Jenny C has been by far the best APRN that has treated me. She is usually at the Tampa location and I am going to start traveling there just because she is THAT good. I came here in 2014 to have the bane of my existence, coarse black hair, removed from my chin area. It took 6 months and was the best money I could ever spend. I didnt need my first touch up until 2023. I have had 3 touch ups for different growth cycles. Everyone is always wonderful. And the cooling effect used with the laser is the greatest invention made!

I have been going to various Ideal Image locations since 2014, when I say that this is by far the best experience I have ever had, I dont say it lightly. The front desk is clean, and well organized and staff are the sweetest humans that went above and beyond in order to get me an appointment.As for my treatment, Elizabeth was so funny and made me feel so at ease. On top of that, she was quick, thorough, and absolutely hilarious. She made my laser treatment actually enjoyable... And trust me if youve had one. You know they arent always enjoyable 🤣. Highly recommended! I only have I gotten incredible results with the laser hair removal treatment, but they also have a great staff. I love having my sessions with Liz. She is absolutely the best! She is empathetic and compassionate. She knows what she’s doing really well. She is very comforting and encouraging to what otherwise be a very painful treatment session. So happy with my entire treatment (well minus the pain lol , but it is well worth it ☺️).

I recently came to the Naples location from the Fort Myers location. I have nothing but positive things to say about Ideal Image and its staff! They’re very friendly and the techs during my laser sessions make me feel comfortable and calm.Let me tell you; if you’re tired of shaving or waxing, laser is the way to go!I started my laser removal early 2023 for my underarms and Bikini region. The results I’ve had with only 5 of my sessions is incredible.I have course hair and sensitive skin so waxing and shaving those sensitive areas was a nightmare.From my first session of laser, I haven’t had any issues and little to no hair growth to the point where I don’t even have to touch up between my sessions because the hair is so fine now.Super impressed by my results.

My tech Jenna was incredible and made me feel at ease from start to finish. Very thorough in explaining prep, making sure youre comfortable, and not in pain. I am doing laser hair removal and am so excited about not having to shave. My skin gets irritated easily but following the protocol, staying out of the sun, etc. I have had no irritation in the treatment areas. I did my session in the morning and went straight to work like nothing happened. I am excited to explore more services at Ideal Image. From my initial consult, to the receptionist, to my nurse practitioner and my entire session, I was treated like royalty and everyone is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Ideal Image to anyone looking for some self care! We deserve the best for ourselves.

She made my experience with CoolSculpting very easy and I am getting great results.To be honest, I have found lower rates out there, but not with NPs as professional and welcoming as with Ideal Image.I am looking forward to starting other treatments.Note: CoolSculpting is great if youre already working on losing weight; otherwise you will waste your money.

This was my first time in seven years trying a BBL treatment, and it couldnt have gone better. The front desk is well-run, clean and organized, and Tammy and Eva are so friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome. My treatment was done by Kayla, and she was beyond excellent. She explained every aspect of the treatment, and I felt confident and comfortable in her skills and the treatment. Its been seven hours and I can already see my skin is brighter, and some of the redness appears to have diminished. I have a follow up session and very much looking forward to it!

I have it a 5 not so much cause of the experience, experience is 10 out of 10. I gave it a 5 due to the drive. Wish there was an office somewhere closer. But all in all I would drive the distance if need be.

I am really glad I chose Ideal Image for my services. Iva at the front desk is so welcoming and sweet and makes you feel right at home when you arrive. Elizabeth is the nurse Ive been with since starting and she seriously feels like family. I absolutely love her. Some of these services can be pretty personal and even slightly painful but she always makes it comfortable and has the absolute best bedside manner. We laugh, and cut up but she is so thorough in her education and a real professional. I highly recommend Ideal Image and especially Elizabeth.

