Wouldn’t have trusted anybody else with my first lip augmentation. I’ve been following Dr. Dulce for years, and let me tell you…she lives up to her Instagram reputation.Thank you so much! I can’t wait to see them fully healed, they’re already beautiful!I’d also just like to note that the negative reviews on here are absolutely shameful. It is completely unacceptable that someone would try to discredit this business with false claims. The office staff is top-tier professional and very accommodating. Dr. Dulce is an incredible physician. It is pricey? yes…you get what you pay for. If you want a cheap Lip augmentation, the results will reflect that.I absolutely love that you reply to these ridiculous inaccurate negative reviews. Businesses should do this more often.👏🥰

I’ve been coming to DNAage Medical for treatments since 2023. It’s been over a year now and I’m still coming in regularly for treatments. I’ve seen Dr Dulce and Jenny and I love both very much ! Dr Dulce is by far the most talented lip expert I’ve ever seen. I was not thrilled with having to pay AND WAIT to get my lips dissolved before she would even examine me but now I get it. She’s a perfectionist and will not just throw some stuff on top of someone else’s mess 🙃 I appreciate it. Her technique is unbelievable and I have never been happier with my lips. The BEST doctor in Miami! Ive been a patient of Dr Dulce for three years now( plus waited for about a year to get into first appointment); travel from Alaska to see her and there is absolutely nobody I will let touch my face.Dr Dulce is an artist first of all because in my opinion you have to be more than a doctor to work with faces and perform the way she does. The whole process of booking your appointment is easy, fast and transparent. I felt so welcomed since the moment I got there. Dr. Gem is amazing!!!! She was very attentive and listened to what I really wanted and definitely delivered. They answered all my questions and were very honest. I had the best experience ever!! Definitely going back!! I also met Dr. Dulce who was very nice and humble and her beautiful baby who was all smiles! Unfortunately, I had to witness a patient called Dominique (who left a bad review under the name of Donna because she was not able to scam Dr. Dulce into free services) being very mean, unpolite and problematic, but the professionalism of everyone who works there was outstanding!!! Dont let the bad reviews fool you, they just hate when they dont get their way. They are very honest and transparent with everything and Dr. Dulce is an amazing Mom. BEST DOCTORS EVER!! Where can I start? If you’re thinking of getting lip fillers done, just save yourself the time and money and go straight to Dr. Dulce or Jenny. I had previous work done and although I liked my lips, I didn’t love them. I decided to go to Dulce and just start from scratch. My first consult was with Jenny and she suggested I dissolve. It took two dissolving sessions before I was finally ready to see Dr. Dulce. Let me point out that at no point was I forced to dissolve, Jenny even suggested that I go to my original injector to get it dissolved if I felt more comfortable.Once I was approved after dissolving, I was finally able to meet Dr. Dulce. This woman is amazing, that’s it. She explained that the process to achieve my goal was going to take time and multiple sessions which I was already aware of. My first syringe was great because she was able to define my borders. I will say, don’t expect drastic results with the first syringe, and that goes with any doctor. You have to go in with realistic expectations.My second and third appointments were nothing short of great. Dr. Dulce is very detailed oriented. She takes her time and is so meticulous with her art. She makes appropriate recommendations and doesn’t try to just take your money. Today I went in for my third appointment ready for a full syringe but she told me no and explained that adding too much filler to my lips can do more harm than good. In the end, I saved myself some money and I still got the result I was looking for.I honestly love the fact that she takes her time and that she walks back and forth injecting all sides of your lips until she achieves the shape she was going for. She also takes the time to answer any and all questions and concerns that I have. Having been to other recognized injectors, I can honestly say that You get what you pay for, Dr. Dulce is worth the time and the $$ so go for it!Also, her staff has always been very friendly and always answer to all my texts in a timely manner.I can’t say enough good things about this office. Hi my experience with “Dulce” was well, i’m not happy 100% because i know she have the technique and experience to had made my lips look much better, i had seen other lips in person made by her and they are perfect.I paid a whole syringe $1700 and i really saw no volume, I dont think a whole syringe was injected, much less where i told i need it. The change in my lips is not noticeable. I really like to come back but this time i need to make sure about the amount will be injected and the area i ask for👄.I can’t wait for next visit and change my review💕

