderful 60 minute light to medium pressure massage with Tammy and she was excellent! From the very first encounter she is welcoming and attentive. She asked about my goals and pressure preferences and stuck to that beautifully. This was one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating massages I’ve had in a long time. She is wonderful to talk to but also great at promoting calm and quiet massage time if you don’t wish to talk throughout without needing to even ask her. I’ve already booked my next massage with Tammy.

I had the best experience, and the massage by Jasmine was the best Ive had in a long time. Feel like she did so much more than a basic massage. Will definitely be coming back, I even signed up for the monthly package because it was such a good deal!

I have been having massages at Massage Envy for more than 10 years now and specifically at the Ortega location the last 5 years using Bradley J exclusively. Bradley really knows the body and I have learned so much from him. I rely on him and his knowledge as a crucial part of my physical maintenance/wellness program for my body pains. I have had several surgeries including a spinal fusion of L5-S1. I go limping in to see Bradley and leave walking out with a lot less pain. I require a deep tissue massage comparable with a steamroller so I know the most benefit can be felt a day or two after my massage. That is why I have 90 minute massages every 3 weeks or as our schedules permit. I highly recommend Bradley J and I will continue having all of my massages by Bradley J and only him. I thank God I found Bradley, he keeps me off of the RR tracks. There is nothing worse than physical pain you can’t get away from and I like to know I have options. 😂 Thanks Bradley, you will never know what you mean to me.

Hallie was an amazing massage therapist. She took the time to explain why I was experiencing pain/tension in certain areas of my body. Additionally, she took the time to also stretch me and demonstrated how I could do other stretches at home. She was extremely helpful and had fantastic customer service skills. My massage therapist was amazing. She definitely has gifted hands. She have made me tap out a couple times when I thought no one can make me tap out.lol🤪 I got more than I asked for. She is truly the one to go to when u want a deep tissue massage. She put me in some stretching position I myself didn’t know I got the flexibility to do. And I am pretty strong and flexible. Please go get a massage from her u will not regret it. These pics was me after. She put me to total relax mode.

My Mother in Law and I came here as first time guests to get massages. We had an appointment at 4 pm. The front desk worker, Newt, seemed to be in another world and repeated the same questions to us about 2-3 times. After confirming that we were checked in, she told us we were good to go on back. My mother in law reminded her that we had never been there before so we didnt know where we were going.My MILS masseuse took her to a room within 3 minutes while I did not get taken back for another 15 minutes. Come to find out, the front desk associate, Newt, did not have me checked in. My masseuse was very apologetic and still gave me my full 60 minutes. Afterwards, I let Newt know that my massage started late because she did not have me checked in. She responded okay while barley making eye contact. While this was the best massage Ive ever recieved, (10/10 recommend Edward) the greeting and send off were NOT a pleasant experience and was extremely unprofessional.

Had a great overall therapeutic session at Massage Envy off Roosevelt Blvd. in Jacksonville. My therapist was Ebony and she did a thorough job explaining the process to me, as this was my initial visit at this establishment. The massage was great and exactly what I needed. I was so pleased with the experience that I ended up getting a monthly membership. I highly recommend Ebony and Massage Envy.

I had Ebony for the first time yesterday. It was one of the best massages of my life! She made me feel very comfortable, and her technique was amazing. I was so relaxed and all my muscles loose after my session with her. Ive already booked my next appointment with her for 2 weeks out. I dont know what technique she used on my neck, but I could have had a neck massage for the whole session... it felt so good!

Great massage. She was good. But prefer someone who stands vice sitting down. I have experienced a different and more favorable check in and waiting process. I prefer not to sit with a random male unless I was there for a couples massage. I am just use to more of a spa resort feel when I get massages/facials. The massage was good the overall feel of the location is just ok.

3 weeks ago I somehow pinch my sciatica nerve in my back i guess around L 5.Its been a constant 8 on a scale of 10 pain sometimes 4 if I soak in hot water.It never leaves and I cant work.I went in yesterday for the first time since it happened,almost cancelled appt.because its hard to apply the bio freeze on my back it shoots pain down my leg.The massage was hard to get thru at times,a little painful.When I left massage envy I was sore and a little irritable because Im thinking that Im gonna have a horrible night because of this massage.When I got home I stood up out of the truck without pain then walked inside straight with hardly any pain I had one of the best nights Ive had in weeks.The massage really helped me feel normal again.The pain has come back after sleeping on my back but I figured it would.Gonna go back and get another massage this week and prey it has the same effect as last one.

First experience at ME was a very good experience. The young lady at the front desk was super polite and at the end of my session she explained the details of becoming a member. The place was very clean and my wait time was minimal. My actual massage session was SUPERB! The front desk staff is always professional, and welcoming. They typically recognize me and make me feel valued. I will say that the massage you experience will vary greatly depending on the therapist treating you, but Cynthia truly goes above and beyond! Never have I ever had someone pay such attention to my pain or ask me questions throughout or help explain my causes and how to remedy my long term pain. She honestly helped me feel validated, and listened to. I cannot rave enough about her or the wonderful experience I had with her!
