    I had the pleasure of visiting Injector Liz at the V/O Med Spa Bartram Park location, and I couldnt be happier with my experience!! I received one syringe of Restylane Kysse lip filler, and Dysport for brow lifting to achieve better facial symmetry. Lizs expertise and in-depth knowledge were evident from our initial consultation through to the final results. She took the time to thoroughly explain each procedure and answered all my questions.She showed such dedication to achieving my desired outcome and not to mention was extremely kind and comforting throughout. Im already so obsessed with the results and feeling more confident than ever.     Such a pleasant experience! Sofia is not only exceptionally professional, she is very skilled and diligent with her clients. I had the Morpheus8 procedure, and Sofia ensured that I was comfortable, and received great service and results. Today was my second treatment, and my results from the first treatment with Sofia were excellent. I’m super excited to see the results from my second treatment.     I have been doing Morpheus 8 with Sofia for about 3 sessions now. My skin feels tighter my pores are definitely smaller. She is very thorough with her treatments. Sofia is a delight to come do this treatment on and her Hydrafacials always leave my skin glowing. I will definitely be coming to her again!

    I love VIO and have been a member since they opened. Liz does my injections and does a wonderful job!     I was visiting Jacksonville and needed a refresh. I had horrible acne scars and I’ve been on a journey to fix the texture on my skin. I did microneedling with Sofia and she walked me through all the steps and instructions. I felt really comfortable. Sofia is very knowledgeable and sent me home with a post care skincare routine.     Elizabeth is hands down the best injector! She is so amazing and at 41, I always leave feeling so confident! I would never go anywhere else! I’m still swollen and I bruise easily but once this all settles, look out world!!

    Sofia is a sweetheart! Not only she is a living goddess shell let you feeling exactly the same. She will go above and beyond and you should definitely ask for her massages wont dissapoint.     Liz is a true artist and expert at what she does! I have been getting Botox for 10 years, and this is hands down my best result. She took the time to listen to my concerns and devised a plan to avoid drooping eyebrows (which I usually have Every time). She’s amazing and has a way of putting you at ease throughout the procedure. The ladies at the front desk are also incredibly helpful and welcoming! I will definitely be going back!

    Could not have loved my experience at VIO more!! I saw Lana to get some lip filler and she was amazing. I have had my lips done before and I can truly say this was the most professional, painless, warmest and best experience I have had. I love that she educates her patients on long term goals and is conservative with how she injects (thats key!) to give the best outcome//look! The front desk staff, the manager and Mona were just beyond sweet-- truly felt like such a treat of an experience. I cannot wait to get back and get a facial. 5 stars for sure!!

    I had the honor of Gigi doing my lips & I could not be more obsessed!!! I’ve searched high & low looking for someone who understands I want a more enhanced natural lip but also full of volume and to say that she absolutely nailed it would be an understatement. She has a true eye for beauty & I felt absolutely no pain which is an amazing plus. No doubt she will be THE lip injector in Jax & I cannot wait for my next session!     My sister and I had such amazing experience at V/O! We traveled from Texas and we were treated by Liz for a Full Dysport Treatment, she had such gentle hands! My sister also got lip filler done by Liz. She was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions as it was our first time getting tox! She made us both feel super comfortable during the process!     It was very easy to set up an appointment with VIO Med; their team is very communicative and customer service oriented. I got lip fillers done with Lana and she did an amazing job. She walked me through everything and explained her technique and made sure to let it be known that she would accommodate me if I wanted anything focused on more/touched up on. I didn’t have to though because she did brilliant job and I was extremely satisfied with the results. Will definitely come back in the future!

    I don’t normally post Google reviews but for this one I just had to make an exception! I had the amazing Tadia for my first hydrafacial and let me tell you how amazing it felt! Not only was she super nice, friendly, informative, as well as being drop dead beautiful she just had an overall great personality. I did not feel uncomfortable nor intimidated by the whole process! She helped guide and inform me every step of the way and obviously I just had to get a membership and be back for more! I have also recommended this to a couple of my friends! So grateful for her and the whole team!

    This was my first time at Vio Med Spa but definitely not my last! This was my first time getting filler in both my cheeks and lips and let me tell you- Kristine is an absolute gem! She really takes the time to explain every detail and makes you feel so comfortable! It has not even been 24 hours, but I am already seeing such fantastic results. Kristine was very attentive and is a true professional and master of her art. 15/10 would recommend ANYONE to see Kristine! She provides a great treatment with great customer service.     I had the MOST AMAZING spa experience at V/O Med Spa!!! The staff is very polite, respectful, and accommodating! The environment is clean, beautiful, and very welcoming! I got the Geneo Revive Treatment for face, neck & chest. The esthetician I saw was Breanne. She is very sweet and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions very professionally. She customized the services to my needs. The delivery of services was exceptional! I loved not only how my skin felt after the services, but also how I felt throughout the entire experience -- welcomed, relaxed, and pampered! I would go back to V/O anytime I am in town, and I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to look and feel their best!