AMAZING experience every single time. Not only is Jenny’s work done with perfection, time, and care (with laughs along the way) but you walk in to the office and receptionists Alicia (& another wonderful lady), treat you like best friends. Let me start by saying, look no further. Dr Dulce is the most skilled and perfectionist aesthetic professional I have ever seen. I couldnt be happier with my experience at DNAge Medical. After two past experiences with really bad lip fillers, I was advised by my friends that lip fillers never look good on anyone and that I should just leave my face alone. I started to believe they might be right until I found Dr Dulce on Instagram. After stalking her Instagram page for a year, I finally bit the bullet and booked an appointment with her. She couldnt be a sweeter soul. She spent so much time going over what I wanted and was so patient with me throughout the whole process. My new lips are so soft and natural looking. My experience with Dr. Dulce, Jenny, and the rest of the staff at DNAge Medical has been EXCEPTIONALLY amazing. I began seeing Dr. Dulce in mid June 2020. I went into my appointment fully prepared, willing, and ready to begin my dissolving process. Going into my initial consultation, I had 3 syringes total of previously injected filler by other injectors which were-- 1) very poorly placed, and 2) way too much for my face structure. Ive been waiting a long time for the day that I would finally take the plunge and be ready to start this whole process with none other than Dr. Dulce. I knew that if I was going to take on this process, it was going to be once in my lifetime, and I was going to do it with only the best. The day finally came, and I was informed that I would have to dissolve (which like I said, I was mentally prepared for), so I began the process.I am coming to the end of the road with the dissolving and I cant emphasize enough how kind, patient, understanding, going out of their way, above and beyond, the entire office has been to me. Its very simple... if youre kind to others and treat people with the respect they deserve, you will receive the same in return. It is very clear that any negative reviews on here were lacking those simple human common decencies and therefore, they became salty and left unwarranted and untrue reviews.If you are thinking about going through with the dissolving/refilling process, or just looking for an injector that you are going to feel at home and feel your best with, I highly recommend going to DNAge. I could not picture myself doing this anywhere else. I also cannot picture myself EVER going to another injector after DNAge has set the bar so high. I feel confident, enlightened, and at peace when I leave their office... And thats from knowing that Im in the best hands possible at DNAge. I never felt this way leaving other injectors offices. I was always wondering what I had just done to my face and regretting my decisions when I used to injector hop.Dr. Dulces sense of care/authenticity is truly unlike anything Ive come across in this field. She is not just a doctor, she is an artist and a blessing on this earth! She genuinely cares for her patients, and that shows literally in her work and when you are in her presence at the office. Jenny is also wonderful, kind, and makes you feel so comfortable during injecting. Her work and her bedside manner is A1. And last but not least, the DNAge front desk girls... they are literally a god send! They have been such angels during my whole process. Theyve gone above and beyond to make sure I get in for my appointments, and they are so prompt in responding to any/all of my questions/concerns (which is pretty amazing considering how highly sought after their practice is and how busy Im sure they always are). They are the sweetest and their sense of care is so clear. These women work very hard to make sure that the patients are happy and that everything runs smoothly and they all deserve major praise! They make this all possible! (Please note: it is very important to have a positive attitude during the dissolving process. It takes patience, willingness, and determination, as well as open-mindedness to take direction and suggestions from the doctor...she knows best after all, and even though this is a long process, it is SO worth it in the end, and I mean that whole-heartedly! And if youre not prepared for that process, then it sounds like youre not ready to have an injector that is as gifted as Dr. Dulce is. Dr Dulce’s work is truly amazing. I have gotten many procedures done with her.1) PRP: My skin was scarred from slight acne breakouts and now my skin is glowing and smooth, the before and after is nothing but short of AMAZING!2) Botox: Dr Dulce did my first round ever of Botox, at first I was unsure about it... I’m a 29years