Love RegenCen and CSLC in North Naples! The staff is knowledgeable, kind and caring. Danielle really knows her “stuff” I am participating in the weight loss program. I do facials and IPL procedures as well. When I head north in the summer I visit the Harbor Springs and Petoskey offices.

As soon as you walk in the office youre welcomed and immediately tended to. Lee is fantastic at explaining exactly what each procedure entails and sets your mind at ease. I really like that she doesnt try to push anything on you, Shell address what she thinks youd feel comfortable with and leaves the decisions to you. Danielle is the best!! She also walks you back through each treatment. Shes very efficient, detail oriented,and takes her time to make things just right. Thankfully, she also has a steady hand. During the appointment she makes you feel as comfortable as possible. I love this place so much! I cant say enough great things. Already booked for my next treatment!

Katie is nothing short of a pure professional. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and a pleasure to be around. I have been always in good hands with Katie. The entire business is top notch. I appreciate that they do not try to sell you services you do not need or want. There is no pressure to upgrade services like many other businesses do. Katie is an amazing technician. I have had sculptura before and it was extremely painful so I was really nervous. Katie made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and in her skilled hands it was very tolerable. I cant wait to see the lasting results.

I went to Refined Image for the first time today to get some Botox, and I had an amazing experience! Dr. Bickerton was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and she was super kind and friendly. The office is gorgeous and the man working at the front desk was very nice!Sadly, I live in Texas and am only in Naples for a few weeks to visit my family, otherwise I’d be making regular appointments here! I do plan to make an appointment with Dr. Bickerton when I can, though, because she is excellent.

Dr. Bickerton and her staff were absolutely amazing. This was my first time getting work done and they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Saw results right away. I feel so much more confidant with myself after getting work done and can’t stop staring at myself every time I walk by a mirror. Looking and feeling like 21 all over again. 10/10 would recommend!

Today was my first visit to see Dr. Bickerton for aesthetic facial injections. The office was nice and clean. The receptionist was polite. He told me about a rewards program for injectables like Botox dye sport etc. I have been having these done for years and no other Office has told me about this rewards program so that was a plus. Dr. Bickerton was wonderful she explained everything to me as well as giving me a paper hand out where my injections were to be located. She took her time and was very thorough. This was probably my best experience so far with injectables and I will be back for sure.

We love Dr. Bickerton, she’s very sweet, friendly and professional. I have had all type of lasers done for years as preventative and maintenance. I must say that Dr. Bickerton has top of the line lasers. She has the latest technologies. If you are into skin care and anti aging this is the right place for you. I’m super excited to get the hydra facial at my next visit.

Dr. Bickerton is lovely!! She has greatly improved my life by introducing me to Biote bioidentical hormone therapy! And she has totally improved my skin on my face (rosacea) with the BBL laser after 2 treatments. Im going to have 4 to 5 altogether, but broken capillaries, dark spots and fine lines look so much better already! She is kind, caring, compassionate and listens to your every word!! So grateful that I found her! ❤
