I had an amazing experience, and I have to give credit to Juliana for making it all possible. She was extremely informative and took the time to prepare me for what to expect during the service. Her professionalism and care made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. If it weren’t for her, I probably wouldn’t have booked my first session or returned for more. I will definitely be sticking with this location for all my future visits.

Love this place! I started coming here since Nicole, the owner, first came to Naples. She was so down to earth and passionate about was she does, so I can honestly tell you this is the place you want to go to for laser and other services! She was my first laser tech and it’s been amazing ever since then. Sam Kloak is my new & main laser tech and always makes sure I’m comfortable and checks on my progress. I really feel like Sam is very super helpful, personable, and cares about how your progress is to ensure the best result. 10/10 overall no matter who you go to it will be a pleasant experience (Emma is also great).

Reviewing the Naples Tamiami location.I went to four laser places to get quotes in Naples and found Laser by Nicole to be the most cost effective (cheapest). I booked an appointment and had Sam as my tech (which I believe may be one of two in this location). Here is my review:Pros:Technician was kind and gentle.She took her time.She had several “check-ins” to make sure the laser wasn’t too hot or painful.But these do NOT outweigh the cons.Cons: (and the devil’s in the details)1. This is a sensitive appointment for anyone.2. There is no sheet to cover areas of the body that are not directly being worked on. So you strip down and pretty much naked, uncovered, and cold. That was uncomfortable.3. The wipes she uses to clean the table and machine NOT actually antibacterial or antiseptic. They are LITERALLY GENERIC BABY WIPES. Why would I want to get on a table or use a machine that had NOT been sanitized between uses on other people’s private body parts. This is obvious when they clean the room for the next client when you are still IN THE ROOM.4. There was no privacy to get dressed or wiped in private and that really bothered me.5. The razors they use are so cheap- so they have to go over the same areas multiple times resulting in serious skin irritation.It became painfully obvious why this place was cheaper than the others. Definitely not a luxurious or pleasant experience compared to prior laser experiences. I will not recommend and I will make sure to share my honest experience on the Facebook forums where the locals have recommended it to begin with.

Emma is amazing! She has been my technician since the beginning of this year and I love her! She makes each appointment very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and I will continue to do laser hair removal because of her. She is a gem!

Samantha, it was such pleasure having my 1st laser session with you. It was quick and she had me laughing through the session.The salon is located downtown Naples off of 41. Easy access and parking. I saw a special on FB and decided to give it a try. Im so thrilled I did. After my 1st session, Laser by Nicole sent a survey and just for filling out, I received 1 free laser on a small area. Unbelievable!!!! Thanks for giving back to the customer 🥰

I loved my laser hair removal experience in this center! I noticed thinning my hair after four sessions.Nicole is very experienced and she takes care of her business by doing it right.I went there during covid19 pandemic. She always used gloves, wore masks, cleaned instrument before and after my treatment, I felt safe there.She monitors changes in the treatment. Every time she took pictures of the areas that she was treating and compared it with previous one, and made sure that I, as a customer, am happy and satisfied.I recommend this Laser by Nicole!