    I had an amazing experience at VIO Med Spa! The staff are so accommodating and friendly. I got the signature facial and I cant say enough good things about it. I really liked the jelly mask- definitely ask for it! I saw improvements in my skin pigmentation and acne almost right away... highly recommend!

    Had an amazing experience at VIO Medical Spa. Upon arrival, manager Jillian brought amazing energy and excitement that allowed me to feel at home and comfortable. My esthetician Kallie did a great job on my first time micro-needling service. She was very informative regarding pre and post service procedures. She left my skin feeling rejuvenated and smooth. Overall a great experience, and cannot wait to come back for my next micro-needling session.

    I made an appointment with Jana for a consultation followed by dermaplaning and a hydrafacial. Jana was attentive to my skin concerns and so helpful when explaining what services I may need. Jana continued to educate me on my personal skincare needs throughout the services provided. The price was affordable and they are having a special this month which made it even better. They offer memberships as well if you plan on going often. The entire staff continued to educate me when I had more questions as I was leaving. They were all so friendly. Highly recommend VIO!

    I’ve had two amazing experiences at V/O! The first was about a month ago with Breanne for micro needling. She was extremely professional and explained the process which made me feel at ease the entire time, not to mention she is so sweet!     I had the pleasure to get the best facial of my life from Ms.Acsa. Her touch was so gentle it put me to sleep. Not only was my skin glowing after the facial…My skin was so soft. My skin is still glowing after my facial and it’s been two weeks. Everyone is asking if I got Botox bc I look so good. I tell them it’s just a good facial by the one and only Acsa. I also want it to be known that the spa is very clean and peaceful environment.

    My daughter gifted me a facial at VIO. First facial I ever got. What a great experience. Very professional. Was warmly greated by Alexandra. She was great, explaining the process and what to expect. She then introduced me to Deniz who did the facial. Cant say enough about the great job she did.     WOW just WOW, V/O is amazing! From the moment you walk in you feel taken care of and are treated with top notch service. I am 40 and have never had any kind of facial, procedure, injectables, or even invested in good skin care until now. I was nervous and all of these ladies put my mind at ease and answered ALL of my questions. I had a hydro facial with Hannah and Dysport injected by Liz. My facial was amazing and I swear my skin is still glowing 2 weeks later. Hannah also started me on a skin regimen that I am already seeing benefits from. I was nervous about the Dysport and was worried about it making me look frozen and wanted to start of with less than the usual recommended amount and Liz addressed my concerns and didnt try to push me to get more than I was comfortable with. I did go back and see Liz 2 weeks later to have a few more sparkles of Dysport injected because it is literal magic! It also feels reassuring to know this is a legit MEDspa and you are getting treatment from informed and experienced professionals which to me makes all the difference. I ended up signing up for a monthly membership and I know I will not regret it.

    V/O Med Spa has become my obsession. It is the first one that I have been to and with the results I have seen I will never go anywhere else! Lana is truly an artist and miracle worker, I have gotten my lips, cheeks, jaw, and chin done by her. The amount of compliments I have recurved proves that the work she does is amazing. I am so incredibly happy with the results, it has boosted my confidence to another level.I also get the micro needling with PRP done every month to keep my skin looking young and vitalized, Bre is an amazing aesthetician.I have posted the before and after photos of my most recent lip, jaw, and chin filler immediately after. I absolutely love going in for consultations and having Lana and Mona (their social media manager) in the room to talk to and give me advice on what would look good. They never steer me wrong. Mona is the best at filming and snapping shots of the procedures so that you can be amazed at the before and after’s. The staff is always so friendly and recently I’ve gotten the membership which has SO many perks. You won’t regret choosing this med spa!P.S. I travel for work, so I’ve already warned Lana I will drive any distance when it is time for my fillers to be redone.     Beautiful spa, extremely clean, everyone was so very friendly and really seemed liked they care & wanted to help accommodate my skincare needs. I got Botox today (I cannot remember the sweet nurse’s name) she was super friendly and I didn’t feel a thing! My forehead looks amazing! I will definitely be back for more! I also had a consultation with the esthetician Deniz about microneedling and different facial options to help with acne and scarring. I got 40 units of Botox, and had my lips and cheeks done with Juvederm fillers. Kristine was so amazing. My face hasn’t healed yet but I can already tell it’s going to look so beautiful!
