Massage Envy at the Palmetto Bay location is a clean, relaxing environment to decompress. The front desk is extremely helpful and very easy to reach through their operating system. I had a last minute difficulty booking my appointment, and they were able to help me understand what the issue was and rebook so I could keep my original time slot. The check in process was easy, and because it was my first time going I got a major discount on the hour-long full body massage. After checking in they directed me to the waiting room, where they offer comfortable seating, complimentary tea, and a generally soothing atmosphere. I didnt have to wait more than five minutes before my masseuse, Marjorie, came to find me. She was incredibly kind and direct, making sure to ask me about any pain, areas of special attention, and areas she should ignore. The only reason I unfortunately had to give four stars instead of five, is because the hours long massage is definitely not an hour long. They give you ten minutes to lay down before they begin and my massage also ended ten minutes early. If I didnt get a discount, I would have been much more bothered by this.

Angelo has a gift that is rare, he is able to heal the body and at times the soul. His mastery of different massage techniques is only surpassed by his kindness. I go to Angelo for my shoulder and back and he has helped my chronic regional pain syndrome with his different healing techniques. If I could give 10 stars I would.

My work life involves a lot of sitting: driving, reviewing the computer and watching my wife’s TV shows. When I’m not sitting, I’m beating up my body at the gym. To resolve my body’s constant tightening I have resorted to visiting Angelo once a month for the past two and a half years. I opt for 90min deep tissue massages with a massage gun. What I have found is that Angelo is an important part of my physical maintenance and overall well being (I’m certainly in a better mood after). He possesses a holistic knowledge of the body to not only maintain but prevent pain which he has happily shared with me (be it yoga or qigong). He is also a great conversationalist with a sense of humor and a knack for storytelling. It is abundantly clear that he cares for his craft — which is all a client can ask for when seeking a service. I would recommend Angelo to anyone who needs to unknot the tightness in their life!!

Evelia did and excellent job in giving me a massage. She asked did i have any concerns . I told her my right calf area because i have a little neuropathy in that area from back surgery. She worked her magic an my legs felt so much better . Usually i have a numbness in the right leg, but when she finished it felt great. She is a very good stylist.

I am a membership holder and I have gone to multiple locations from cutler bay to Kendall. The falls location is by far the best one I have ever been to! Juan is amazing at giving massages really goes above and beyond and focuses on your areas of concern. Very relaxing time, friendly staff, and a clean environment! 10/10

I love this location , because of the staff on one of the most devastating day of my life they booked me with Salin to handle the stress I was enduring that day. They said I would not regret it and I’ve never looked back. Salin is an extraordinary therapist and pays attention to detail. He’s not only helped me through my stress , he recently helped me through a back spasm that could have flared up during the holidays. I am grateful for everyone in the front desk (especially my beagle peeps! You know who you are) and my therapist. If you have a chance stop by and give it a try.

I love Lissy and how she gives the massage. I followed her here to this location from her last one. I have a few family members who go to her and we are all very happy. This location is clean, spacious and peaceful. The staff here was also kind and helpful. I first started seeing her in 2018 and then when I became pregnant I was so pleased to know that she also performed prenatal massages! She’s incredibly professional, and really focuses on the areas that you describe as areas of tension. She provides a quality massage every time. To be fully fair I have tried other therapists at this location, mainly because Marie is booked or it’s her day off, and no matter what I’m never as pleased as I am when I have my session with Marie. Jay, wow! She is an amazing therapist. I booked my massage through the app. And though my app identified my preferences with deep tissue, Jay wasn’t a “match” for me. But the importance of taking risks and getting to know someone let me to finding one of my new favorite therapists in Massage Envy! She worked on the areas I told her the most, focusing on each knot without stopping and moving on which is what I find with a lot of therapists…she focused, and she checked in to make sure the pressure wasn’t too much on my sore muscles.
