From the owner to the front staff to the injectors, EVERYONE is so nice, knowledgeable and professional. Being newer to the area, I tried 3 other places that weren’t great then I found Lindsey- seriously the BEST. And she’s HONEST. I asked about a treatment and she point blank told me no, a waste of $$ for my skin type.

I saw Injector Lindsay for neurotoxin. She listened to me about past neurotoxin experience and trouble I have had in the past with receiving the results that I desire. She was able to successfully target all the areas of my face, including the ones that were not successfully treated before. I am very happy with the results! 10/10 recommend!

I had the pleasure of winning the 904jax contest and getting a facial and products from Vio Med Spa! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by my facial it’s Miranda… she was so sweet, very professional, poised and kind. She walked me through every step, let me take videos and content and she made me feel so very refreshed and beautiful after! I will DEFINITELY be returning to see her again

I recently visited Lindsay at the V/O Tamaya location for Botox and couldn’t be happier with my results! Lindsay listened to me as I explained what I was looking to accomplish and took time to explain where and why she would inject to achieve my desired results. She was thorough, answered all of my questions and had incredible attention to detail. My results are exactly what I hoped for and couldn’t recommend her more!

Miranda was friendly, professional, efficient, and thorough. Explained every step of the process and what the benefit was. Extremely knowledgeable and understood the products and how to use them. This was my first visit here, and I’ve had experience at other medical spas, this was by far the best. Mona too was extremely helpful and nice. She went above and beyond for me. I will be back. This place knows good customer service!

Vio Med Spa has an amazing comforting environment! I went to see Gigi to get lip filler done and she made me so calm and comfortable! Everyone around made sure that I had everything I needed from numbing cream to juice and crackers just in case! Tempest another injector came in once or twice to check in and see if anyone needed any help with anything and Mona took beautiful photos and videos of the process! It was nearly painless and it looks so full yet natural! I am so happy with my lips now and I cannot wait to come back in! I know the photo looks silly but that’s just a few hours afterwards! Another amazing experience i’ve received was Reese did an amazing BBL facial on me and the results are amazing! Seeing the sun damage lift from my skin and my expression lines on my forehead tighten up within 24 hours! Even though it’s a facial involving a laser system it was still so comforting and relaxing and she often checked in to make sure that i wasn’t feeling any discomfort or pain. Overall my experience at Vio Med Spa was amazing!

I have been seeing her in the last year for my injections and I can say that her work is meticulous, her hand is so light! The less painful experience ever! She is so sweet and vibrant , she is extremely knowledgeable and talented, she guided me through the hydra facial and dermaplaning with ease and care. Her hands are a pure touch of magic , I knew I was in good hands , Acsa is truly a perfectionist and she will have your skin GLOWING! Her knowledge and experience in this field is unmatched and you wont help but to have the utmost confidence and trust in her like I did!

Recently moved here and I finally found a Med Spa that I am comfortable with. I had toxin done by the amazing Jessica! She asked me my concerns and goals prior to treatment making sure I was comfortable with the plan. Additionally, I received a GENEO Facial by Bre! Ive always had a hydrafacial performed before but this was something new. I love how glowy, smooth and healthy my skin felt after treatment. Bre was communicating the entire process and very knowledgeable, especially with skin of color clients like myself! Love my girls at VIO!

I had a consult and facial with Bre and I have never felt so understood and comfortable explaining my skin concerns with someone. Bre took the time to listen to my concerns and give me a thorough explanation of what she sees and feels may be going on with my skin. She took to the time to explain every step of the facial and what the benefits were as well as wrote down an AM and PM regimen that was best suited for me and my skin. I will be recommending Bre and VO to anyone who may be wanting to start their skin journey. I have never felt so comfortable and understood by anyone else..

I purchased a membership at this location for no other reason the Bre! She’s not only great when it comes to all things facial related, but her knowledge when it comes to products is unmatched.