Today I visited Ideal Image. I love that only nurses do their treatments, and all of the treatments are medical grade. I did Ultherapy on my upper face and around the mouth. Kayla did my treatment. She was so sweet, attentive and professional. She checked in with me throughout the treatment and made me feel comfortable. I noticed results immediately after. I already see a lift in my cheeks, mouth, and brow. I cannot wait to come back and do more treatments with Kayla!Update: 10/14/23 I went for lip filler for the first time at Ideal Image. Jenna was my nurse. She was so good!! Ive been doing lip filler for many years at other med spas and have not had amazing results like this. I am so happy and will definitely be seeing Jenna again!Update: 8/3/24 Today went in for Xeomin/Botox. Iva at the front desk is always so knowledgeable about the treatments and the schedule. She reminds me about promotions and is accommodating with my busy schedule. Jena, my NP always does an amazing job. She is so gentle with her injections, and makes the best recommendations for my face. Today I added on additional areas: Bunny lines, chin, and top/bottom lip flip. Im already loving my results. I feel so fresh and new! While I was there, I inquired about Coolsculpting. Jenna assessed the areas of my body to see how many treatments I could do in the future. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Hi, so I just wanted to come and give some advice for my darker skin people who decide to go through laser hair removal with this location in Naples. They are absolutely nice people. I would definitely recommend Sarah. Ive been going to her for about 3 years now and Ive never had a problem. I would like to point out though that Sarah recently went on leave so I had to use someone else 2 times in a row and both times I have gotten burned. The first time under my neck and the second time on my face. I do know that there is a possibility to get burn with any laser hair treatment but I have never experienced that with Sarah for the past 3 years (Not to say that theres not a potential that it could happen). I dont know if she has a different technique or is slower, idk. But what I do know is that last time I went there and she was not there and Ive gotten burn 2 times back to back. Its small so it wont leave a scar but still… its there.

Always a warm welcome in at the Naples location. Sonia/Sonya did my laser treatment this time and I am sooooooo satisfied with her. I have become hesitant about my treatments here for a couple of reasons and was considering not continuing, but Sonia spoke to me with such genuine and informative words that helped in my decision making…..she even turned my initial tears into laughter. Overall, I was provided with deeper insights into laser that I was never told before….which were really important for me to know…and she also gave me options of what I should do instead of disregarding my clear dissatisfaction and nervousness and moving on with next appointment.While everything Sonia did for me, including providing a smooth AND EFFECTIVE laser treatment, SHOULD be “standard”, it is unfortunately not in which I feel she truly goes above and beyond.Overall, my laser treatment went very well as I was extremely comfortable with Sonia and her clear knowledge and understanding of how to use the laser machine, especially with my skin and hair type. I could tell she truly wanted to help me in my situation and make things right. And doing it all with a smile on her face…that is great customer service. I have never laser hair removal done before so I scheduled a consultation and possible same day treatment. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile and offered a beverage. Jaimie then welcomed me and gave me a tour of the facility and explained the different technology the office had to offer for a variety of services. After the tour the consultation, fees were discussed, payment options were made available and everything was explained in detail. When the physical part of the consultation began, I was advised that I may not be a good candidate at this time for the procedure I was inquiring about. It was explained that due to how fine the hair was, some improvement would happen, but I would not get the desired results I wanted if I did the procedure at this time. Though I was disappointed I could not have laser treatment at this time, I was thoroughly impressed by the honesty and professionalism of the staff. The procedure I was looking to have done would have cost approximately $1,000 and they were being honest, ethical and fully informed me that I would not be completely effective at this time. In a world where it seems everyone is out to make a quick buck whenever they can, its refreshing to find a place who cares more about the consumer than their own pocket. Though I cannot recommend the actual treatment as I didnt have the procedure done, I would HIGHLY recommend the office. The facility was clean, tidy, tasteful, private and modern. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and ethical. Definitely worth going for a consultation is you have ever thought about laser hair removal. When the time is right I will be going back for treatment.

I think I have a few more visits but the results are very good right now. I would rate it at 95% gone. Dont put it off like I did with waxing. Its 100% cheaper this way and a lot less painful. I recently received Ultherapy at Ideal Image Naples, FL.This Location has strict Covid protocols in place, which is much appreciated.Lindsay was very thorough taking all medical information/history, explaining Ultherapy and answering all questions in detail as well as doing everything possible to make Ultherapy as pleasant as possible. Ideal Image is great at communicating anything you need to know prior to services and Lindsay was great at follow-up to make sure I was doing well after each of my services. It will takes a few months for most of the results to begin to be seen but the brow lift section was evident immediately and even more so after a few days (my eyes look more open, the outer edges are lifted and brows are noticeably lifted...yay)!I purchased a Membership about 2 months ago and it has well paid off already!