old female and never had it done before so i was a bit nervous, not sure how results would be but Dr Dulce was sure to make my transition as natural and comfortable as possibles so that I wouldn’t be shocked. Now I’m in love... and a fan of Botox and come back about 4-5 months for maintenance. She took her time to place each drop in properly and evenly with her MAGIC hands. Dr Dulce is very professional and such a caring loving doctor.3)Lips: Before I found Dr Dulce I went and got my lips done in Beverly Hills, Ca by a very known plastic surgeon. What a big mistake. He rushed through my whole entire procedure and my lips ended up very deformed, out of shape, and lumpy in many wrong places. Fortunately, I found Dr Dulce (who is now much closer to me, yayy) and thank goodness she was able to fix me up. We went through multiple dissolving sessions and eventually I was able to get new fillers in my lips. The before and after pics are shocking because my #LipsByDulce looks BEAUTIFUL. My lips are absolutely beautiful. Anyone can stick a needle into someone lips and fill it with product. What separates Dr. Dulce from the rest is her ability to create. I have been to 3 different doctors over the course of 5 years and have never felt more confident with the results I FINALLY achieved with Dr. Dulce. My previous injector was injecting the product to high in my upper lip which gave me a visible white mustache with a ducky look. Dr. Dulce knows how to build and shape your lips. She tells you up front before she does anything that it is a PROCESS. This is where people need to use common sense. 9 times out of 10 you will not achieve your overall goal in one sitting. Dr. Dulce tells her patients this. Sure other doctors will take your money and say yes to whatever they think will make you happy but that is poor practice. She only has your best interest in mind, so if she says it is not doable shes looking after YOU! You should really check out her Instagram page. I followed her for a little over 6 months, to monitor her work before I scheduled an appointment. She has taken photos of my lips so I can 100% guarantee that the work she uploads is hers and only hers. Ignore the previous reviews below. They must be the few that dont use common sense. With Miami traffic, it takes me 90 minutes to drive to her office, something I would absolutely not do if I didnt believe my time, money and LIPS were going to be well worth the trip. She has people flying in from other states, not to mention her calendar is booked for 6 months. That should tell you right there the type of doctor she is. I am very happy I found her. I hope she practices for a long time so I can get my lips done by her foreverrrrr. Also, if you have had previous fillers prior, take it from me and schedule a consultation FIRST! Trust me, I learned the hard way and was disappointed with myself for not following her instructions. I ended up needing my lips dissolved before I could get them filled. Dr. Dulce touched my virgin lips with Juvaderm Ultra. I have never had any lip fillers before I met her. My consultation was very through. She asked me if I had any Lip Inspiration pictures. We discussed the results I wanted and she guided me through what it would take to get there. I’ve always had thin lips and I wanted dramatic results with the shape and volume of my lips. When Dr. Dulce is consulting you, she observes your facial features in regards to how you talk and how you move your lips in order to give you the best possible results.Moreover, as we’re filling my lips, she was very detailed by asking me what I wanted. I’m not going to lie, I didn’t know what I wanted! I didn’t know if I wanted a more defined Cupid’s bow and I didn’t know if I wanted a key hole, etc etc etc. I said, “Just do your thang, Doc!” Lol. And boyyyy let you tell you— my lips came out amazing!!!!!!!! I had a full syringe of Juvedurm Ultra and not even kidding you, my lips look so good that people are making me THEIR lip inspiration!!! 😂😂😂My recovery wasn’t bad. The injection needle was no joke, but she was really gentle with me. She even left my numbing cream on a little longer than normal, becuase she knew I am a wimp when it comes to pain! Lol. I can’t express enough how wonderful Dr. Dulce is and how happy I am with the results. I appreciate how meticulous she is with her treatments and procedures. She’s very informative and gentle and I thoroughly enjoy her explanations on why and how certain treatments result in particular ways and which is the best one for each face. I’m conservative when it comes to doing things to my face and was initially nervous about how it would turn out, pain afterwards, and maintenance. She reassured me of all my worries AND never pressured me to do something she thought was best. She made sure the decision was mine alone and afterward ensured I left happy. I’m very grateful I was told about this place and will definitely be coming back to Dr Dulce in the near future. She’s worth every penny.
