    Maribel did an awesome facial for me. I had never done a facial & was a little nervous. The facility is not only modern and clean but inspiringly decorated. Maribel made me feel comfortable and was very helpful & encouraging regarding my skin care needs. When Im in the area next time, I will definitely come again.

    Loved it , i went in originally for a facial via Groupon , and after my aesthetician analyzed my face she had other recommendations, so i ended up gerting a peel for my t none, and dermaplaning my lower half of my facial with an enzyme facial on top and it had me leaving on GLOWWWWW ! I can’t wait for my next one , i see such a big difference already !

    I bought a Groupon to this place for the first time for a facial . I saw it had good and offered a variety of facials . I had a facial with Maribel yesterday and she was just amazing ! She analyzed my skin/face first and then gave me lots of info I had never gotten before and she ended up offering me other services she felt I needed . I left feeling like my skin felt better and looked better than it has in years . I’ve had facials before , but not one where someone actually took the time to treat my skin with what I needed personally and actually gave me a real facial with steam , extractions , and various creams and other things my face badly needed . I will def be back and highly recommend her !!

    So I’ve been going to skin and glam for over a year now & I would never get a facial anywhere else! I go to Theresa & have gone to her ever since she is so wonderful & my skin has cleared up ever since I’ve been going to her! She gives me the best skin advice too! The prices are great they run a lot of specials that I like to try to try new things out. Highly recommended!

    This place was excellent! The women were very friendly and the treatment was TOP TIER. I don’t get facials and I went with my girlfriend and I left super relaxed and my face was looking and feeling brand new. 10/10 we recommend and will be back! Thank you Abby and Tracy!!

    Skin and Glam is where I had my first ever facial, so Rolanda explained the entire process, the steps and what to expect. I finished that one (bought via Groupon) and loved it so much, I took advantage of their rotating monthly special: 3/$75. Ive run through those and am on my next three. I do my facials every 5-6 weeks, depending on my availability and I can tell you: it makes a noticeable difference in your skin.Its a clean, quiet environment and the procedure is incredibly relaxing... well, except for the extractions phase, but overall, the experience is great. Even the extractions lessen if you get facials regularly, so that becomes less unpleasant.The staff is professional and polite and incredibly good at their jobs. Im definitely a satisfied customer!

    Had a facial and microderm with Brooke yesterday. The spa is very nice, clean and the staff was friendly. Found them with a Groupon deal but the regular prices are more than fair and they run lots of specials. No high pressure for add-ons and they were flexible with scheduling. I had to move my appointment and they were very cool about it. Brooke was knowledgeable and took pains to avoid using a few ingredients I’m sensitive to. Will definitely be back~

    Skin and Glam, and Maribel the Skin Care Consultant is Absolutely Amazing !The Staff were very warm and welcoming.The office was so elegant and pretty.Maribel was my Skin Care Specialist, and she was very knowledgeable.     So I had one of the best/most relaxing deep cleansing facials and microderm treatments Ive ever had. Brooke was AMAZING! Shes young with a great head on shoulders and an old soul type of presence. The simple fact that she wasnt trying to sell me on products like all these places do these days, actually inspired me to buy! GREAT JOB Brooke!!!

    Received a microneedling treatment here and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped. Rolanda was my esthetician for the treatment and she was sweet & welcoming. I’ve gotten this treatment elsewhere prior to this one. Rolanda took her time with the treatment and was very thorough. She talked with me about any skin concerns. She informed me about other services I could benefit from but, was not pushy AT ALL about products or services! I had a pleasant experience here and I would definitely return!

    Had a microdermabrasion treatment with Evie. My first time there and first time having this done. It was a great experience! The receptionist and Evie were both very nice and friendly, and Evie did a great job on my treatment! Will definitely go back!

    Very knowledgeable/ competent staff. Abby is one of the best esthetician’s. She walks with you through your skin journey and is very honest. Prices are very affordable according to other spa’s. I love their microdermabrasions and peels I will highly recommend this place. Facility is also very clean and staff is very inviting. One of my fav facial spa’s in Jacksonville.

    Ive gotten 3 chemical peels/lightening treatments at Skin Glam. I would say the only downside is the treatments are rushed. There is no spa feel, however the estheticians make you feel welcomed.
