I gave this place a second chance after my first experience was not so great. I don’t speak Spanish and the first time I had a therapist who only spoke Spanish and she really didn’t try to make an effort to communicate.But this second time I asked for an English speaking therapist and they set me up with Marcia, who was great. I was able to communicate my needs and she provided a super massage, concentrating on the areas I explained to her. She was so good I ended up joining the monthly plan and I will request Marcia every time.

I gifted a session to my son in law. He went to his massage service without me being there. I didn’t think I needed to accompany him. According to him, the front desk associate was extremely rude. She didn’t want to acknowledge his gifted massage. He had never been to this location and was unfamiliar where the waiting room was and she got annoyed at him for this. This has happened before with other massages I have gifted. I think your receptionists need updates on how to kindly and professionally interact with ME Members!

Alejandra is absolutely fabulous if what you want and need is a deep tissue massage. She will massage any knots until you feel no pain nor tension, and adapts to your unique needs. Alejandra is also very receptive to feedback, is respectful and professional. I have been having massages at Massage Envy on Miracle Mile for about 1 1/2 years now and have had massages from several massage therapists, and although they have all been good, none compares to Alejandra. Last year she took a leave of absence for 3 months and I put a reminder on my calendar so I would not forget to book her once she returned.

Shes attentive, responsive, and very knowledgeable.My only concern with Massage Envy is the business model that makes it difficult to cancel your membership without losing accrued credits in a short amount of time. And, secondly, charging to have services completed at another location - youre charged an additional fee to utilize your credits that youve already paid for. Those are unfortunate and unnecessary charges that damage the brand of a national company.

Vera is able to detect my problem areas and will concentrate the time there without me asking. She will apply deep tissue, stretches and concussion and I feel like a different person afterward. She knows what she is doing.The company itself has great receptionists and appointment schedulers. They always follow up so you wont forget!

I came in yesterday to the Coral Gables location because I had a massive pain in my neck, shoulder and back for 3 days and I needed a massage to help me out. Yenia was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job working only on the back area to help release my muscle tension and pain. I left feeling better and a few hours later the pain reduced dramatically and today, a day later I barely feel pain in that area. I’m very thankful to Yenia for listening to my concerns and working her magic on me. This was the first time I visited this location. I will certainly be back after this experience! The front desk personnel was also helpful and courteous.

I went in to this location because I received a gift. I had not looked at any reviews and had no clue what to expect. Its sad that so many people had bad experiences here, but for me personally it was fantastic. The young man at the front desk (Chris) was lovely and my masseuse was Marcia. I am currently 5 months pregnant and Marcia was incredible. She actually told me my back felt like I had rocks :DI am so grateful for the experience because I feel like I have a brand new back! I have been in pain for so long I even forgot what it was to feel like this.

Massage Envy Miracle Mile is amazing! Kathy at the from desk was so sweet and informative. My massage therapist Danny was the bomb! I had the most relaxing 90 minute deep tissue massage. You gotta try them out. Prices already also very reasonable!!
