Heidi and team are absolutely awesome! Have tried their facials as well as Laser hair removal and let me say that they are beyond professional and customer centric to the core! They make sure to use the most high end products and give the customers a wonderful experience. The facility itself is modern and up to date and VERY clean and sanitized. The laser hair removal has been life changing for me! Heidi is extremely professional and very friendly. She knows her job well and to all the people who are afraid of Laser, it doesnt hurt AT ALL !!! As long as you are following the before and after care routines, you will love the Laser experience at The Skin Element. I have little to no hair in just 3 sessions and yet have 3 more to go. This is truly a hidden gem! Both the place and Heidi’s service. I started off with a hydrafacial with Megan and left with an incredible glow, so worth it. I have really terrible memory with names but I think heidi took care of me. She was really amazing, I came in for my first facial on my birthday. They were able to book me on the same day after messaging with them. As soon as you come in the place feels super clean and modern giving cute vibes. The room where the facial is done is super relaxing and beautiful. The person who took care of me was very nice and gentle and was honest about the process and gave tips on what to do at home. I left with my skin feeling glowy and smooth. This is deff something to do for a special occasion. The Skin Element is a really great option here in FL.

I started going to Skin Element in January 2022. My face had broken out after the Holidays and my prescription retinoid and dapsone weren’t working. I booked my first facial with Heidi and it was the best decision I have ever made for my face. I’ve been getting monthly facials since and my skin texture has improved drastically. I have always struggled with acne, not severe, but nonetheless always there. This is the first time that I see a real change in my texture and my rosacea has also improved. I have recommended all of my friends and coworkers to Skin element because they are the best. Heidi and Ivanna are extremely knowledgeable and know how to work with your skin, because not everyone is the same. They also use QUALITY products. I’ve changed my skincare routine to everything she recommended, which was a few products, and I am so grateful I did. Also, something that I love, Ivanna explained the procedure every step of the way. I felt amazing when I got there, during the procedure and after! I even booked my next appointment.
