Ive been coming here for about six years now, and it’s always been a good experience. The location is great, and Roque is, hands down, the best massage therapist ever. I’ve tried multiple therapists at various locations across South Florida, but no one comes close to his skill. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a truly great deep tissue massage—not just light caressing. He’s the real deal!

I received a partial full-body massage, even though I paid for a full full-body massage. It was my first time there, and I was serviced by Luis. He did an amazing job with the parts of the body he focused on, but upon leaving I felt like the entire front parts (legs, chest area, head, and abdomen areas) of my body were abandoned. He focused so much on the back to where the next day I was sore. Next time Ill make it clearer what Im expecting, because there was a language barrier between me and the masseuse. He was very nice and very professional, so Ill still use him again in the future. Hopefully, with my next visit, I can change the 4star into a 5star.

I suffer from really bad lower back pain and yesterday I felt destroyed!! I go to this location all the time, but my regular therapist was not available. Made an appointment with MayteQ and I could not have been more delighted with the service. She was incredible. She really listened to what I needed and made sure I walked out of there feeling like new!! I can’t say enough good things about her!! Book her today!! You won’t be disappointed 😊

Luis was very Proffessional and he has great ethic. I recommend him 100 percent. He has excellent communication and exceptional attitude and positive energy. I felt brand new and happy after the massage. I’ve been a member at massage envy for over a year now and have been loving my monthly massages. I was paired with their newest masseuse, Marjorie, today and by far one of the best massages I’ve had in awhile! Her pressure, technique and focus on areas I requested was absolutely perfect. I went in because I pulled my shoulder over reaching while cleaning and it hurt along my neck and into my shoulder blade. My massage very much helped and my masseuse asked me as she went about my pain and really worked out the muscle and focused on helping me, I left feeling so much better. I also felt like she cared about helping me. When I scheduled an appointment the front desk was able to direct me to the best person for what I was looking for. Excellent experience.

I’ve been a member of ME for years now and I am still very much dedicated to only letting them treat my skin. They helped me clear my cystic acne within a year and still help me keep my sensitive skin in check. I’ve trusted Nicole for years and she’s absolutely incredible! Go see Nicole and let her guide you to better skin. I will always recommend coming to ME for healthier skin and without Nicole I know my wouldn’t be anywhere near what it is today.

Luis P is probably the best therapist that i have experienced since i started being a customer in 2011. He is very knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. I suffer from lower back pain, shoulders and neck. I walk in hunched over and pulled to one side, Luis does his magic and i leave walking normal and relaxed. Top notch!

He listened to my needs and focused on areas where I had tension, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I was received on time and had a consultation. My esthetician was Alexis. She was kind, and did an amazing job. I recommend this place. 100%. The membership is worth it. Please ask them.

Jorge Guerra gives the best massage Ive ever had consistently! I never have to ask him to adjust pressures, he does a well rounded deep massage from head to toe and he is incredibly nice and professional. I 100% recommend him and hope he gets a bonus!

I had an incredible experience with Nicole. I have enjoyed Massage Envy services at other locations but this was my first time in Cutler Bay. Nicole was fantastic - she talked me through every step of the facial and always made sure to let me know that if I was ever uncomfortable or “not into it” I could speak up and she would stop. It’s not a small thing to have a professional to support their clients in this way.I’ve literally had facials done across the world and Nicole is far and away the best professional I’ve ever worked with. She knew exactly how to work with my sensitive skin and even gave me some tips for my teen’s acne. She’s also just a lovely human and pleasant to chat with. She’s smart and funny and listens with an open mind. Will 100% be going back to this location and booking with Nicole!

He always asks if there’s any area specifically that you want him to target and he actually does it. The best back massages ever! Thank you Jonathan!If I want a facial, I go with Brittney. She’s very gentle and I leave with a very bright, fresh face! Thank you Brittney!I did try other massage therapists in the past, but they either didn’t listen to the area I actually wanted done, or they were too rough in the massage or they talked too much during the massage.Overall, I love my experience thus far! Great atmosphere, nice friendly staff, and very clean. My therapist Barbara Sippio was great, she advised me of everything that she was going to do before the massage. She was very thorough in the work she was doing. After the massage she pointed out which areas that were problems. She then recommended ways to solve the issues with the problem areas. She was the best therapist that I have had with Massage Envy.

I signed up originally at this location and got a few messages here. I mostly go to the Kendall location to a specific therapist Alexa who is the best in the business. Have not been satisfied at all with quality of massage from the male massage therapist who attended me at Cutler Bay. Last time I came to this location was probably over 4 or 5 months ago. I decided to give it another try and with my luck I end up with the same therapist. I figured there would be a massive improvement in his technique but unfortunately this wasnt the case. I have had experience with many massage therapists and chiropractors due to chronic lower back issues. Technique was not good at all, did not hit the right tissue points, applied lots of pressure on rib area, spine, and generally not in the right areas. Paid for 90 min massage and was basically a waste of my hard earned money (impromptu visit due to stressful day at work). Very disappointed and will probably go to corporate to complain. I feel bad saying all this because the man is a very nice guy and the staff is also very friendly. Store seems well run, but frankly I was shocked he still worked there...Update 04/14/18 - Marisol who I believe is the manager contacted me to hear out my experience. She was very professional and offered a complementary 1 hour massage to make up for the bad experience. I updated the review to 5 stars because they did the right thing and even went as far as dropping it off personally to a location closer to my home. Businesses need to take notes from this location on how to provide excellent customer service. Thank you Marisol!
