I have been using the red light for skin tightening on my face and for cellulite reduction on my thighs. After each session I notice a smoother appearance of my skin in both places. I have also tried the red light for fat reduction and lost 2 inches overall after one session. The sessions are completely pain free! The light is placed close to the area it is working on but nothing has to actually touch your skin. You can just lay there amd relax while it does all the work. Heather is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and showed me before and after pictures of past clients. I highly recommend her and the red light machine for slimming or tightening!

I have had the best experience losing inches and weight @ My Red Light Slim!!! I have lost so far 14 4/8 inches in few sessions. I am SO happy with the results. I feel the skin on my thighs and arms tighter as well. Heather is so professional and its a pleasure to lose weight with her. She is so encouraging and makes you feel very comfortable. I had a weight loss session this past Thursday and I lost 3 inches off my waist!! This treatment is wonderful! I felt incredibly thirsty after the treatment and drunk a a lot of water immediately after.I felt light and as if I had been in a juice diet.The next day I felt a lot of energy as well. I think this therapy detoxifies your body and I could feel and see immediately the results . OK lets put it this way..Ive tried every machine,you name it..and I am shocked at the results with My red light ! it tightened my skin on arms i couldnt do with weights and my uneven legs now look so close to matching in my thighs even in jeans!
