    I had a massage with Margie at Bartram Park, FL Massage Envy location. First off, this location accepts my membership without charging me the going rates since I have been a long time member. Sadly, other locations, like the Palm Coast, FL location, will charge an additional fee to match their current rate. Corporate allows this practice. I return to the Bartram location because they dont do that. Also because Margie is great. I would recommend her and the Bartram location.

    Marjorie is amazing. She knows exactly where you are in need of her services. She is very experienced and caring. I always feel great after a massage. Always a pleasure.

    My experience with Margie was a 5. The only reason why I dropped my rating to a 4 is because they’ve downsized and took away the tranquility room. I used to get there early for my massages and use the neck warmers that were offered and relax before my massage or facial. Now you’re sitting in the crowded entryway while people are checking in/out. I know not all massage envy’s offered that experience but that was something that made the experience even better. They are offering water again, which is nice. Margie and the ladies at the desk are always so sweet and make it a calm atmosphere to enjoy.

    I loved the way Jelena listened to what I needed and created a massage perfectly tailored to meet my needs. She checked in regularly to make sure I was doing well. I feel so much better now! The front desk staff are also great, Imani and Michelle made my check in and out a breeze.

    Dyarius gave me a great massage with special attention to modifying his pressure. My neck, shoulder and low back pain were relieved. I was very relaxed and felt comfortable and safe with his details in draping and polite manners. There was no wait to be seen either. The front desk associate, Felicia, was most helpful too. I will definitely return for another great service experience.

    The tranquility transition room you may be used to at other locations is a little funky at Bartram Park, because it doubles as a waiting room with phones ringing, people checking in and out, and coming and going. Once inside, Darius, on the other hand, gave a deep tissue massage that disappointed only because the sole slot available for my calendar was 60 not 90. In fact, all the massage therapists there carried themselves extremely professionally and, observing their interactions with their clients and with each other, all seemed to be on top of their game.

    Chris is absolutely the best! I went in with severe pain in my hip and back area and after a 90 minute massage was able to move so much better! I have been going to Bartram Massage Envy since they opened many years ago and Chris is by far the best massage therapist they have!!

    So I don’t really understand what all of the negative reviews are about. I feel like it’s either people who have nothing better to do than try to ruin a business, or just had a bad day so they take it out on ME by writing a bad review. Over the phone the lady was very kind, and professional! Upon entering (20 min early I might add) I was asked if I had to use the restroom by the lady at the front desk (also not rude or pushy like most reviews say) and I did not so she said I could wait in the tranquility room ( which was very relaxing)! My massage therapist name was Jennifer and she was incredible! She got rid of knots I’ve have for a long time and ones I didn’t even know about! She was in no rush and did not tell me to “leave and go home” as one person stated which I cannot imagine anyone at a ME would say! Nevertheless my experience was amazing as it always is when I come to a massage envy! I WILL be returning to this location at bartram park and I DO recommend this location !

    Chris is one of the best massage therapists I’ve been to. His calming demeanor relaxes me. Always takes care of my issues and gives me recommendations on products I can use at home to go hand in hand with his care .Definitely an asset to the company.Olga is my go to girl for a relaxing facialsShe customizes the type of facial she feels you need .     Jamie is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and she makes me feel confident in her ability to address any problems I may have during my session. I have monthly standing appointments. Jamie’s massages allow me to be pain free and overall more healthy in my lifestyle.Update: 7/17/24 I had a cupping session with Jamie. This was my 3rd session, I committed to cupping through the summer to see if it actually made a difference in the overall feel of my back and shoulders. These are my problem areas, the neck is also but it is very difficult to cup on the neck because it’s such a tiny area. Anyway, I can honestly say that my back and shoulder’s feel noticeably different, less overall tension/tightness. I will continue to cup as needed after the summer because I feel it is worth it and Jamie is always amazing and just very knowledgeable.Update: 10/26/24 I am a few months behind on my update on cupping over the summer. I stand behind my last update. The additional blood flow that is promoted during cupping I feel, makes a noticeable improvement in my overall health. Muscle soreness seems to be nonexistent for a longer duration after my massages. I will continue to have cupping done as needed.

    I love going to Massage Envy in Bartram Park. Everyone there is so nice and pleasant at the front desk. The massages and facials I have received have all been amazing. Everyone there is truly talented and make you feel so much more relaxed and better than how you walked in. I had my last facial with Olga after having a reaction to products that were put on my face and she really helped to calm it down. Thank you so much!

    I have had great massages from several of the therapists here and it helps me to avoid surgery. I always request the ones that do good deep tissue work. Otherwise it is similar to other massage envy locations which are usually the best places to go and I like the fact that I can use my membership points at any location because sometimes I travel for work and there are many locations to choose from. Savannah did my last session and she is good for deep tissue massage work.

    Dyriaus gave me a massage. I had previously gone to a different location so wasnt sure I would like a new masseuse. No worries. Dyriaus techniques were good. Good pressure, which he confirmed a couple times. Left there feeling relaxed, and as I told him, I can put my shoulders down now. LOL Desk staff was friendly. Will visit thus location again.

    First time at the Bartram location and really enjoyed it! So much more like a spa compared to St. John’s. Everyone was very nice and professional.St Johns puts a big plastic jug of water and cups on the counter in the waiting room, really? Could you at least put it in a nice pitcher?     Everyone I’ve gotten massaged by at this location has done a great job. In particular the deep tissue massage specialists. Candice and Melo have complimentary styles and I recommend both if you have tension from disability or other health issues.Dyriaus is great for a very deep tissue massage and good at doing the most pressure without hurting you.

    It’s hard for me to relax. But after the first 10 minutes into the massage; I’m able to relax completely. I highly recommend Gerard.I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for many years.     David deserves more than 5 stars! Ive had many massages done in the past but he really dug to nitty-gritty of my stiff muscles. I work 2 jobs (60+ hours a week).     Can be tough to schedule massages but the people they have here are mostly pretty good. I actually recently cancelled my membership and they didn’t give me any hassle about it so that was pretty amazing.     Visiting from out of town and decided to get a facial and massage. Veronica gave my facial and did an excellent job. She was attentive to my skin care needs and was very friendly. Rebecca gave my massage, which was also great! She was able to relieve my tension while not using too much pressure. I would recommend both of these ladies!The front office staff was also very welcoming and pleasant. I will definitely go back to this location when Im back in the area!
